      • 專門大學生들의 生活實態에 關한 調査硏究 : 健康과 運動및 餘暇生活을 中心으로 In Center of the health, Sports and leisure

        The writer has come to reach the following conclusion by means of conducting a questionnaire study for a total number of 539 students enrolled at Seoil Industrial Junior College in the capital city in an attempt to figure out health conditions and the reaities of leisure activities shared by them. Of the aggregate 539 junior college students, 324 are male students (164 in the regular day-time courses and 160 in the evening courses) and 215 female students (150 in the day-time courses and 65 in the evening courses). Following afe results drawn out from the study: 1. As to health, and estimated 54.99% of male students, while 36.84% of female students, were exposed to be interested in it, and in overall terms total of 264 out of the total 556 respondents which account for 47.4% answered to be concerned about health;whereas 59 respondents were revealed to take serious consideration it only they're sick; 2. Merely a total of 164 respondents out of the total 554, which represent 29.6%, were reported to take confidence in their health, and generally 286 students questioned (51.62%) regarded as fairly good. In the meantime, 126 out of the total 511 respondents (24.66%) were said to have/be experienced termented by mental instability, followed by 15(22.5%) by some disorder and problems of internal organs; 3. with respect to physical and psychological balance, the majority (225 out of 554 respondents, which account for 40.61%) were said to fell fairly. 4. The highest number (132 out of the total 613) of the respondents were said to go to bed or take a rest for health in most cases, which accounts for 25.3%, followed by regulated lives(105) for 17.12%; however, a hefty number of 451 out of 549 respondents, accounting for 82.1%, replied to be interested in sports activities for health; 5. A mere number of 82 respondents out of the total 517 said to exercise for health, which represents 15.86%, trailed by 217 who temporaily exercise accounting' for 41.97%; meanwhile 146 students under question said they never exercised, accounting for 28.24%; 6. In respect to the realities of interest in sports, 309 out of 560 respondents (55.18%) were said to like sports, while only 35 (6.25%) didn't like them. As far as implementation of exercise is concerned, 283 out of 548 said to exercise frequently, which represents 51.64%; 147 respondents said seldom. 7. The most popular sports was revealed to be tennis, enjoyed both male and female students, accounting for 21.83% (224 out of 1.026 times), trailed by swimming with a 16.18% (166 times). 8. The majority (276 out of 540) of the respondents were told not to make the most of their leisure times, while only 63(11.67%) could maximize their given times for rest. For the most popular sports for their leisure times, ping pong games stood atop with a total frequency of 102 out of 732, which accounts for 13.93%, tracked by mountain-climbing with an 11.94%, aerobic dancing with a 10.93%(80). 9. As for the use of interval and free time, for example, no lecture times and frequency leisure times available, chattings and dialogues with friends and classmates stood stop with a total number of 147 out of 883 (16.65%), followed by listening to music with 127 (14.3%) and staying at home with 77 (8.72%). 10. For the wekend the highest number of 186 our of 960 (19.32%), trailed by cleaning and handing household chores with 117 (12.20%) and watching TV with 107 (11.113%).

        It is the structural members of column that acted centroid axis of compressed force. The column of 2 axial symmetry or unsymmetry may develop wave formations when they are compressed. This is called the buckling. Therefore, the buckling is a very important to analysis of structural member. It can be seen that only a few studies have been made of the elastic buckling. The subject of this paper in which a general method of analysis is developed that it can be applied to the elastic behavior of structural column with vertical load. The results are compared with a numerical solutions of the same problem.

      • Sprinkler 撤水의 實驗的 考察 (I) : Sprinkler의 噴頭丘力과 撤水性能에 關한 硏究 Study on the Nozzle tressure and stray Tatbility of Sprinkler

        This experiments were carried out to investigate differences of the pressure connect with the nozzle-turn, sprayingdepth and sprinkler-distance of Common Sprinkler. The exprimental results are summarized as fallows. 1. The difference of pressure was occured at 0.05~0.23kg/㎠ spraying-loss to install one nozzle. 2. Under the change of pressure, the difference of spraying-depth showed at 3.7mm/hr with 1.6kg/㎠ sprinkler pressure, 3.0mm/hr with 1.0kg/㎠ And also the number of sprayer-turning was 108 and 102 respectively. 3. The faster the pivot of sprinkler turns under the same pressure, the more sprays quantity required. 4. The maximum spraying distance and spraying-depth showed at 1.6kg/㎠ the Common Sprinkler Pressure. 5. When the pressure of spraying was 1.0 to 1.6kg/㎠ the most optimum nozzle interval were found 18 to 20m, because the average depth of spraying is 3.05mm/hr at the spot of 8 to 9m a diamoter.

        The tapes made of two different kinds of materials were used in this study among various distance-measuring tools, and each tape was tensioned with gradual increase or decrease by 1kg, namely from 1kg to 10kg or from 10kg to 1kg at the base line of 49.70 meters. It seems somewhat easy that in case of eslon tape, we can acquire the desired accuracy of distance measurement by measuring with 1 to 2 kg tension considering the influence of tension on the measure value.

      • 兒童의 敎育的 社會化 : 도덕과를 中心으로

        1. Ethics is one of the most important socialization curriculum on account of its formal and systematic nature of indoctrination of cultural values and social norms in a particular society. In Korea, Specifically, a child is given formal Education and socialization abreast by entering primary school. Of all school subjects, ethics is the most appropriate curriculum through which we can see the character of a child he cultivated during the primary education. In this study, the content of socialization goals and processes dealt in ethics are clarified comparing with those in the national charter of education. The aim of this study is to help the further study on child development, child socialization, cultural values and social norms. Another purpose is to analyze new educational socialization objectives shown in 1973 curriculum in contrast to old curriculum. 2. In the method, educational objectives of ethics were analyzed according to B.S. Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives. And teaching goals of each domain were analyzed on method of pre-study Jae Un Kim's scheme of socialization which was quated from E.B. McNeil's scheme. Also, socialization content of ehtics was compared with that off national charter of education. 3. The above analysis tells us following facts:- 1) Educational socialization shown in educational ideology is quite abstract. It only describes the one who whould contribute to the creation of human culture through individual accomplishment. In the new curriculum, culture pattern. Norms and values are emphasized and individual's social adaptation, in other words, the change of human nature through education is emphasized. 2) The concept of a child's socialization is fully illustrated in national charter of education and is parallel to the socialization of ethics. After arranging teaching goals, I noticed that socialization is centere'd in both domains, affection and Intergration. This means that a child would grown to be a mature person who contributes to his own country's welfare and happiness of human beings. 3) Analysis of the objectives of ethics shows us;- (Analyzed according to B.S. Bloom's taxonomy) Almost every content of socialization come together in affection and Integration and littel relevances are in Intelligence and psychomotor domain. Socialization is emphasized as we see in the analysis of teaching goals and in behavior pattern, attitude, knowledge and skill are heavily loaded. 4) The ways of socialization by learning ethics are as various as how a child is growing. Well, how to teach ethics in school? Indoctrinated the moral principles to a child? No. Real human relationship through acting person only helps a child's socialization of moral behaviour.

        In order to search for the direction of concerns with parent Education in Korea, the article raises the following-three basie questions. How important has it been for effects of parent education on the development of children. How parent education proved to make a difference to the development of children, who should receive the parent education? What should be a goal of parent education? The question on the effect of the parent education on the development of children were studied in the article by anlyzing the literature mostly in cluding the experimental studies in the field. Admiting the effect of parent education there are two question "parent education for whom" and " parent education for what". When the parents of the kindergarten children should be the ones to receive the parent education, the education restricts its recipiants. We like to eliminate this restrict and wish the equal opportunity to give such education to every parent possible, particularly to the parents of the cultural deprivation children. Concerning the issue of parent Education objectives were analyzed. The education should direct the goals for: 1) Self realization, joy of life, and pursuit of happiness. 2) Consideration to social status and roles in connection with social life. 3) The parents' realization of themselves as models of socialization.
