This paper considers the problem of exponential stability of uncertain cellular neural networks withdiscrete and distribute time-varying delays. Some new delay-dependent stability condition are derived in terms oflinear matrix inequality. We divide delay interval into multiple segments and employ the free-weighting matricesmethod to obtained some less conservative criteria. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate theeffectiveness and less conservativeness of the proposed methods.
