      • Homicidal Poisoning of Heroin and Estazolam : Autopsy and Pathological Findings, Toxicological Analysis

        Dan Liu,Shangxun Li,Xiangtao Ma,Jinxue Gao,Liang Xu,Jun He,Yuhong Li,Dan Yan,Yiwu Zhou,Qingming Wu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.11 No.4

We reported an unusual homicidal case in which a 40-year-old woman was deceived into drinking a cup of milk that had 72 tablets of estazolam (2mg/tablet) dissolved in, and then being injected heroin aqueous solution on the right deltoid region by the criminal. At autopsy, pinpoint pupils and a new injection site on the right deltoid region were found. The pathologic pictures showed multiple patchy hemorrhages and considerable amounts of foreign amorphous substance with yellow appearance at the injection site. Some double refracting crystals with the forms of Maltese cross, acicular, rhomb or irregular were found by polarizing microscope, which may result from the diluent in heroin such as starch. Toxicological qualitative analysis by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) demonstrated the presence of benzodiazepine and morphine in blood and urine, and heroin in the injector left at scene. Quantitative analysis was also performed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), providing the data on distribution of 6-monoacetylmorphine, morphine and estazolam in the woman’s body. And the cause of death was determined to polydrug heroin-related deaths due to the combined poisoning of heroin and estazolam. It taught a lesson that the determination of other drugs, particularly central nervous system depressants in heroin poisoning were quite important in forensic expertise.

      • Research Progress of Stream Data Query in Network Space

Yi Wu,Jianjun Zhou 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.8 No.5

In recent years, there has been widespread concern about the problems of stream data query both academic and industrial communities. The problems obtained some results. At the same time, big data stream brings great benefits for information society. Information query about stream data form has also brought crucial challenges. However, it is seldom about the research of big data stream query in network space. This paper analyzes the characteristics of stream data query in massive data, discusses the challenges and research issues of data stream for big data query. Finally the works for the data stream query are surveyed.

      • Design of Electric Energy Acquisition System on Hadoop

Yi Wu,Jianjun Zhou 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.8 No.5

The big data set in Energy Acquisition System needs to acquire massive electric energy data and dynamic information online, and finishes processing in scheduled time. This requires a higher demand on massive data storage and data processing. In order to achieve these massive electric energy data efficiently, this article based on the data gathering system and storage structure of Hadoop technique, and tested electric energy mensuration log data set of a city as an example, the result shows that the bigger of the sets group, the better effect would be achieved, which effectively avoid the latency problem of big data set information processing respond.

Effect of Gaze Stabilization Exercise with Balance Exercise on Static and Dynamic Balance Function of Healthy Young A dults: A Randomized Controlled Trial

        Yi Wu,Xing- HAN Zhou,정용범,김명권 대한물리의학회 2024 대한물리의학회지 Vol.19 No.2

PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of four weeks of gaze stabilization exercises and balance training on the static and dynamic balance functions. METHODS: The study was an assessor-blinded randomized controlled trial conducted at Daegu University in South Korea. Thirty subjects who fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected and divided randomly into three groups containing ten each. The first group received balance exercises with gaze stabilizing exercises (BGG). The second group received a balance exercise (BEG), and the third group received gaze-stabilizing exercise (GEG). Each group exercised for 40 minutes, three times a week for four weeks. The subjects were asked to complete the following static balance test: 1) one-leg standing test, 2) sharpened Romberg test, dynamic balance test, 3) Y-balance test, and 4) single-leg standsquat- stand test. The static and dynamic balance were measured before and after four weeks to determine the effect of exercise on balance. RESULTS: The static (OLS and SRT) and dynamic (YBT and SST) balance tests showed significant differences in the surface and length of the three groups (p < .05), and the y-balance score effect size, 11.477 (p < .05), was improved significantly. On the other hand, the change in BGG value was larger than those of BEG and GEG, and the improvements in balance control were the most significant. CONCLUSION: After four weeks of exercise, BGG showed the best improvement in static and dynamic balance, suggesting that this specific type of gaze stabilization exercise with balance exercise may benefit healthy young adults.
