Research of Job Scheduling With Cloud Based On Trust Mechanism And SFLA

Job scheduling under the cloud circumstance is the key techniques to impact on frequency of cloud calculation. Trust relationship is an important factor of cloud calculation and job scheduling. In order to satisfy the requirement of quality of cloud calculation service for job scheduling, this article introduced the term of trust mechanism and apply it to cloud calculation and job scheduling. It uses altered SFLA as scheduling strategy, and brings forward a model of job scheduling with cloud circumstance which is based on trust mechanism and SFLA. The simulation results showed that this algorithm with faster convergence speed can increase the trust benefit and accomplish job scheduling task well.

We implemented DFT calculations for gas phase and DFT‒MD simulations for ambient conditions to evaluate the efficient performance of g‒Mg3N2 monolayer in 1,4‒dioxane removal from wastewater. The geometries, interaction energies, and interaction nature of the adsorbed dioxane and H2O molecules on the Mg3N2 surface were investigated. It was found that the interaction of H2O exceeds that of dioxane by twelve though, the two adsorbates follow rather a similar trend in the adsorption process. The AIM analysis was carried out to investigate the nature of bonding for adsorbed dioxane/H2O on the Mg3N2 surface. Furthermore, DFT‒MD simulation shows that dioxane tends to adsorb on the Mg3N2 nanosheet in the presence of water molecules at ambient conditions, making the Mg3N2 potentially suitable adsorbent for dioxane adsorption in aqueous solution. This exploration presents a foundation for the capability of computational study for predicting the adsorption and remediation of organic contaminants from wastewater.
Vibration reduction design of the Hangzhou Bay cable-stayed bridges

Hangzhou Bay Bridge spans the Hangzhou Bay and is located at Zhejiang province in the southeast seacoast of China. The total length of the bridge is 36 km. The bridge is composed of bridge approaches made up of multi-span prestressed concrete box girders and two cable-stayed bridges over the north and south navigable spans respectively. The seismic response analysis of the bridge model shows that if the navigable spans are designed as the routine earthquake-resistance system, the displacements and internal forces in pylons, piers and deckes are too large to satisfy the anti-seismic requirement of the structure. Therefore, the seismic reduction design was carried out by using viscous dampers to dissipate the kinetic energy of the structure both longitudinally and transversely. Using the vibration reduction system and aiming at the reasonable optimal goal, the purpose to reduce the seismic responses in south and north navigable spans has been achieved.

Fresh grass carp was used to produce surimi and 50 g/kg, 100 g/kg, or 150 g/kg pork back fat was added. The water distribution, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), myoglobin oxidation, color parameter (L*, a*, and b*), heme and non-heme iron content of samples were determined to analyze the effects of different fat content on the oxidation of myoglobin and lipids during multiple freeze-thaw cycles of grass carp surimi. Both multiple freeze-thaw cycles and increased fat content lead to an increase in TBARS, a blue shift in the absorption peak of myoglobin porphyrin, a decrease in heme iron content, and an increase of non-heme iron content. Repeated freeze-thaw caused a decrease in immobilised water content and L*, and caused an increase in a* and b*. Increased fat content caused an increase in immobilised water content, L* and a*, and caused a decrease in b*.

In this paper, we isolated and characterized a gene encoding the soybean MYB transcription factor, GmMYB39 (Accession No: XM_003538605). Analysis of the deduced amino acid sequence revealed that GmMYB39 contained N-terminal R2R3 repeats that corresponded to the DNA-binding domain of plant MYB-type proteins, which were highly conserved among the R2R3-MYB proteins. The detailed expression pattern of GmMYB39 in various tissues of soybean was investigated by quantitative RT-PCR. The transcript level was found to be higher in flowers than in other examined organs. In contrast, the GmMYB39 expression level was relatively weak in the pod. The GmMYB39-GFP fusion protein was found to localize in the nucleus of Arabidopsis mesophyll protoplasts. Over-expression of GmMYB39 in hairy roots resulted in a significant reduction of the transcript levels of PAL, C4H, CHS, 4CL, and CHR. Whereas, the IFS transcript level was slightly but not significantly increased, and no significant change in CHI expression was observed between over-expression and control roots. The repressing effect on expression of CHS was further supported by the results from co-transfection assays of CHS promoter (reporter) and GmMYB39 (effector) in soybean. Compared to the control (only with the reporter construct), a significant decrease in the GUS activity was observed in soybean hairy roots with both effector and reporter constructs. Furthermore, an ultimate decrease in isoflavonoids contents coincided with the decrease in the transcript levels of PAL, C4H, CHS, 4CL, and CHR. Overall, the results suggest that GmMYB39 plays an inhibiting role in regulating the isoflavonoid biosynthesis in soybean.

This Paper, based on the general understanding of the urbanization from the perspective of Chinese domestic situation, presents reflections in regard to the theory and method of China"s urbanization from four aspects, including reflections on principles of the urbanization, law of the urbanization, theory of the urbanization, and research methods of the urbanization. The strategic thoughts and path of urbanization in China are discussed. The new urbanization in China needs to be propelled from two levels, including the metropolitan urbanization oriented by the city belts in advanced areas, and the rural urbanization oriented by the counties and towns. The principles of urbanization are practical measures in the light of local conditions, independent choosing, getting rich on long-term basis, and people oriented. Government, enterprise, social organization and citizens are suggested to share the obligations and duties to promote the new urbanization.
High-accuracy servo press system for the clinching joint process

This paper focuses on the quality improvements on clinching joints using a servo press with a Radial basis function neural network and a sliding mode (RBFS) control strategy. Bottom thickness, which is affected by the press punch position, is usually used to monitor clinching joint quality. Traditional clinching presses are driven by pneumatic pistons or motors that provide feedback on punch force or motor position. However, this feedback is indirectly related to the joint bottom thickness. Clinching workers who set the control parameters on these presses depend on tests and statistics. Thus, this paper presents a servo press system that utilizes punch position feedback to directly control the joint bottom thickness. Transmission errors are considered for the movement accuracy of the servo press. A mathematical model of the servo press is established for analyzing. An algorithm, which combines RBF neural network and sliding mode, is proposed and applied for press position tracking. This algorithm adopts an RBF neural network to approximate the nominal model of the press system. The update law of the algorithm is based on the Lyapunov function used to prove the stability of a closed-loop system. The sliding mode controller compensates for the neural network error and disturbance. Finally, experiments are executed on the servo press with an RBFS controller. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a fuzzy PID controller is also applied to the press for comparison. The results indicate that the servo clinching press system with RBFS efficiently and accurately control the clinching jointing process.

Internet public opinion response assessment is a very important part of the internet public opinion. This assessment can summarize the works of public opinion response processing, and identify the strengths and weaknesses in response process to provide the basis for the future response processing. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the internet public opinion response work, we proposed a fuzzy comprehensive assessment scheme of internet public opinion based AHP and entropy method and verified the effectiveness of the scheme through the case study. This method not only can reduce subjectivity in the evaluation process and make the assessment more reasonable and accurate. , but also can provide a reference for improving the internet public opinion response works of government.
