The author conducts research on the mining problem of implication type data aiming at the characteristics of implication, uncertainty, nonlinearity, dynamic, complexity existing in the process of data mining and establishes an extension mining model of implication type data with multi factors based on extension theory. This model, first of all, carries out implication analysis on the implication type data and builds corresponding implication set; then, the author conducts extension classification on the hypogynous factor in the implication set and builds classical field and segment field of the epigynous factorin the implication set based on extension type divided; the author also respectively builds the correlation function and extension goodness-of-fit model between targeted mining object and classical field of epigynous factorin the implication set, acquires comprehensive extension goodness-of-fit considering the weight of epigynous factors, which, in other words, determines the degree of closeness between targeted mining object and extension type and thus achieves the mining of implication type data. Finally, the author demonstrates the feasibility of this model by explaining and verifying the venture capital case of an enterprise.

This paper aims at solving existing problems in enterprise human resource management through measurement and analysis of enterprise human resource management capability. It proposes a measurement model for human resource management capability based on ideal domain of grey correlation. First, an improved measurement and analysis system for enterprise human resource management capability is proposed; then, positive and negative ideal domains for enterprise human resource management capability are constructed, and the management capability is measured and analyzed based on grey correlation analysis method to obtain the grey correlation coefficients and grey correlation degrees between the object-under-examination and positive and negative ideal domains respectively. Next, on the basis of comprehensive grey correlation, a human resource management capability model is proposed to measure human resource management capability. Finally, case study is carried out to examine the feasibility of the proposed model.
Research on Improved ECC Algorithm in Network and Information Security

Network information security suffered many network threats; the existing encryption algorithm has been unable to meet the needs of network and information security problems. The improved ECC algorithm based on network information security, the algorithm based on the original ECC algorithm and its optimization dot product operation optimization and square residual determination, optimization and transformation of the private key update to improve the original operational efficiency and safety performance of the ECC algorithm. The experiments show that the ECC algorithm based on network information security improvements in safety performance than the RSA algorithm as well as the original ECC algorithms have significantly improved the program is effective.
Study on Thinking Evolution based ant Colony Algorithm in Typical Production Scheduling Application

Aiming at solving the NP-hard workshop production scheduling problems, proposed one kind based on mind evolutionary algorithm. The algorithm in the traditional ant colony algorithm is established, and the combination of evolutionary thought and local optimization idea overcomes the basic ant colony algorithm is easy to fall into local optimal defects, the improved state transition rules, defining a pheromone range, improve the pheromone update strategy, and the increase of neighborhood search. Experimental results show that, for a typical production scheduling problems, based on mind evolutionary ant colony algorithm can obtain the optimal solution in theory, optimal solution, the solution and average three indicators are better than the basic ant colony algorithm, showed good performance.
Image Fusion Watermarking Algorithm based on NSCT and Constrained NMF

In order to solve the problem aliasing of Contourlet transform, an Image Fusion Watermarking Algorithm based on NSCT and constrained NMF is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the image is decomposed into several layers. Secondly, the Two-dimension matrix is obtained by low frequency coefficients and watermarking signal. Finally, the watermarking is embedding by constrained NMF. The blind detection is used, and the algorithm can achieve a good imperceptibility. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good robustness against attacks of common image processing.
