In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition for lattice sampling theorem to hold for frame in subspaces of L2(R) is established. In addition, we obtain the formula of lattice sampling function in frequency space. Furthermore, by discussing the parameters in Theorem 3.1, some corresponding corollaries are derived. Optimized dynamic decision making model based on entropy for evaluating bid

Bid evaluation was a pivotal step in the process of bidding. In order to prevent subjective or arbitrary behavior in bid evaluation process, an optimized dynamic multi-criteria decision making model was proposed. In this model, the dynamic weight of quotation was obtained through mutual game playing of bidders. Besides, objective entropy weight was employed to determine weight of other criteria except quotation. Dynamics, objectivity and scientificity were realized in this model. Moreover, this model was applied to evaluate bid of an assets packet project for an assets management corporation. Scientific and satisfying results were obtained. The results showed that subjectivity and arbitrariness were avoided successfully.

Under mild conditions, it can be induced from the Karush–Kuhn–Tucker condition that the Pareto set, in the decision space, of a continuous Multiobjective Optimization Problems(MOPs) is a piecewise continuous (m 1) D manifold(where m is the number of objectives). One hand, the traditional Multiobjective Optimization Algorithms(EMOAs) cannot utilize this regularity property; on the other hand, the Regular Model-Based Multiobjective Estimation of Distribution Algorithm(RM-MEDA) only able to build the linear model of decision space using linear modelling algorithm, such as: the local principal component analysis algorithm(Local PCA).Aim at the shortcomings of EMOAs and RM-MEDA, the Manifold-Learning-Based Multiobjective Evolutionary Algorithm Via Self-Organizing Maps(ML-MOEA/SOM) is proposed for continuous multiobjective optimization problems. At each generation, first, via Self-Organizing Maps, the proposed algorithm learns such a nonlinear manifold in the decision space; then, new trial solutions is built through expanding the neurons of SOM with random noise; at the end, a nondominated sorting-based selection is used for choosing solutions for the next generation. Systematic experiments have shown that, overall, ML-MOEA/SOM outperforms NSGA-II, and is competitive with RM-MEDA in terms of convergence and diversity, on a set of test instances with variable linkages. We have demonstrated that, compared with NSGA-II and RM-MEDA, via self-Organizing maps, ML-MOEA/SOM can dig nonlinear manifold hidden in the decision space of multiobjective optimization problems.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether nighttime elective surgery influenced the short-term outcomes and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Methods: The 1,339 HCC patients who underwent hepatectomy were divided into the daytime surgery group (8 a.m.–6 p.m., n = 1,105) and the nighttime surgery group (after 6 p.m., n = 234) based on the start time of surgery. The 1:2 propensity score matching (PSM) analysis was used to control confounding factors. The short-term outcomes of HCC patients in the 2 groups were compared before and after PSM. Factors associated with major complications (Clavien-Dindo grade, ≥III) and textbook oncologic outcomes (TOO) were separately identified by multivariable logistic regression based on variables screened via least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO). The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze overall survival (OS) and recurrence-free survival (RFS). Results: TOO was achieved after surgery in 897 HCC patients. HCC patients in the nighttime surgery group had a higher body mass index (P = 0.010). After 1:2 PSM, the baseline characteristics of patients between the 2 groups were similar. Short-term outcomes in HCC patients were comparable both before and after PSM (all Ps > 0.05), as were TOO in the 2 groups before (P = 0.673) and after PSM (P = 0.333). In our LASSO-logistic regression, nighttime surgery was not an independent factor associated with major complications or TOO. Both groups also had similar OS (P = 0.950) and RFS (P = 0.740) after PSM. Conclusion: Our study revealed the safety of nighttime elective hepatectomy for HCC patients.

RBM24 exacerbates bladder cancer progression by forming a Runx1t1/TCF4/miR-625-5p feedback loop

RNA–binding motif protein 24 (RBM24) acts as a multifunctional determinant of cell fate, proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation during development by regulating premRNA splicing and mRNA stability. It is also implicated in carcinogenesis, but the functions of RBM24 in bladder cancer (BC) remain unclear. In the present study, we revealed that RBM24 was upregulated in BC tissues. Importantly, we found that a higher level of RBM24 was correlated with poor prognosis in BC patients. Overexpression of RBM24 promoted BC cell proliferation, while depletion of RBM24 inhibited BC cell proliferation in vivo and in vitro. Mechanistically, RBM24 positively regulated Runx1t1 expression in BC cells by binding to and enhancing Runx1t1 mRNA stability. Furthermore, Runx1t1 in turn promoted RBM24 expression by interacting with the transcription factor TCF4 and suppressing the transcription of miR-625-5p, which directly targets RBM24 and suppresses RBM24 expression. RBM24-regulated BC cell proliferation was moderated via the Runx1t1/TCF4/miR-625-5p feedback loop. These results indicate that the RBM24/Runx1t1/TCF4/miR-625-5p positive feedback loop participates in BC progression. Disruption of this pathway may be a potential therapeutic strategy for BC treatment.
Cloning of Phospholipase D from Grape Berry and Its Expression under Heat Acclimation

To investigate whether phospholipase D (PLD, EC 3.1.4.4) plays a role in adaptive response of post-harvest fruit to environment, a PLD gene was firstly cloned from grape berry (Vitis Vinifera L. cv. Chardonnay) using RT-PCR and 3'- and 5'-RACE. The deduced amino acid sequence (809 residues) showed 84.7% identity with that of PLD from Ricinus communis. The secondary structures of this protein showed the characteristic C2 domain and two active sites of a phospholipid-metabolizing enzyme. The PLD activity and its expression in response to heat acclimation were then assayed. The results indicated PLD was significantly activated at enzyme activity, as well as accumulation of PLD mRNA and synthesis of new PLD protein during the early of heat acclimation, primary suggesting that the grape berry PLD may be involved in the heat response in post-harvest grape berry. This work offers an important basis for further investigating the mechanism of post-harvest fruit adaptation to environmental stresses.

Fe-doped g-C 3 N 4 has been proven to have the potential of visible light photocatalysis, but its catalytic activity of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) is neglected. Herein, the complex advanced oxidation processes of Fe-g-C 3 N 4 mediated PMS and visible light photocatalysis was developed, named as Vis/Fe-g-C 3 N 4 /PMS system, whose eff ects and synergistic mechanism for decomposing Rhodamine B (RhB) was evaluated. The coupling of sulfate radicals and photocatalysis for RhB degradation showed that the synergistic effi ciency ( η Syn ) and factor ( S c ) were 20.1% and 4.82, respectively, with a degradation effi ciency of 99.8%. Iron species dispersed on g-C 3 N 4 provided active sites for PMS activation to generate sulfate radicals, simultaneously reduced the forbidden band, and separated the photo-generated charges of g-C 3 N 4 . h + , SO 4 · ‾ and 1 O 2 were the main active species, and the increase of 1 O 2 was the cause of the synergistic eff ect. The possible degradation path of RhB by this coupling system was proposed. Our fi ndings prove that Vis/Fe-g-C 3 N 4 /PMS system has a great potential to decompose dye wastewater, and also to be an environmental remediation perspective.
