A Novel Predictive Digital Controlled Sensorless PFC Converter under the Boundary Conduction Mode

Wang, Jizhe,Maruta, Hidenori,Matsunaga, Motoshi,Kurokawa, Fujio The Korean Institute of Power Electronics 2017 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.17 No.1

This paper presents a novel predictive digital control method for boundary conduction mode PFC converters without the need for detecting the inductor current. In the proposed method, the inductor current is predicted by analytical equations instead of being detected by a sensing-resistor. The predicted zero-crossing point of the inductor current is determined by the values of the input voltage, output voltage and predicted inductor current. Importantly, the prediction of zero-crossing point is achieved in just a single switching cycle. Therefore, the errors in predictive calculation caused by parameter variations can be compensated. The prediction of the zero-crossing point with the proposed method has been shown to have good accuracy. The proposed method also shows high stability towards variations in both the inductance and output power. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed predictive digital control method for PFC converters.

Nurses' Colleague Solidarity and Job Performance: Mediating Effect of Positive Emotion and Turnover Intention

        Wang Jizhe,Liu Shao,Qu Xiaoyan,He Xingrong,Zhang Laixiang,Guo Kun,Zhu Xiuli 한국산업안전보건공단 산업안전보건연구원 2023 Safety and health at work Vol.14 No.3

Background: Job performance is known as an essential reflection of nursing quality. Colleague solidarity, positive emotion, and turnover intention play effective roles in a clinical working environment, but their impacts on job performance are unclear. Investigating the association between nurses’ colleague solidarity and job performance may be valuable, both directly and through the mediating roles of positive emotion and turnover intention. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 324 Chinese nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method from July 2016 to January 2017. Descriptive analysis, Spearman’s correlation analysis, and the structural equation model were applied for analysis by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: A total of 49.69% of participants were under 30 years old, and 90.12% of participants were female. Colleague solidarity and positive emotion were positively connected with job performance. The results indicated the mediating effects of positive emotion and turnover intention in this relationship, respectively, as well as the chain mediating effect of positive emotion and turnover intention. Conclusions: In conclusion, dynamic and multiple supportive strategies are needed for nurse managers to ameliorate nursing job performance by improving colleague solidarity and positive emotion and decreasing turnover intention based on the job demand-resource model.

Preparation, Characterization, and Microstructure of Poly(ε-caprolactone–co-2,2-dimethyltrimethylene carbonate) Using Metal-free Organocatalysts

        Yan Wang,Jizhe Guo,Lifang Zhang,Junhua Bai,Jifang Niu,Lijuan Jiang,Junfei Li 대한화학회 2015 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.36 No.7

We investigated the random copolymerization of ε-caprolactone and 2,2-dimethyltrimethylene carbonate [poly(CL-co-DTC)] promoted by various imidazolium-based carbenes, including 1-isopropyl-3-p-methoxyphenylimidazol-2-ylidene [Catalyst (1)], 1-isopropy-3-p-methylphenylimidazol-2-ylidene [Catalyst (2)], and 1-methyl-3-p-methoxyphenyl-imidazol-2-ylidene [Catalyst (3)], all of which are new types of unsymmetrical N-heterocyclic carbene catalysts. The reaction was carried out in the presence of benzyl alcohol (BnOH) as an initiator in tetrahydrofuran. By varying the experimental conditions and the monomer feed composition, poly(CL-co-DTC) with high yield and molecular weight was prepared using the binary system Catalyst (1)/BnOH as catalyst/initiator.1H NMR and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) characterizations verified random structures of the polymer. GPC characterization further showed high molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distribution of the final product.

Ring-Opening Block Copolymerization of ε-Caprolactone with L-Lactide Catalyzed by N-Heterocyclic Carbenes: Synthesis, Characteristics, Mechanism

        Lifang Zhang,Ning Li,Yan Wang,Jizhe Guo,Junfei Li 한국고분자학회 2014 Macromolecular Research Vol.22 No.6

Block aliphatic polyesters can be useful for medical and pharmaceutical applications. These materials canbe prepared by sequential ring-opening polymerization reactions. In this work, a set of poly(ε-caprolactone)-poly(Llactide)aliphatic polyester AB diblock copolymers and poly(L-lactide)-poly(ε-caprolactone)-poly(L-lactide) aliphaticpolyester ABA triblock copolymers were prepared by consecutive controlled ring-opening polymerizations. Ring-openingpolymerization of ε-caprolactone in the presence of 1-isopropyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl) imidazol-2-ylidene and ethyleneglycol offered α,ω-dihydroxyl-terminate poly(ε-caprolactone). An array of poly(L-lactide)-poly(ε-caprolactone)-poly(L-lactide) triblock copolymers with controlled molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions wassynthesized using the telechelic poly(ε-caprolactone) samples as macroinitiators for the ring-opening polymerizationof L-lactide. 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data of copolymers showed the chemical structures without random placement. Meanwhile, the spectral data also indicated that this polymerization mechanism was in agreement with the activatedmonomer mechanism.
