In order to detect defects efficiently and improve the quality of products, this paper puts forward the concept about defect classification model and defect association model by a lot of defect data. The technology of similarity is applied to defect classification model, and the idea of Knowledge Discovery in Database is applied to defect association model. Defect classification model can analyze the defect efficiently and provides the basis of solving problems quickly while defect association model can be used to detect early and prevent problem, which can make effective improvements for testing and development. This paper summed up GUI defect model based on a large number of interface defects. The model is useful to improve the accuracy of forecast and be used for test planning and implementation through the practice of several projects.
Fabrication of PHBV/Keratin Composite Nanofibrous Mats for Biomedical Applications

Keratin is an important protein used in wound healing and tissue recovery. In this study, keratin was modified chemically with iodoacetic acid (IAA) to enhance its solubility in organic solvent. Poly(hydroxybutylate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) and modified keratin were dissolved in hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) and electrospun to produce nanofibrous mats. The resulting mats were surface-characterized by ATR-FTIR, field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA). The pure m-keratin mat was cross-linked with glutaraldehyde vapor to make it insoluble in water. The biodegradation test in vitro showed that the mats could be biodegraded by PHB depolymerase and trypsin aqueous solution. The results of the cell adhesion experiment showed that the NIH 3T3 cells adhered more to the PHBV/m-keratin nanofibrous mats than the PHBV film. The BrdU assay showed that the keratin and PHBV/m-keratin nanofibrous mats could accelerate the proliferation of fibroblast cells compared to the PHBV nanofibrous mats.
중국 웹툰에서 2D 애니메이션으로의 매체 전환의 시각 연구:웹툰 <대리사일지>와 2D 애니메이션 <대리사일지>를 중심으로

웹툰이 2D 애니메이션으로의 매체 전환 창작은 새로운 유행이 되어가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 이 두 매체 간 전환에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 본 논문은 베르너 볼프의 트랜스미디어 변환 이론과 브루스 블록의 시각 이론을 바탕으로 중국에서 성공한 만화 <대리사일지>를 애니메이션으로의 변환을 미디어 변환 관점에서 분석 연구하였다. 이 연구는 한국 만화의 각색 및 트랜스미디어 변환과 관련된 학문 분야에 연구 방향을 제공하며 응용 분야에는 제작 관점의 참고 의견을 제공한다. 우리는 웹툰에서 2D 애니메이션으로의 매체 전환을 영향하는 요인들을 탐구할 뿐만 아니라 두 매체의 시각적 요소 표현의 차이를 밝힐 것이다. 웹툰에서 2D 애니메이션으로의 전환 과정에서 시각적인 충격을 강화하고 현실감을 높이며 흥미를 더하는 방법에 중점을 둘 것이다. 또한, 사려 깊은 촬영 안내를 통해 관중의 참여도를 더욱 강화하는 방법을 탐구할 것이다. 이러한 측면을 깊이 연구함으로써 우리는 이러한 매체 전환 과정에서의 기회와 도전을 더 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. The conversion of webtoon to 2D animation is gradually becoming an emerging trend in intermedial transposition creation. However, there is currently relatively little research on the conversion between these two mediums. This article aims to analyze the adaptive changes in visual elements during the successful conversion of the webtoon < White Cat Legend > to 2D animation, using Werner Wolf’s theory of intermedial transposition conversion and Bruce Block’s visual theory. This study provides research ideas for the adaptation and intermedial transposition conversion of Korean comics and offers reference opinions for the production perspective in the application field. We will explore the factors that influence the conversion of webtoon to 2D animation, as well as reveal the differences in visual elements between the two mediums. In the process of converting webtoon to 2D animation, we will focus on enhancing visual impact, increasing realism, and adding entertainment. Additionally, we will explore how to further enhance audienceinvolvement through artful camera guidance. By delving into these aspects, we can better understand the opportunities and challenges in this intermedial transposition conversion process.
