인지적 도제 이론에 의한 음악과 웹 기반 교수·학습 모형 및 시스템 설계

The future society requires individuals to be equipped with creativity, aesthetic sensibility and self-directed learning capabilities for the whole life cycle of their lives. These needs of the future society are reflected in the 2007 Revised National Music Curriculum, which aims to have students enjoy “music-in-everyday-life.” To develop such skills and achieve goals of music education, a web-based music teaching and learning model was designed with application of the learner-oriented cognitive apprenticeship theory. As suggested in the cognitive apprenticeship theory, the web-based model used the six learning processes of modeling, coaching, scaffolding, articulation, reflection, and exploration. Especially, in the model, when going through the six processes, learners reflect on cognitively through monitoring so that they can enhance their meta-cognitive capabilities. This web-based teaching and learning model with application of the cognitive apprenticeship theory will contribute to achieving the goals of music education and satisfying the needs of future society that requires sensibilities and expressiveness of learners. In addition, it would be helpful to conduct further studies that deal with how to implement the model in music classrooms successfully.

As the development of information and communication technology, a activity of human in general society is transferring to cyber world. Also, in education, activity of teaching-learning is designed in Web by a lot of research and is implemented, and it is operated, research about an evaluation method along it is proceeded, too. But research about an evaluation method is nothing more than a part and formation evaluation of a simple form or short answer type, multiple choice type, truth false type in Web. Specially, it is not to evaluate only the results of teaching-learning simply in the 7th National Curriculum. In performance evaluation, that evaluates a meaning change and a development of a student in a process of teaching-learning with measurement is emphasized. However, the existing research cannot be so yet. Also, in music education, evaluation is easy to become evaluation by subjectivity because of the art style of music. Therefore, evaluation of music education has the problem that must secure an objectivity. For this reason, this study designed and implemented a Web-based evaluation system about scope Kachang of music education in order to solve these problems. First of all, the study extracted a rhythm, a musical interval, pronunciation, vocalization, phrasing, an expression with an evaluation element of KaChang scope for Web-based evaluation by analysis of music curriculum and evaluation basis. This study selected a evaluation in Web-based teaching-learning for supporting a classroom class, and selected a way to evaluate the academic achievement with a test or accumulated portfolio in a process and the results of teaching-learning. According to a design of this contents, this study designed structure of a Web-based music evaluation system and configuration, database and a screen and developed a system and implemented its design with a base. This study may become an alternative in the school of these days where the time of music teaching-learning and evaluation are short, and expects the results got in this study as what can be provided to research of performance evaluation to be based on Web as important materials.

Recently, as the development of electrification and autonomous vehicles has become important in the automotive market, the development demand for PCBs having various structures is increasing. Accordingly, after the PCB soldering process, it is necessary to verify the quality from various and complex perspectives. In addition to securing electronic/electrical quality, it has also become important to secure mechanical appearance quality, such as whether the material of the mounted insert injection material has not melted, and whether the press busbar is bent or plating is in good condition. In this paper, we will consider the problem phenomenon of the PCB soldering process, especially the plating clumping to the surface of the press bus bar after applying the reflow soldering process. By accurately grasping the status of the problem and analyzing the cause through reproducibility verification, we will present guidelines for how to prevent plating colonization after the soldering process in the future.

These days, it is difficult to talk about the automobile market except for electric and autonomous vehicles. To that extent, discussions on research trends and technologies related to electricity and autonomous driving are actively taking place, and various development demands are increasing accordingly. In particular, for the purpose of increasing the degree of freedom in designing the internal structural layout of the system and reducing the overall system size, the PCB is integrated, the number of types is increased, and various instruments are mounted. Among them, busbar with various thicknesses/lengths and shapes are inevitably used to embrace a large current corresponding to tens of amps (A) on a PCB constituting a high power/density system. Accordingly, it is necessary not only to secure electronic and electrical quality after soldering between the busbar and the PCB, but also to verify the quality of the single product (plating/bur/winding) of the busbar from various and complex perspectives. In general, tin (Sn) plating is applied to nickel (Ni) base plating for the purpose of maximizing soldering properties of busbar mounted on a PCB, and plating is performed through a dedicated rack or barrell method. At the time, the tin (Sn) plating quality is trivial but very important. Poor plating quality problems can be lightly recognized as simple appearance defects, but uneven defective surfaces that are surface attached with other counterparts can increase busbar surface resistance, thereby reducing electrical conductivity and efficiency and leading to malfunction of the entire system. Among the two plating methods mentioned above (rack/barrell), this paper examines the deterioration of plating quality due to inter-product surface adhesion, a representative problem in the barrell plating method, and presents design guidelines for applying the busbar embossing structure that can expect to improve productivity and plating quality.
범용 웨이브 솔더링 장비를 위한 PCB 지그 최적화 설계

In the preceding research and PROTO level, it is not possible to configure a dedicated equipment environment suitable for each PCB concept, and it is common to have no choice but to produce various product groups by changing only the equipment conditions within a set time in a fixed equipment environment of general-purpose. In this study, we propose a PCB jig optimization design guideline to help select the optimal process conditions within the limited environment as above. In addition, we present a discriminant that can determine in advance whether production is possible/impossible in the current general-purpose equipment. Through the above results, problems that may occur due to the limitations of the general-purpose wave soldering equipment environment can be identified and prevented in advance, and accordingly, the development period can be shortened and productivity can be expected to be improved.
