In this paper, we investigated the sensitivity of aerostatic force coefficients of multi-layer radom in the various wind speeds. The test was conducted in KOCED Wind Tunnel Center in Chonbuk National University, and wind speeds were in the range from 5 m/s to 26 m/s in order to determine the Reynolds number independence. The test results of present multi-layer radom were not affected by the Reynolds number, The maximum positive pressure coefficient was found to be 1.08 at the center of the front of the plane in angle of attack of 0 degree, the maximum negative pressure coefficient was -2.03 at the upper right corner in angle of attack of 120 degree, while maximum drag coefficient was 1.11 in angle of attack of 180 degree.

In this study, in order to evaluate the structural safety on massive composite structures, we applied various structural verification procedures including structure test, modal test, transfer vibration test and FEM. Structure test of subfield structure (T-joint) was used to evaluate the rupture strength and fracture shape, and modal test of the composite structure was performed on the final product. Modification and modal analysis of FEM were repeatedly performed to reduce margin of error rate on the modal test results within 5 percent. Converted PSD profiles were used to analyze the modified finite elements, and by doing it, we were able to evaluate structural safety. As the result of research, two main safety evaluation methods can be established. One is structural safety evaluation method of large composite structure under transfer condition.

The vibration characteristics of the mounting platforms of surveillance and reconnaissance equipment differ, and their operating conditions should be considered during their design In addition, the attenuation characteristics of an applied vibration are important when a dust prevention system is equipped; therefore, structural integrity should be verified through analysis and testing. Vibration and shock tests were conducted to analyze the characteristics of an isolator, and the isolator was selected. Reinforcement was designed by finding the vulnerabilities of the equipment using data obtained from a pretest. A dynamic characteristic analysis of the system with the reinforced structure was carried out using measured data. The reinforcement design was completed by verifying the structural integrity of the system through a structural analysis.

The Radar is to find the target with radiating signal and taking reflected signal. Commonly the automotive radar use higher frequency range than another radar. The conventional automotive radar detects the nearby obstacle. Currently being developed automotive radar has bigger size and high power than the existing automotive radar because of detection angle and angular resolution of high performance. Automotive radar needs size reduction to be mounted a car and thermal stability for the stable operation of the electronic component. Find the suitable structure for size reduction and thermal stability through changing structure inner radar and using numerical analysis.
