This paper deals with precise positioning of positioning stage by input shaping, Input shaping is well known to be a very effective tool for suppressing the residual vibration of flexible structures. However, the input shaping tends to increase the rise time of the system. This problem often degrades the performance of system, In order to improve this problem, this paper proposes an input shaping method using the virtual mode concept for positioning stage. The virtual-mode input shaper is proved effective through experiments.

This paper deals with precise positioning of high-speed XY stage by an improved input shaping. Input shaping is well known to be a very effective tool for suppressing the residual vibration of flexible structures. However, the ordinary input shaping cannot suppress the residual vibration at the target position effectively. The main reason is the time delay of the servo system. In order to compensate for the time-delay-caused-problem, this paper proposes an improved input shaper, The improved input shaper is proved effective through experiments.

This Study investigated a possibility of lateral movement in the reconstruction field of Nongso bridge at Nongso-ri, Joochon-myeon, Kimhae. The methods applied in this study were the judgement formula and the Finite Element Method(FEM). The conclusions are shown in the following. 1) The application of the FEM, as well as the judgement formula resulted in the lateral movement. 2) Bridge abutment and foundation must be constructed after completing consolidation. 3) The occurrence possibility of lateral movement should be judged by the FEM that can re-present field conditions. 4) Lateral movement will take place in the case. Hence, settlement of proper countermeasure method should be followed by the construction.

Background: To investigate clinical features and risk factors of stroke patients who lived in Korean rural area, we analysis Wonkwang Stroke Registry and compared with other studies. Methods: We filled out Stroke Registry in the consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke from march 1997 to February 1999. We analyzed demographic data, risk factors and subtypes of stroke. All patients were divied into 3 groups according to their age. Stroke subtype was classified into large artery atherosclerosis(LAA),small vessel occlusion(SVO), cardioembolism(CE), stroke of other determined etiology(SOE), and stroke of undetermined etiology(SUE) by TOAST(Trial of Org 10172 in Actue Stroke Treatment). Results: Five hundred nine patients were included in Wonkwang Stroke Registry from march 1997 to February 1999. Mean age was 65.47±0.48 years old. The ratio of males to females was 1 : 0.78. SVO was the most frequent subtype(49%) of ischemic stroke, and then followed by LAA(27.5%), CE(7%), SOE(8.1%), and SUE(8.4%). The internal carotid artery(ICA) territory was involved in 59.3% patients. Vertebrobasilar artery territory involvement was noted in 37.5%, and 3.2% of patients showed multiple artery territory involvement. All patients had risk factor of ischemic stroke except for 14 patients. Mean number of risk factors was 1.7/patient. Hypertension(62.1%) was the most frequent risk factor, and follwed by smoking(26.3%), diabetes mellitus(25.9%), and hyperlipidemia(25.55%). Conclusions: These results showed that the proportion of ischemic stroke subtype was not concordant with other studies. It may be caused by different mode of living and ethnic difference. This study may afford further information on the characteristics of Korean rural area stroke.

과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

We get the conclusion of the ionic components of sample and the concentration of metal elements which is collected for acid composition substances using Dry Deposion, Dust Jar method at five points in Pusan. It appears higher ionic concentration from the last of February to the middle of May. It appears higher ionic concentration according to the increasing of collecting period in cation. It is higher ionic concentration according to the passing of the time at all sites in anion. The sum of cation equivalent concentration is higher than the sum of anion equivalent concentration in comparing ionic equivalent concentration. The equivalent concentration of SO₄^(2-), NO^(3-) that is gussed acid density is predominient in anion.

<P>Recently, a mobile augmented reality (AR) system with AR technology that requires high performance has become popular due to the improved performance of smartphones. In particular, mobile AR that directly interacts with outdoor environments has been in development because of increasing interest in e-leisure due to improvements in living standards. Therefore, this paper aims to study tracking and augmentation in mobile AR for e-leisure. We analyzed the performance of human body tracking application implemented in a mobile system (smartphone) using three methods (marker-based, markerless, and sensor-based) for the feasibility examination of human body tracking in mobile AR. Furthermore, game information augmentation was examined through the implementation of mobile AR using two methods (marker- and sensor-based).</P>
