For FH-SS communication, We discussed the method of indirect synthesizer in several methods. The problem of single frequency synthesizer using with PLL is a varied coefficient value of damping factor in frequency hopping time, which is caused unstable frequency. So, for stable frequency synthesizer, a coefficient of damping factor must be optimized and synthesized to be removed excessive response time. In this paper, we studied FH using with 2 loop frequency synthesizer which takes stable frequency, we made up simulator and had a good performance(real time speed).
ICT 활용 교육을 위한 원격지 학급간 협동 학습 시스템 개발

인터넷을 기반으로 한 원격지 학급간 협동 학습 시스템은 원격지 학급을 연결하는 매칭 시스템, 다양한 보상 체계와 상호 작용으로 실질적인 협동 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 커뮤니티 시스템, 개인이나 모둠 및 학습실의 학습 성취도를 평가하고 학습 결과물을 공유할 수 있는 리포트 시스템으로 구성하였다. 특히 협동 학습 과정을 사전 준비 단계, 모둠 구성 단계, 상호 작용 단계, 결과협의 단계, 평가 정리 단계로 구분하여 시스템에 적용시켰다. 이 시스템은 다양한 상호 작용과 책임 있는 모둠 활동을 제공하므로 교사는 자연스럽게 ICT 활용 교육에 자신감을 갖게 되고, 학생은 정보화 사회에 필요한 기초적인 ICT와 공동체 의식을 습득할 것이다. A synchronization is important element not only wire communication but also wireless communication. Especially, In SS(Spread Spectrum) communication method used GPS(Global Positioning System) synchronization is more important. A synchronous oscillator(SO) is a network which synchronizes, tracks, filter, amplifies and divides (if necessary) in a single process. Without an input signal, the SO is a free-running oscillator, oscillating at a frequency w??, but phase changes 180。 within tracking range of SO. Therefore CPSO was used for this problem. The coherent phase synchronous oscillator(CPSO) is created by adding two external loops to the SO and has a wider tracking bandwidth and a zero-offset phase response (coherent) while maintaining the SO properties of high signal-to-rejection and fast frequency acquisition times. Therefore phase between input signal and output signal is synchronized. In this paper, GPS data recovery circuit has applied CPSO using front reference characters and has certified and excellent data recovery capability.

<P>Antibody-conjugated nanoparticles (NPs) have attracted great attention in diagnostic and therapeutic applications due to their high sensitivity and specificity for biotargets, as well as their wide applicability. Unfortunately, these features are significantly affected by antibody conjugation methods in terms of conjugation efficiency, orientation of the target binding site in the antibody, and denaturation during chemical conjugation reactions. Furthermore, the number of conjugated antibodies on each NP and the overall targeting efficacy are critical factors for a quantitative bioassay with antibody-conjugated NPs. Herein, we report a versatile and oriented antibody conjugation method using copper-free click chemistry. Moreover, the number of conjugated antibodies and their binding capacity were quantitatively and experimentally evaluated using fluorescently-labeled antibodies and antigens. The strong binding capability of antibody-conjugated NPs prepared using the copper-free click chemistry-based conjugation strategy was 8 times superior to the binding capability seen following the use of the EDC/NHS-coupling method. Additionally, the versatility of the developed antibody conjugation method was also demonstrated by conjugation of the antibody to three kinds of silica-encapsulated NPs.</P>
Green Manufacturing Process for Helical Pinion Gear Using Cold Extrusion Process

In this research, a cold extrusion process that can replace conventional machining process is developed for sustainable production. The cold extrusion method requires an analytical design process to assure desired dimensional accuracy of the final product. Therefore, the design must consider the material flow during the process in order to avoid product defects such as folding and underfilling. The forming load and material flow were analyzed using a commercial finite element code, DEFORM3D. To improve the dimensional accuracy, the shape of die and initial billet were designed using minimum distance analysis via FE simulation. Also the developed process included ejection for improving dimensional accuracy, and it was verified by a gear accuracy test. Isothermal annealing and spheroidizing were applied for increasing the formability of high strength workpiece. Finally a helical pinion gear was manufactured using the developed process and the product was compared to the simulation results. In conclusion, the developed process is a scrap reducing and energy saving method for manufacturing extrusion product with high dimensional accuracy.

During diagnostic radiography examinations, due to problems such as patient falls, the door between the examination room and the control room is often opened for quick action. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of curtain-type shielding for worker radiation protection. Shielding efficiency, weight, cost, and user opinions were analyzed for leaded, leaded rubber, lead-free shielding sheet, and chainmail. The results showed that the shielding efficiency was 97.7 % for the steel door, 97.5 % for the lead sheet, 97.0 % for the lead rubber, 96.0 % for the lead-free sheet, and 91.3 % for the chain mail, and the weight was 7,399 g for the lead sheet, 8,482 g for the lead rubber, 1,148 g for the lead-free sheet, and 8,127 g for the chain mail. The cost was $46.9 for the lead sheet, $126 for the lead rubber, $270.5 for the lead-free sheet, and $147.8 for the chain mail. Based on this, it is believed that shielding curtains can be used to provide both worker and patient safety by considering the conditions of diagnostic radiography rooms in each medical institution.

Background : The purpose of this study was to evaluate methods to high quality medicinal vegetables, thereby increasing farm income. This study investigated the effects of different organic fertilizer and applicated cultivation on stable foliage production in Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg. Methods and Results : method of application with organic fertilizer were conducted under nine condition compose to control(non application), N-P2O5-K2O (20-12-10)㎏․10 a−1, Hyphal incubation compost(HIC) applied at 851㎏․10 a−1, Hangawi organic compost(HOC) applied at 547㎏․10 a−1, Fermented mixed oil cake compost(FMOC) applied at 380㎏․10 a−1, 60% and 40% of basal fertilizer in March 12, top dressing were four application in April 12, May 12, June 13 and July 12, respectively. Sowing dates were March 23, 2015. Plants were spaced 15 ㎝ apart in rows 15 ㎝ apart with open cultivation. Conclusions : chemical fertilizers < hyphal incubation compost < hangawi organic compost < fermented mixed oil cake compost application, top dressing than 60% in order of 40% additional fertilizer, aerial part as a result were so many such amount of growth as number of leaf per plant, etc., Green leaf yields is untreated control plot (875 kg․10 a−1) compared to 12% from using chemical fertilizers, HIC application 18% higher, HOC application 20% higher, and FMOC application increased to 28% of the most.

Methods and Results : method of weed elimination with covering material were conducted under four condition compose to Non covering(4~6 times by manual weed control), Barley straw cutting covered with 700㎏․10 a−1, Rice straw cutting covered with 500㎏․10 a−1, Rice husks covered with 1,000㎏․10 a−1. Fermented mixed oil cake compost applied at 380㎏․10 a−1, 60% of basal fertilizer in March 14, 40% of top dressing were four times application in April 14 ~July 15. Sowing dates were March 25, 2015. Plants were spaced 15 ㎝ apart in rows 15 ㎝ apart with open cultivation. Conclusions : Rice husks covering < Barley straw covering < Barley straw covering cultivation this order, aerial part as a result were plenty amount of growth. Weed the rates was 12 to 29% lower incidence. Green leaf yields is uncovering control plot (915 kg․10 a−1) compared to 2% from covering rice husks, barley straw and rice straw covering increased to 18%, 20%, respectively.
