        This study tries to present the upbring plans of exhibition industry in Korea. Many countries, recognized the importance of exhibition industry because of extraordinary economic effectiveness brought by exhibitions, try to endeavor for the enticement of exhibition industry with concerted efforts. However, Korean exhibition industry is no more than in the basic step to build a few convention & exhibition centers. In this paper, I will present a few plans to upbring exhibition industry in Korea as analyzing on the present situation. To achieve this goal, most of all, establish the academic structure of exhibition in comparison and contrast with other concepts. And then, I draw problems of the present situation such as a lack of specialist on this area, unsymmetric government and local province policy, superficial understanding of the exhibition industry to grope the supporting plans.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of various turnover factors on the intention to turnover for newcomers. The results of this study show that the expectancy level affects positively and significantly the turnover intention. It is also found that the level of achievement has negative impact on the intention to turnover. The realistic job preview effect was not significant in this study, indicating that the sample of this study was limited to younger generations and to administrative workers. However, this study shows that the information differences between before and after the entry to organizations have positive and significant effects on the turnover intentions. This study also discusses other findings and their implications.
