This is a research on the Korean immigrant village and house in Y eonbyeon Long-Shan village in China. The house (so called Minga in Korean), which was studied in this paper, is the vernacular architecture of dwelling for the rural people in this area. It is the most common dwelling type. We can find Korean vernacular influences on the architecture in this area by the Korean-Chinese people. Long-Shan village is laid out with the so called Bae-san-im-su way which means that to the north of the village are mountains, Moa mountain a branch of Baekdu Mountain ( R *I I 1), water, Haeran river (/Bi.~}[) to the south. The main axis of village layout is made of two roads. The village is mainly developed along the east-west main road follows the southern creek. The other axis is north-south main road and other sub roads branch out from it. The sub roads serve as the transition between main road and the allies, which are the access to individual houses. The main building is usually laid on the northern side of the individual site with garden attached in south. The main entry is usually on eastern side of the main building and the separate service buildings are between the main building and the entry. This also relates to the kitchen location in the main building. Usually the kitchen is on eastern side of the main building and most frequently related with separate service building in function

This study explores a possibility to expend the scope of Traditional Korean-style ** ** House, or Hanok through including North Korea's Modem Korean-style building. As Korean traditional architecture is gaining more attention, we should think over how contemporary Hanok should be and establish the concept of Hanok for future generations to come. In order to do that, the traditional Hanok design techniques should be understood. Based on this, the appropriate Hanok Design and construction techniques for contemporary buildings could be found out. This study, therefore, aims at finding basic data of design techniques which can be applied to modern Hanok in South Korea and provi%Bng clues for the future Hanok design through studying Korean-style modern buildings in North Korea.

By selecting rural residential houses of Jiaozuo region as the research object, paper analyzes local residential houses' origin, formation and development. Base on searching literature study, field research, and summarizing the previous analysis methods, firstly, describe the form of rural residential houses in Jiaozuo region; secondly, analyses the causes of architectural evolution; lastly, summarizes the evolution laws. Then combined with related domestic and abroad instance, paper is to propose reasonable advice and strategies for preservation and update the rural residential houses in Jiaozuo.

In modern society, the financial system has grown in importance. The financial system interchanges according globalization. China financial market is popular because it is great potential and has a large of customer. And Korea’s bank gets through china. It has trouble with going to china because of china’s regulation. But after joining WTO, china relaxes regulation. However, Korea banks have different thing some unique due to Korea bank’s customer has only business. So they emphasize service. Service includes not only kindness and high-quality job performance but also differentiation of space. Thereby, space is composed of simple moving line and easy business handling. This research studies about Architectural Planning Characteristics of Korean bank in China. In future this research would be basic material in architecture.
A study on sustainable development of Beijing Siheyuan in the state of modern life

Siheyuan, is the traditional Chinese courtyard style building, has a long history, and is an extremely important historical and cultural heritage. It carries the folk culture of old Beijing and the history of the old Beijing. Therefore, its cultural connotation should be maintained. With the growing number of skyscrapers, construction industrialization replacing traditional construction technology today, hutongs and Siheyuan have lost their luster, most of the traditional Siheyuan have become shabby, inner vitality and old form that were the social mechanism are rotting away. Just relying onprotection and repair Siheyun is far from a healthy survival. Instead development and innovation is needed for a vibrant sustainable preservation of Siheyuan. In order to make Siheyuan more comfortable, more vibrant and to achieve its sustainable development, it should be combined with modern materials and construction technology.
