N/A Effects of Si and Ni addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Cu-12wt.%Al-5wt.%Fe-1wt.%Mn alloy have been investigated experimentally. Microstructure of the as-cast specimen is found to be refined markedly by additions of Ni and Si. By the addition of Ni, volume fraction of the k phase is increased, but volume fraction of the y phase is decreased. Hardness is increased with the addition of Ni, due to increasing of k phase which is harder than y phase. However, Charpy impact value is not significally decreased possibly due to the formation of isolate k phase. (Received February 19, 1998)
학습 차원을 강조한 초등 과학수업의 과학적 태도와 과학 학습 성취도 분석 - 5학년 '열매' 단원을 중심으로 -

Dimensions of learning, based on the vast studies on teaming psychology and teaming processes, have been played an important role as one of the frameworks of curriculum and teaming strategies. Dimensions of Learning consist of 5 Dimensions, each of 'Attitudes and Perceptions', 'Acquire and Integrate Knowledge', 'Extend and Refine Knowledge', 'Use Knowledge Meaningfully', 'Habits of Mind'. And each dimension has $3\~8$ lower categories in itself, The elementary 5th grade science lesson emphasizing upon Dimensions of Learning was developed in this study. The lessons dealt with almost every lower categories of Dimensions of learning. We analysed students' scientific attitude and scientific achievement quantitatively after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning in comparison with typical lesson laying stress on teachers' guides. The results are as follows; Students' scientific attitude was significantly changed after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning. The willingness, positiveness, straightforwardness, and openness of lower categories of students' scientific attitude were more significantly changed especially. But students' scientific achievement was not significantly changed after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning.
머신비전을 이용한 PWM Shaft의 자동검사 시스템 개발

In this paper, in order to overcome shortcomings of manual inspection for the automotive PWM Shaft, we developed an automated inline inspection system. The automated inline inspection system consists of the work feeder unit, conveying unit, outer diameter check unit, run-out and roundness check unit, machine vision, defective separation unit and status alarm unit. We used the machine vision system for automatic inspection process and designed the inline systems for automatic feeding and selecting process. Also the repeated operation test was performed in order to verify the precision and reliability of the proposed automated inline inspection system.
An Analysis of Koreas Imports from Japan in 2019

본 연구는 2019년 일본제품 불매운동 기간 대일본 수입액 분석을 통하여 불매운동이 얼마나 수입에 영향을 미쳤는지 가늠하고자 한다. 불매운동 기간은 2019년 7월~2019년 12월의 6개월로 정의했고 전체 상품은 소비재, 자본재, 원자재로 구분하였다. 불매운동 기간 수입액과 불매운동이 없었던 상황의 수입액의 비교를 통하여 불매운동의 효과를 파악하였다. 불매운동 기간 대(對) 일본 소비재, 자본재, 원자재 수입은 모두 감소하였다. 자본재와 원자재 수입 감소의 원인은 2년 전부터 있었던 국내 경기 하강과 투자 부진이 그 원인으로 보인다. 하지만 일본 소비재 수입은 불매운동이 주요 원인이며 그 효과도 상당하였다. This study assesses the impacts of “No Japan” boycott on Korea’s goods imports from Japan in 2019. Products are classified into consumer goods, capital goods, and rawmaterials. The effects of the boycott aremeasured by comparing imports fromJapan to Korea during the boycott periodwith those when there is no boycott. We conclude that imports of all three types of products are decreased during the boycott. The decline in capital goods and rawmaterial imports is attributed to domestic economic downturn and sluggish investment in Korea. However, the decline in consumer goods imports is strongly influenced by the boycott.
무조건적 자기정보접근권 부여에 대한 국내외 규제현황 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방안 연구

개인정보자기결정권이란 “자신에 관한 정보가 언제 누구에게 어느 범위까지 알려지고 또 이용되도록 할 것인지를 그 정보주체가 스스로 결정할 수 있는 권리”로서 2005년 헌법재판소에서 헌법상으로 인정한 권리이다. 개인정보 자기결정권 중에는 정보주체가 정보보유자가 보유중인 본인의 정보에 대한 현황 및 처리내역을 열람할 수 있도록 하는 자기정보접근권이 있다. 이러한 자기정보접근권을 보장하기 위하여 개인정보와 관련된 각종 법률에서 정보보유자에게 개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항을 정보주체에게 무조건적으로 통지하도록 의무(이하 “무조건적 자기정보접근권")를 부여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 무조건적 자기정보접근권 부여에 대한 국내 법률 현황 및 외국의 규제 현황을 분석한다. 이어서 국내 기업들의 대응 사례를 소개하고, 관련 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하며 결론을 낼 것이다. The right to informational self-determination refers to the constitutional right for an individual, which is approved by the constitutional court, to decide what contents the collected information comprises and to control the circulation of information relation to oneself. It contains claim for inspection of personal information(The right to informational self-access) as a right for individual to review information of current state and processing history which information holders have. To assure the right to informational self-access, individual must be notified of the processing history of information by information holders regardless of individual"s request(The unconditional right to informational self-access). This study will analyse current status of domestic and foreign legislation and global regulation which are related to the unconditional right to informational self-access. In addition, the action of domestic corporations will be introduced. Finally, it will be concluded with relevant problems and solutions to solve the problems.

The new plate-type ultrasonic waveguide sensor has been developed for the versatile applications in an under-sodium viewing of a sodium-cooled fast reactor. In this study, the experimental and numerical study of the propagation and radiation beam profile of A0 leaky Lamb wave in a plate waveguide sensor has been carried out. A novel technique which is capable of steering a radiation beam of a waveguide sensor without a mechanical movement can be achieved by a frequency tuning method of the excitation pulse in the dispersive low frequency range of the A0 Lamb wave. The ANSYS-LSdyna FEM code was used in this numerical simulation for the dynamic transient analysis of the ultrasonic wave propagation.
