        다양한 기능성 도판트로 도핑된 가용성 폴리티롤의 용매화 효과 및 특성

        극성 작용기와 비극성 작용기를 동시에 갖는 기능성 도판트인 sodium di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (DEHSNa), sodium dioleylsulfosuccinate (DOSNa), sodium butylanphthalenesulfonate (BNSNa)을 사용하여 극성 용매(DMSO, DMF, NMP 등)와 비극성 용매(클로로포름, dichloromethane 등)에 가용성인 폴리피롤(Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-NBS)을 합성하였다. 극성 작용기로 도핑된 가용성 Ppy-DEHS 분말의 용해도는 상대적으로 비극성 용매보다(~ 6 wt%/vol.) 극성 용매에서(~ 11 wt%/vol.) 더 높게 나타났고, 이들 용매로부터 제조된 필름의 진기전도도도 또한 극성 용매에서 제조된 필름이(4 S/cm) 비 극성 용매에서 제조된 필름보다 (2×10^-2S/cm) 더 높게 나타났다. 그러나, 비각성 작용기를 갖는 도판트로 도핑된 가용성 Ppy-DOS, Ppy-BNS의 경우, 상대적으로 비극성 용매인 클로로포름내에서 용해도가(6~9 wt%/vol.) 극성용매 (DMEO, DMF etc. 3~4 wt%/vol.)인 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 다양한 유기용매에서 제조된 Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-NBS 필름의 전하전달은 모두 3차원 VRH model{σ_dc(T) = σ_0 exp[-(T_0/T)^1/4]}에 부합하였다. Polypyrroles (Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-BNS, etc.) soluble in polar (DMSO, DMF, NMP, etc.) and non-polar (chloroform dichloromethane, etc.) organic solvents were synthesized using functional doping agents that have both polar and non polar functional groups: sodium di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (DEHSNa), sodium dioleylsulfosuccinate (DOSNa), and sodium butylnaphthalenesulfonate (BNSNa). Soluble Ppy-DEHS powder doped with polar functional group dopant showed a higher solubility in polar solvent (~11 wt%/vol.) than in non polar solvent ( ~6 wt%/vol.). Free standing film (4 S/cm) cast from polar solvent showed a higher electrical conductivity than that cast from non polar solvent (2 × 10^-2 S/cm). Soluble Ppy-DOS and Ppy-BNS powders doped with non polar functional group dopant showed a higher solubility in non polar solvent (chloroform, 6~9wt%/vol.) than in polar solvent (DMSO, DMF etc. 3~4 wt%/vol,). For the Ppy-DEHs, Ppy-DOS and Ppy-BNS films cast from various organic solvents, Three Dimensional Various Range Hopping model (3D VRH {σ_dc(T) = σ_0 exp[-(T_0/T)^1/4]} was used to fit the results of temperature dependence of electrical conductivity measurement.

        This study was undertaken for the clinical evaluation and statistical analysis on the 38 cases of placenta previa who were admitted and treated from March 1, 1988 to Feb. 28, 1991. The results were as follows : 1. The incidence of placenta previa was one per 53 deliveries or 1.90% 2. There were 57.9 % total placenta previa, 21.1 % partial placenta previa, 13.1 % low-lying placenta previa and 7.9% marginal placenta previa. 3. Placenta previa has occured more often in multipara (63.2%) than primigravida 4. More than one-third (38.8%) cases of placenta previa had delayed admission until labor occured for some time following vaginal spotting has first time been noticed. More instructive prenatal education should be emphasized 5. Lower segment transverse section rate was 63.2%, classical cesarean section rate was 15.8% and cesarean hysterectomy was 9.8%. The rest of them were treated by vaginal deliveries of 5 cases(13.2%) 6. The perinatal loss associated with placenta previa was considered still higher : the premature death was 15.8% and term death was 2.6%. The problem of prevention of prematurity still remains to be studied. 7. There was no maternal mortality in our study

        The design of piezoelectric layer and acoustic lens for scanning acoustic microscope is described. Acoustic lens utilizes the principle of optical lens, but it is the concave type in contrast with the optical lens. Mainly, the materials of acoustic lens are composed of ZnO which operates the longitudinal mode and has a large electromechanical coupling constant with the piezoelectric transducer and A1_20_3 which is very hard and whose difference of acoustic velocity is large about the acoustic lens rod. The segment of entire circle(O) must be generally 50˚ which is larger than Rayleigh's critical angle. If θ_max is 50˚ K is 53.33 or 15.74. Thus, according to the frequency of piezoelectric transducer, the radius of top electrode is obtained by formula (4.16). Peizoelectric transducer must be the thickness mode of circular plate, and piezoelectric layer is between λ / 4 and λ/2. And with the frequency of half wavelength of f_o = ω_o/2π = v_o/21_o and the acoustic velocity of v_0, the thickness of 1_0, the thickness of transducer is taken.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

        Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

        Gait Stability in K-pop Professional Dancers

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide data on gait characteristics of K-pop professional dancers. Method: Participants were divided into four groups: male dancers (n=10, age: $28.2{\pm}3.4years$, height: $175{\pm}6cm$, weight: $68.9{\pm}5.6kg$), female dancers (n=10, age: $26.7{\pm}3.1years$, height: $162{\pm}4cm$, weight: $52.1{\pm}3.7kg$), non-dancer males (n=10, age: $25.2{\pm}2.6years$, height: $171{\pm}6cm$, weight: $66.4{\pm}5.3kg$), or non-dancer females (n=10, age: $26.2{\pm}3.0years$, height: $161{\pm}5cm$, weight: $56.4{\pm}6.7kg$). Twelve infrared cameras (Qualisys, Oqus 500, Sweden, 150 Hz.) were used to capture three-dimensional motion data. Gait motion data of professional dancers and ordinary persons were obtained. Results: K-pop dancers' dynamic stability during the female toe off event and the male heel contact event was better compared with that of ordinary persons in the front-rear direction. In addition, the results showed a significant difference in the margin of stability (MoS). However, the medial-lateral direction of both female and male dancers during heel contact and the toe off event was more stable compared with ordinary person, who exhibited an increased MoS than did the dancers. Conclusion: This study aimed to investigate the gait characteristics of K-pop professional dancers in comparison with ordinary persons using gait parameters and MoS. The stability of K-pop professional dancers' dynamic gait in the front-rear direction was better than that in the medial-lateral direction. Therefore, further studies in which the dance movements of K-pop dancers are sub-divided and analyzed will be necessary to reduce related injury.

        Utility of Radial Probe Endobronchial Ultrasound Guided Transbronchial Lung Biopsy in Bronchus Sign Negative Peripheral Pulmonary Lesions

        Background: The presence of the bronchus sign on chest computed tomography is associated with an increased diagnostic yield of radial probe endobronchial ultrasound– guided transbronchial lung biopsy (RP-EBUS-TBLB). However, the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB for bronchus sign negative peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) remains unknown. We investigated the utility of RP-EBUS-TBLB in bronchus sign negative PPLs. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed data from 109 patients who underwent RP-EBUS for bronchus sign negative PPLs from January 2019 to August 2020. TBLB was performed using RP-EBUS with a guide sheath and without fluoroscopy. The EBUS visualization and TBLB diagnostic yields were assessed. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors affecting the EBUS visualization and diagnostic yields. Results: The EBUS visualization yield was 74.1% (68/109). Of the 109 lung lesions, 92 were definitively diagnosed. The overall diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 50.5% (55/109), 34.9% (29/83), 100% (26/26), 100% (29/29), and 32.5% (26/80), respectively. In multivariable analyses, the size of the lesion (≥ 20 mm; odds ratio [OR], 2.62; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.16–5.93; P = 0.021) and the distance from the pleura (> 10 mm; OR, 2.37; 95% CI, 1.02–5.52; P = 0.045) were associated with EBUS visualization. Regarding diagnostic yield, having the probe within the lesion (OR, 28.50; 95% CI, 6.26–129.85; P < 0.001) and a solid lesion (OR, 14.58; 95% CI, 2.64–80.38; P = 0.002) were associated with diagnostic success. Pneumothorax and hemoptysis occurred in 3.7% (4/109) and 0.9% (1/109), respectively, of the patients. Conclusion: RP-EBUS-TBLB using a GS can be considered a diagnostic method in bronchus sign negative solid PPLs. Having the probe within the lesion and a solid lesion were important for diagnostic success. Complication rates were acceptable.
