        Physical properties of waterborne soft feel coatings for instrument panel were investigated. Soft feel coatings give warm and velvet touch for cold and hard plastic materials. Waterborne soft feel coating is composed with two parts. Part A contains polyester polyurethane dispersion (PE-PUD), OH-functional water dispersible polyurethane resin (PC-PUD) and OH-functional water dispersible alkyd resin (OH-PA). Part B contains hydrophilic hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HHDI). Soft feeling of coated panel was related with the amounts of PC-PUD and OH-PA. The physical properties of coated panel could be controlled by the NCO/OH ratio from Part A and Part B. Soft feeling was enhanced with relevant to PE-PUD content but the content of PE-PUD was limited because of weakening of coated film strength. For excellent touch and good property, the optimum composition of soft feel coat was PC-PUD(30%) and PE-PUD(20%). The results from all reliability tests satisfied soft feeling, scratch, chemical resistance and fogging.

        수중 유기물처리를 위한 광펜톤반응의 최적조건 도출

        Fenton is the reaction using the OH· radicals generating by interaction between hydrogen peroxide and Fe<sup>2+</sup> which can oxidize the contaminants. Fe<sup>2+</sup> ions are oxidized to Fe<sup>3+</sup> ions by reaction with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> and formed OH· radicals. UV-Fenton process includes the additional reaction that generates the OH· radicals by photodegradation of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. In methylorange (MO) decolourization experiment with UV-Fenton, optimal Fe<sup>2+</sup>: H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> ratio was obtained at 1 : 10. Based on the obtained condition (H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>= 10mM, Fe<sup>2+</sup> = 1 mM) with/without UV-fenton experiment was carried out. Removal efficiency and sludge production were measured at 30 min. The case of w/o UV irradiation and only H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> was hardly treated and only Fe<sup>2+</sup> showed 65% removal owing to coagulation. When UV-Fenton process in optimal ratio (Fe<sup>2+</sup>: H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> = 1 : 10), UV irradiation showed better removal efficiency than of w/o UV irradiation. Also, MO decolourization was a function of the hydrogen peroxide concentration (x<sub>1</sub>), Fe<sup>2+</sup>:H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> ratio (x<sub>2</sub>), and numbers of UV lamp (x<sub>3</sub>) from the application of the response surface methodology. Statistical results showed the order of significance of the independent variables to be hydrogen peroxide concentration > numbers of UV l amp > Fe<sup>2+</sup>: H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> ratio.

        한국인 젊은 여성의 심미적인 안면 연조직 형태에 관한 두부 X-선 계측학적 연구

        본 연구에서는 대구에서 활동하고 있는 모델과 심미적인 안모를 가졌다고 추천받은 68명의 젊은 여성을 대상으로 하여 두부X-선 사진, 정모 사진과 측모 실루엣 사진을 채득하였다. 두부X-선 사진의 연조직 측모선만을 사용한 3명씩의 측모 실루엣을 FH plane이 평행하게 한 장에 그려서 제작한 사진을 경북대학교 미술학과 재학생 7명과 교정 전공의 15명에게 평가하게 하였으며 정모 사진을 교정 전공의만 평가하게 하였다. 아주 좋은 경우를 9점, 좋은 경우를 7점 보통인 경우를 5점, 좋지 않은 경우를 3점으로 처리토록 하였다. 측모 실루엣에서 교정 전공의와 미대생의 심미안간의 상관관계, 교정 전공의가 평가한 정모와 측모의 심미성간의 상관관계, 교정 전공의가 평가한 측모 실루엣의 평균 점수가 5점 이상인 38명의 측모 계측항목과 측모 심미성간의 상관관계를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 측모 실루엣에서 교정 전공의와 미대생의 심미안간의 상관관계는 유의성있게 나타났다(r=0.67, P=0.0001). 2. 교정 전공의가 평가한 정모와 측모의 심미성간의 상관관계는 유의성있게 나타났다(r=0.26, P=0.0381). 3. 측모 실루엣과 상관관계가 유의성있게 나타난 항목은 Na-Pog to N′, BNV to Pog′, BNV/B′-Pog′, Ls-Li-Pog′, Li-B′-Pog′, Z angle이었다.(P<0.05). 4. 측모 계측항목의 평균치 및 표준편차를 구하였다. Cephalometric radiographs, frontal photographs and profile silhiuette phogographs of 68 young adult female who were model or were recommended to have esthetic face were used in this study. 7 Students in department of Art of Kyungpook national university and 15 orthodontists estimated profile slides which were made of 3 profile silhouettes in parallel with FH plane. Profile silhouettes were made of soft tissue profile line of cephalometric radiograph. Only orthodontists estimated frontal photographs. Students and Orthodontists score 9 in excellent case, score 7 in good case, score 5 in average case, score 3 in poor case. Correlation analysis between orthodontists` esthetic concept and Artists` esthetic concept, between frontal view esthetics and profile view esthetics which estimated by orthotontists. between profile view esthetics and profile measurements which consisted of measurements of 38 female who were scored above 5 mean score in profile silhouette by orthodontists were done. And the finding in this study indicated the following 1. Correlation between orthodontists` esthetic concept and Artists` esthetic concept in profile silhouette was significant(r=0.67, P=0.0001). 2. Correlation between frontal view esthetics and profile view esthetics which estimated by orthodontist was significant(r=0.26, P=0.0381). 3. Measurements which had significant correlation between profile measurements and profile view esthetics were Na-Pog to N′, BNV to Pog′, BNV/B′-Pog′, Ls-Li-Pog′, Li-B′-Pog′and Z angle(P<0.05). 4. Mean and standard deviation of profile measurements of 38 female were obtained.

        광합성세균에 의한 미생물막의 형성

        홍색비유황 광합성세균인 Rhodopseudomonas capsulata를 선택하여 packed-bed reactor에서 미생물막을 형성할 때, porous ceramic bead가 다른 담체에 비해 우수하였고, 일정한 유입농도하에서 체류시간(hydraulic retention tiem, HRT)이 짧을수록 미생물막 형성이 양호하였으며, 그 때 반응기내의 세포농도는 11,400mg/l로 현탁처리시의 세포농도에 비하여 3~8배 증가하였다. PBR에서 미생물막의 형성은 cell attachment, microcolony formation, biofilm formation의 단계를 거쳐 형성되는 것으로 관찰되었으며, PBR이 FBR보다 안정적인 미생물 부착을 보였고 특히 PBR에서는 BOD용적 부하가 15gBOD/ℓ·day 이상이 되어도 미생물막의 부착비율은 90% 이상을 유지하였다. 전자현미경으로 담체의 표면 및 내부에 고정화된 광합성세균을 확인할 수 있었다. The formation of microbial films(biofilm) by a non-sulfur phototrophic bacteria, Rhodopseudomonas capsulata, on inorganic media was studied. Porous ceramic beads(PCB) were superior to other immobilizing media for the biofilm formation in a packed-bed reactor. It was found that the formation of microbial films favored a lower hydraulic retention time, showing a higher ratio of cells attatched to the media to those suspended in the solution. The cell concentration in the biofilm reactor was as high as 11,400 mg/ℓ, which is 8-folds of the cell concentration in a ordinary suspended treatment. It was observed that the formation of microbial film by R. capsulata followed a general serial process of cell attachment, microcolony formation, and biofilm formation. The microbial films thus formed was very stable even for an extremely high volumetric BOD loading rate of 15 gBOD/ℓ·day. The scanning electron micrographs of the microbial films showed that the cells were attached to both the surface and pores of the media.

      • 스파이럴형 박막 공심 인덕터의 제조와 특성

        마이크로 자기소자중 가장 간단한 형태인 스파이럴형 박막 공심 인덕터의 제작 및 특성 평가에 관해 연구하였다. 간단한 습식 식각공정으로 두께 12μm, 폭 수십 μm 정도의 코일 패턴을 제작할 수 있었으며, 양호한 미세 패턴을 얻었고, 마이크로 스트립 선로로 제작한 측정 zig로 비교적 정확한 특성을 측정할 수 있었다. 또한, 크기가 10×10mm, 선폭 300μm, 선 간격 70μm, 턴수 12인 스파이럴 코일형 공심 인덕터의 공진 주파수는 300MHz였고, 성능지수는 4 이었다. Recently the development of electronic machine industries have been miniature of size as well as increasement of driving frequency in electronic parts. In this study, we fabricated thin film inductors by using thin films manufacturing techniques such as photolithograghy and wet etching process, and the properties of these devices are measured at high frequency range of 1 MHz∼1 GHz. The accurate measuring technique by using network analyzer system having microstrip line was established. The inductors are fabricated with several ten micrometers by means of wet etching process known as easier and more economic than dry etching process. The properties of spiral-type thin film air core inductors with Wc = 300μm, dc = 70μm, number of turns = 10. and t_{cu} = 12μm were found to have Q of 4. L of 50nH at 300MHz and f_{R} of 300MHz.

      • 박막 인덕터와 제조와 DC-DC Converter에의 적용

        Thin film inductors of 10 mm×10 mm with inner coil type of 5 turns were fabricated by sputtering, photo-masking, and etching processes. The inductor has an inductance of 585 nH at 1MHz. And to estimate the applicability of the thin film inductors fabricated in this research to DC-DC converters. the test board of DC-DC converters was made. It was a boost type and input voltage of 2.7 to 5 volts. output voltage of 5 volts, and the switching frequency was 1.6 MHz. When the thin film inductor was adopted, the converter was operated normally. and the maximum efficiency was 49 % at the load of 50.5 Ω and the output power was 0.51 W. This result was not satisfactory for practical usage at present, but the switching FET devices for higher frequency use be developed in the near future, and then more higher frequency switching DC-DC converter will adopt these inductors.

      • OSP 투자지능화 시스템의 고찰

        본 논문은 OSP(Outside Plant) 투자지능화 시스템개발을 위해서 국내외에서 개발하여 사용하고 있는 선로투자공급 시스템들에 대하여 관심을 두고, 관련된 시스템들을 조사하여 각각의 시스템의 특징 및 구성에 대하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 국내 통신 사업체에서 통신망 계획 및 분석을 위해 앞으로 개발하여야 할 선로투자공급 모형에 대한 기준을 제시한다. This paper analysed systems that are developed as relevant systems for OSP. We focused their distinction and composition of each system which are developed and used to interior and overseas. This result is able to propose the standard model of a Intelligent System for OSP model which have to develop system for plan and analysis of communication network to telecommunication operator.

      • PEM을 이용한 連續基礎의 支持力에 대한 信賴度 解析

        The reliability analysis are performed for the bearing capacity of strip foundation using the point estimate method. The measure of the safety of structure is expressed in terms of the probability of failure instead of the conventional factor of safety. The analysis of the uncertainties around input parameter which is involved soil, site and loading condition introduce a measurable uncertainty on the prediction of bearing capacity of strip foundation. Both the soil properties and loads are assumed to be probability variables, and considered correlations of each variated. And as expected, the difference in the probability of failure of bearing between beta and normal distribution seems to be insignificant for practical use but the probability of failure by the given value of the correlation of each variable is more sensitive than that of not to be considered case. If probabilistic analysis techniques are to be adopted, it will be necessary to develop probability based tolerable bearing capacity criteria.

      • 광주광역시 도시공간구조 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to inspect the step of spatial structure varied with the urban growth in place of Kwang-ju, to analyze the developing step of urban growth on the basis of the variety of shape-index and function-index on urban from 1930 to 1992 each year, to predict the variety direction of urban spatial structure for the concentrating and efficient urban function and to grope for the prospects of urban : what is the municipal concept in the land use, the variety of population, the change of traffic system, the change of urban planning zone, the change of executive zone, the transition of spatial structure on the basis of urban growth in Kwangiu. Considering the advent of subway in 1990, Pyoung-Dong industrial block, to work out these factors, the urban pattern in Kwangiu would be developed and established in aspect of long-range planning. The size of population, the changing pattern of land use planning and zonning are compared and analyzed to justify the relation with the urban comprehensive planning circulation planning.
