        척수 외상의 자기공명영상 및 신경학적 소견 : Delayed MR Image and Correlated Neurology

        19 patients with traumatic spinal cord injuries and associated neurological deficit were examined by delayed(> 1 month) magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), the result of which were correlated with neurologic and somatosensory evoked potential(SSEP) findings. 5 different MRI patterns were observed in these patients : (1) normal signal intensity(SI) on T1-and T2-weighted images(WI)(pattern N/N, n=6), (2) normal SI on T1-WI and high SI on T2-WI(pattern N/Hi, n=3). (3) low SI on T1-WI and high SI on T2-WI(pattern Lo/Hi, n=6), (4) syrinx(n=2), and (5) cord transection(n=2). The neurologic state was determined using Frankel's classification at admission and MRI time. Pattern N/Hi had best neurologic state except pattern N/N, and pattern Lo/Hi showed worst prognosis except pattern transection. SSEP findings relatively well correlated with neurologic findings, but did not exactly. The cause is probably that SSEP shows predominantly the function of ascending sensory systems of the cord, do not reveal motor pathways, directly or indirectly.

      • 油中電極間의 Barrier 揷入에 관한 衝擊電壓의 放電特性

        In this paper, the dielectric strength was improved by the insulating barrier which was interposed and moved in position, between three typical electrode systems (sphere-sphere, sphereplate, and rod-plate) in oil insulations. The respective electric field form was analyzed by using the two dimensional finite element methods and compared the above analized results with experimental results discharge characteri8stics for the positive impulse breakdown voltage. Conculsions obtained from theses analyses and comparisons were as follows; 1. The effect of barrier systems was most effective in the non-uniform electric field form 2. It was found that the dielectric strength rises when a barrier is located to the high voltage source electrode. 3. The results of analysis of electric field form were higher than the experimental dielectric strength, but the latter was found to have close relation with the distribution of electric field form.

      • 가스크로마토그래피/질량분석법에 의한 최적화 유도화 과정을 통한 Atrazine의 새로운 분석방법 개발

        Pesticides, with their high degrees of toxicity constitute a very impOrtant group target compound in environment samples. The use of many pesticides has been restricted or even banned while several years bemuse of their long residue times, persistence and bio-accumulation. Atrazine was derivatized using a single-step procedure by N,O-bis(trimathylsilyl)-acetamide acetonitrile in various solvent systems such as methanol, ethyl acetate, pyridine, and tetrahy&ofuran(Tl). The variables selected for study were the amount of reagents, the temperature and reaction times. The elelctron impact ionization mass spectra of the resulting derivatives are acquired and properly interpreted. Under the optinaized gas chromatographic conditions employed, an enhanced (3 times) peak height and an improved peak shape without any tailing. The purpose of this study was the development and application of GC-MS method for efficient analysis of atrazine.

      • 변형시킨 polysulfones의 개선된 열적특성에 관한 연구

        Polysulfone(PSF)는 비결정성 수지로서 수축이나 휨이 극히 작고 또 높은 내열성, 강인한 기계적 성질을 가지고 있어 정밀성형용Engineering plastic 극히 우수한 재료이다.이Polysulfone(PSF)에 electron-withdrawing group과 electron-donating group을 치환 시켜을 때 이 물질들이 Polysulfone(PSF)의 열적안정도에 미치는 영향을 TermoGravimetry Analyzer(TGA)와 Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)을 사용하여 비교 조사하였다.Polysulfone(PSF)의 열분해 온도(air, argon조건하에서)는 대략 400∼550℃이다.이 때 Polysulfone(PSF)에 electron-withdrawing group을 치환시키면 열분해 온도가 증가함을 볼수있고, electron-donating group을 치환시키면 열분해 온도가 감소함을 볼 수 있었다.

      • 水稻의 適正 用水量 算定에 關한 硏究 : 葉水面 蒸發量을 中心으로 For Amount of Evapotranspiration

        1. 試驗기간의 氣象現況은 Table 1과 같다. 2. 벼의 엽면증발량은 活着後 점차 增加하여 第8기에 Peak로 되며 이때의 1日 엽면 증발량은 5.16mm/day로 되었다가 점차 減少現象을 보인다. 3. 엽면증발량은 第8期에 全 葉面증발량의 17.5%에 達한다. 4 벼의 증산비는 282이였다. 5. 株間수면증발량은 Table 3과 같으며 葉面증발량과는 負(一)의 相關關係가 있음을 보였다. 6. 증발계증발량과 엽수면증발량과의 比는 1.43이였다. 7. 증발계증발량과 葉面증발량과의 비는 0.89이였다. 8. Blaney- Criddle method에 依한 k値는 Table 5와 같다. 9. 증산强度는 총계 1021로, 증발산强度는 총계 1141.8로 나타났다. The resuts of the study on consumption use of irrigated water in pabdy field during the growing stage of gaddy rice are summarized as follow. 1. Amount of transpiration of paddy rice increases gradually after trasplantation and reaches peak on 8th growing period and amount of traspiration reached on 5.16mm/day, then it decreases gradual1y after that. 2. Trnspirstion reached l7. 5% of amount of transpiration at 8th growing period. 3. Transdiration ratio of paddy rice approximate1y 262. 4. As we know from Fig. 2 correlation between the amouut of everporation from water surface in paddy field and amount of trans piration shows high negative. 5. Ratio of between evaportion and evapotranspiration is 1.43. 6. Ratio of between evaportion and transpiration is 0.89. 7. The k value of Blaney-Cliddle methed shows Tab1e 6. 8. Transpion and evaoptranspiration intennsities is each other 1021 and 1141.8.本 試驗은 엽수면증발량 株間수면증발량을 實測하였으며 이 試驗에 여러 가지 未備한 点이 있는 것으로 思料되나 以上의 試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.

        Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.

      • 내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

        과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

      • HC, Acute : PE-121 ; A case of acute biphasic hepatitis A

        Background: The hepatitis A virus usually causes an acute self-limited illness which is typically short lived, and a full recovery is expected within a few weeks, after which the patient has life long immunity to the virus. But in a few case, HAV causes a biphasic or relapsing illness, with a second bout of jaundice and cholestasis 6 to 12 weeks after the primary infection. Case: A 34-year old women was admitted, with the complaints of fatigue, whole body itching sense, jaundice and nausea which beginning 13 days prior to admission. In prior admission, AST/ALT was 555/2,249 IU/L and HAV Ab IgM was positive. The patient diagnosed acute hepatitis A. After conservative therapy for 8 days, symptoms were improved and AST/ALT were 68/274, total bilirubin checked 5.92 and discharged. But after discharge, she readmitted again due to re-elevation of bilirubin. She never drunk nor smoking, and had no medical history. She complaint whole body ithcing sense, fatigue, nausea. Vital sign was BP 100/60 mmHg, HR 66/min, RR 20/min, and BT 36.5℃. Yellow discoloration of the skin and sclera was noted. Laboratory findings shows that white blood cell, hemoglobin, and platelet counts were 5.280/mm3, 11.4 g/dL, and 253,000/mm3, respectively. Prothrombin time was 8.8 sec. The total protein/albumin were 6.6 g/dL/3.7 g/dL, AST/ ALT 82/76 IU/L, and total bilirubin was 9.78 mg/dL, ALP/ r-GTP were 122 U/L/18 U/L. HBsAg/anti-HBs were negative/ positive, anti-HCV was negative. ANA, anti-mitochondria antibody, anti-smooth muscle antibody, ASMA were all negative. Liver biopsy demonstrated acute cholestatic hepatitis. After conservative therapy, total bilirubin was decreased from 7 days after readmission, and whole body itching sense, fatigue, nausea, and liver function test were improved. Conclusions: We present our patient as a rare clinical example of ``biphasic hepatitis A``. In this case, patient diagnosed hepatitis A by typical symptom, liver function test, serologic test. Symptom was improved after conservative therapy 1 week. But 2 weeks later, liver function test and symptom was aggravated. Further study is needed to clarify the true algorism of the relapsing hepatitis A.

        風水 同氣感應論의 易學的 接近

        본 연구는 풍수의 출발점이자 대전제가 되고 있는 同氣感應論의 역학적 해석을 토대로 동기감응론의 哲學的 地盤을 새롭게 정초하고자 하는 시도이다. 풍수 동기감응론의 철학적 배경을 고찰하는 것은 풍수의 본원을 살피는데 있어서 매우 중요한 의의를 가진다. 또한 한국 풍수에 대한 오해와 비판, 선입견과 고정관념을 불식시키고 풍수를 올바르게 이해하는 관건이 될 것이다. 풍수에는 실재(reality)에 대한 선험성과 경험성이 상호 의존하고 있으며, 풍수의 이론체계는 철학적인 부분과 경험과학적인 부분이 혼재되어 있다. 그런데 동기감응론은 풍수의 철학적 부분이며 또한 선험성과 관련된 이론이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 太極의 존재론적 범주 측면에서 출발하여 동기감응론의 철학적 지반 확립에 초점을 맞추었다. 태극은 우주만물을 化生하는 生成의 지 위에서 제일 근원이다. 우주만물이 태극에서 生한다고 해도 결코 불가능한 것은 아니다. 하지만 우주만물의 생성과정을 논리적으로 분석하여 생성순서라는 입장에서 보면 전체적인 명칭인 태극과 비교하여 제한적인 명칭이 필요한데 그것이 바로 乾元과 坤元이다. 건도 변화에서 品物, 時間, 空間, 性命이 생긴다. 곤도 변화는 건도 변화를 계승한다. 곤도 변화는 건도 변화를 통하여 창조된 性命을 함양하고 형체를 형성한다. 결국 乾과 坤의 관계 속에서 만사만물이 생성되는 것이다. 만물의 性命은 그 근원을 같이하고 있다. 따라서 인간을 포함한 만사 만물은 형상적으로 다양한 차별성을 보여주고 있음에도 불구하고 성명이라는 동일한 기반 위에 서 있기 때문에 感應할 수 있는 것이다. 역학적 사유에서 말하는 감응과 풍수에서 언급하고 있는 감응은 본질과 내용면에서 다를 바 없다. 인간과 사물에 내재해 있는 보편적 본성, 즉 性命 혹은 性에 근거하는 감응은 풍수 동기감응론의 철학적 지반인 것이다. 이와 같이 풍수 동기감응론의 철학적 지반을 주역에서 정립할 때 동기감응론에 대한 논란과 비판은 사라질 것이며, 또한 풍수의 학문적 위상은 제고될 것이다. The present study is an attempt to establish a philosophical foundation of Sympathized Relation, which is the starting point and the premise of Pungsu theory, by applying mechanical approach on Sympathized Relation. Examining the philosophical background of Sympathized Relation in Pungsu us highly significant to delve into the origin of Pungsu. Moreover, it is the key to dispel the misunderstanding, criticism, bias and stereotypes towards Pungsu and help better understanding of Pungsu. In Pungsu, the apriority and experientiality of reality are mutually dependent on each other and the theoretical structures of Pungsu include both philosophical aspect and experiential and scientific aspect. In this sense, the Sympathized Relation is related to the philosophical aspect of Pungsu, and concerned with the apriority. The present research is initiated from the ontological perspective of Taegeuk and focuses on establishing the philosophical foundation of Sympathized Relation. Taegeuk is the origin of all things in the universe in terms of their transformation and creation. It is not impossible to say that all things in the universe are born from Taegeuk. However, from the standpoint of sequence of creation among all things, the creation process by Taegeuk should be analyzed thus rather limited naming is required instead of Taegeuk, which covers the overall range. It is Geonwon and Gonwon. Materials, time, space, nature and destiny are created through Geondo transformation. Gondo transformation succeeds Geondo transformation. Gondo transformation builds up the nature and destiny created through Geondo transformation and creates the form. Eventually, all things are created in the relation between Geon and Gon. The nature and destiny of all things are derived from the identical origin. Therefore, even though all things including human beings have diverse forms, they can sympathize with one another since they share the common foundation of the nature and destiny. The concept of sympathy mentioned by Changeology is not different from the sympathy mentioned by Pungsu in terms of its foundation and contents. The sympathy based on the inherent nature of human beings and things, is the philosophical foundation of Sympathized Relation in Pungsu. As such, the controversy and criticism concerning Sympathized Relation would be dispelled by establishing philosophical foundation of Pungsu Sympathized Relation based on I-Ching, and the academic status of Pungsu would be improved as well.
