      • 黃酸處理 및 溫度가 풍선덩굴의 種子發芽에 미치는 影響

        황산(98%) 처리시간과 온도가 풍선덩굴의 종자발아에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 종자의 발아를 촉진시키는 효과적인 황산처리시간은 30분이었다. 발아율과 발아세는 30℃, 30분간의 황산처리구에서 각각 100% 34.17로 다른 처리구에 비해 가장 높았으며, 황산처리에 의한 발아율의 증가비는 다른 온도구에 비해 낮은 온도구에서 더 효과적 이었다. The seed germination were experimented according to period of sulfuric acid treatment at different temperature condition for Cardiospermum halicacabum L. The highest values of germination rate and velocity of seed were 100% and 34.10, respectively at 30℃ in 30 minutes' treatment with sulfuric acid. The effects of sulfuric acid treatment on seed germination was more increased in low temperatures' than in high.

During March 1999 to August 2000, this survey was carried out at Seungdal-san. Medical plant identified in this investigation were 6 families, 10 genera, 11 species of Pteridophyta, 4 families, 5 genera, 6 species of Gymnospermae, 82 families, 198 genera, 245 species, 25 variations of Anglospermae.

      • The Study on Medicinal Flora of Several Uninhabited Islands in Jindo-gun, Chonnam province

        The medicinal plants in 22 unhabited islands of Jindo-gun, Chonnam provincde were investigated from March 2000 to October 2002. The medicinal plants in 22 uninhabited islands of Jindo-gun were consisted 366 taxa; 95 families, 269 genus, 309 species, 52 varieties, 3 forma, and 2 subspecies. Important medicinal plants on survey area were Lemmaphyllum microphyllum, Dendropanax morbifera, Ficus erecta, Farfugium japonicum, Machilus thunbergii, Juniperus chinensis var. procumbens, Dendrobium moniliforme, Pyrrhosia tricuspis, Cinnamomum japonicum, Pittosporum tobira, Kadsura japonica, and Daphniphyllum macropodum, This result can be used as basic information data for medicinal research and the conservation of uninhabited islands.

      • 영광원자력발전소 주변의 식생과 식물현존량 추정

        영광원자력발전소 주변의 식생에 대한 식물사회학적 조사를 실시하였으며, 순 1차 생산량과 식물현존량을 추정하였다. 또한 상관에 의해 현존식생도 및 녹지자연도를 작성하였다(1:50,000). Z-M 방식에 의한 삼림식생은 소나무군락과 곰솔군락으로 구분되었다. 전체적으로 교목층에 소나무와 곰솔, 아교목층에 졸참나무와 곰솔, 관목층에 털진달래와 신갈나무, 초본층에 털대사초와 그늘사초 등의 피복지수가 우세하게 나타났다. 토양의 pH는 4.65∼4.67, 유기물 함량은 7.28∼7.53%의 범위였다. 현존식생도에 의한 분포비율은 경작지(67%), 소나무(21.9%) 및 곰솔군락(9.1%)의 순으로 나타났으며, 녹지자연도는 등급 2가 67%(경작지), 7등급(이차림(A))과 6등급(조림지)이 각각 29.2%와 1.8%로 나타났다. Montreal model에의한 소나무림과 곰솔림의 식물현존량은 657,817.2와 177,367.0ton으로 각각 산정되었다. The forest vegetation and estimation of phytomass and net primary production in the vicinity of Yonggwang Atomic Power Plant were analyzed on the basis of the phytosociological data. Depending on physiognomy, the actual vegetation map and the degree of green naturality(DGN) were also drawn in the scale of 1:50,000. According to Z-M method, the forest vegetation was classified into two communities; Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii communities. It was generally shown that Pinus densiflora and Pirus thunbergii in tree-1 layer, Quercus serrata and Pinus thunbergii in tree-2 layer, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum and Quercus serrata in shrub layer, and Carex ciliato-marginata and Carex lanceolata in herb layer had high coverage index. The pHs and contents of organic matter of the forest soils collected in each sites were in the 4.64 to 4.67 and 7.28% to 7.53% in average, respectively. The distribution area of each vegetationindex. It was estimated that phytomass of Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii in the study sites, which was calculated by Montreal model, was 657,817.2 and 177,367.0 ton, respectively.

      • 영산강본류 상류 수계의 어류상에 대하여

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from July 29, 1992 to November 6, 1995 at 66 stations in the upper streams of Yongsan River system. Total fishes collected from them were 11 families, 31 genera, 41 species and subspecies, 20, 404 individuals including 26 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 10 species were known as Korean endemic species. In this investigation, the abundant species were Rhodeus uyekii, Zacco platypus, Microphysogobio yaluensis, Zacco temminckii, and the rare species were Abbottina springeri, Aphyocypris chinensis, Cobitis longicorpus, Pseudobagrus koreanus, Monopterus albus, and Macropodus chinenesis.

        시간적으로 변화하는 환경에 대한 유전형들의 서로 다른 반응은 개체군내에서 그러한 유전자형들의 장기적인 유지활동에 일조 할 수 있다. 우리는 생물형들의 계절의존 적합도의 구성요인들이 개체군내에서 유전적인 다양성을 유지하는데 도움이 되는지를 조사하였다. 봄, 여름, 가을 및 겨울로 구분된 4계절 동안 채종된 종자들이 온도처리에 따라 실험되어졌다. 발아세와 발아율의 차이는 앞선 연구들의 결과와 같이 생물형중에서 발견되었다. 생물형들 사이에서 나타나는 생태적인 차이들은 온도처리에 대해 생물형적 특성이 나타났다. 시간을 통한 대조적인 계절적 형성의 생물형들의 유지는 만약 장기간 적합도의 값이 비슷하게 유지된다면 기대 되어 진다. Differential response of genotypes to temporal environmental heterogeneity may contribute to the long-term persistence of those genotypes within a population. We tested whether season-dependent fitness components of biotypes could be responsible for the maintain of genetic diversity within a population. Seeds collected for four season (spring, summer, autumn, winter) were experimented to temperature treatments(15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃). Differences in germination velocities and rates were found among the Taraxacum officinale biotypes supporting previous findings. Ecological differences among biotypes were also detected with biotype-specific response to the temperature treatments. The persistence of biotypes of contrasting seasonal performance through time is expected if long-term fitness values remain similar.

        This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has combined the Build-in Motor with a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is Al alloy. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.

      • 남창천과 삼향천에 분포한 주요 수생식물의 수질정화능

        The nutrient removal-capacity of four major dominant species distributed in Namchang-chon polluted with livestock wastewater and Samhyang-chon polluted with industrial and domestic wastewater were investigated. Water qualities and soil properties of three polluted sites were a quite different in concentration of nitrogen, SS and Ga. Dominant species in livestock wasetewater were Persicaria thunbergii, Zizania latiforia, Phragmites communis and Oenanthe japanica, those in industrial and domestic were Phragmites communis. Changes of NO₃-N, NH₄-N and P concentrations of culture solution are high in cultivor of Zizania latiforia and Oenanthe japanica. All four species removed NO₃-N most effectively. In experiment used directely polluted water from three areas ; all species from livestock wasetewater uptaked NO₃-N effectively. Phragmites communis from domestic, and Persicaria thunbergii and Oenanthe japanica from industrial and domestic wasetewater removed NH₄-N effectively. All species cultured in industrial waserewater removed P well, and Phragmites communis and Persicaria thunbergii cultured in domestic wastewater removed it moderately.
