Clinical features of allograft injury are often unreliable, and context within the transplant journey is key. In the setting of post-transplant allograft dysfunction, the choice of initial investigation depends on clinical assessment and history. One of the major considerations is the time post transplantation in helping to decide a likely cause for allograft injury. Immediately post transplantation, it is important to consider donor factors (including donor demographics as well as immunological match), ischaemic times, surgical issues as well as early rejection. Clinical suspicion needs to remain high with variable presentations, including haemodynamic instability, arrhythmia, as well as left ventricular dysfunction. Symptoms of allograft dysfunction may include dyspnoea, exertional intolerance, dizziness / lightheadedness, palpitations, as well as right or left heart failure. In the coming weeks and months, endomyocardial biopsy and blood-based biomarkers may be helpful including high sensitivity troponin and donor-derived cell-free DNA. Molecular markers for rejection are hopeful, and may also be useful in non-ischaemic causes of allograft dysfunction. Screening remains important late post heart transplant due to variety of signs associated with rejection (early) and lack of typical anginal symptoms (later). New imaging modalities - especially cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, have been shown to be useful for assessing cause of allograft dysfunction including ischemia, infarction and rejection.

The fields of dance and dance education in Taiwan had been shaped and reshaped by internal and external cultural factors during Japanese colonization (1895-1945). The changes in political, cultural and social practices affected people’s aesthetic dispositions towards dance, so the value and function of dance varied accordingly. This research applied five key concepts of Pierre Bourdieu’s analytical framework, field, agent, habitus, cultural capital, and symbolic violence, to analyses the major change of dance in this historical stage. Through this study, foreign influence on the development of dance in Taiwan from Japan and Korea during Japanese colonization can be understood.

This review summarises the biology, discovery and applications of single nucleotide polymorphisms in complex polyploid crop genomes, with a focus on the important oilseed crop $Brassica$ $napus$. $Brassica$ $napus$ is an allotetraploid species, and along with soybean and oil palm is one of the top three most important oilseed crops globally. Current efforts are well underway to $de$ $novo$ assemble the $B.$ $napus$ genome, following the release of the related $B.$ $rapa$ 'A' genome last year. The next generation of genome sequencing, SNP discovery and analysis pipelines, and the associated challenges for this work in $B.$ $napus$, will be addressed. The biological applications of SNP technology for both evolutionary and molecular geneticists as well as plant breeders and industry are far-reaching, and will be invaluable to our understanding and advancement of the $Brassica$ crop species.

A recent refinement of Penrose's conformal framework for asymptotically at space-times is summarized. The key idea concerns advanced and retarded conformal factors, which allow a rigid description of infinity as a locally metric light cone. In the new framework, the Bondi-Sachs energy-flux integrals of ingoing and outgoing gravitational radiation decay at spatial infinity such that the total radiated energy is nite, and the Bondi-Sachs energy-momentum has a unique limit at spatial infinity, coinciding with the uniquely rendered ADM energy-momentum.

지난 20년 동안, 대만 고등교육의 국제화는 정부 혹은 인구학적 압박이건, 떠오르는 산재된 자원들의 성장이건 간에 다양한 이유를 가지고 가속화 되었다. 본 연구는 대만 고등교육의 무용에 관하여 집중적으로 기술하였다. van Leeuwen의 합법화 이론을 방법론적 기틀로 사용하여, 본 논문은 국제화의 가치의 명료성을 대만 무용 고등교육계의 주요 인물들의 음성과 문자 텍스트를 가지고 조사하였다. 정부담화와 공식 연설문, 그리고 학계 주요학자들의 인터뷰 검토를 통해, 본 연구는 국제화의 저항하는 담론이 존재하는 반면, 문화 창조적 산업과 관련한 질적 확신과 부조화된 감정들 가운데 ‘최상의 해결책’의 중요성이라는 이름하에 대만 고등 교육 안에 무용의 가치 가정들이 매우 긍정적임을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 고등교육계의 대문 무용의 국제화의 지속된 성장을 시사하고 있다.

Dilatonic Wormholes and Black Holes

The CGHS two-dimensional dilaton gravity model is generalized to include a ghost Klein-Gordon field, {\it i.e.}\ with negative gravitational coupling. This exotic radiation supports the existence of static traversible wormhole solutions, analogous to Morris-Thorne wormholes. Since the field equations are explicitly integrable, concrete examples can be given of various dynamic wormhole processes. In particular, if the ghost radiation supporting the wormhole is turned off and allowed to disperse, the wormhole collapses into a black hole. The dynamic stability of the wormhole is demonstrated by sending a pulse of radiation through it, forming a non-static wormhole, followed by a pulse of exotic radiation which returns it to a different static state.
