      • A Systematic Review of Studies on Cyber Physical System Security

Peiyuan Dong,Yue Han,Xiaobo Guo,Feng Xie 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.1

Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is a system of systems which integrates physical system with cyber capability in order to improve the physical performance [1]. So far, it is being widely applied in areas closely related to national economy and people’s daily lives. Therefore, CPS security problems have drawn a global attention and an appropriate risk assessment for CPS is in urgent need. According to the researches and discussions in recent years, we believe that most researchers have already established a comprehensive understanding about CPS. This paper systematically introduced CPS’s conception, development and applications assisted. In addition, concerning about its aspects of safety and security, we also analyzed CPS’s risks and new requirements as an up-to-date technique brings. We elaborate the existing work and propose a research focus that has not been paid enough attention to, and proposed a security framework for CPS. At last, after providing a classic modeling and simulation method of CPS, we bring forward a new idea for accessing the experimental results into existing systems.

      • Implication of Polymorphisms in DNA Repair Genes in Prognosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Yue, Ai-Min,Xie, Zhen-Bin,Guo, Shu-Ping,Wei, Qi-Dong,Yang, Xiao-Wei Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.1

XRCC1 genetic polymorphisms could be associated with increased risk of various cancer, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the fifth most common cancer. We here conducted a study to explore the role of selective SNPs of the XRCC1 and XPD genes in the prognosis of HCC. A total of 231 cases were collected, and genotyping of XRCC1 Arg194Trp, XRCC1 Arg399Gln, XPD Lys751Gln and XPD Asp312Asn was performed by duplex polymerase-chain-reaction with the confronting-two-pair primer method. Our findings indicated XRCC1 399Gln/Gln genotype was associated with a significant difference in the median survival time compared with patients carrying Arg/Trp and Arg/Arg genotypes, and individuals with XPD 751 Gln/ Gln genotype had a significantly greater survival time than patients carrying Lys/Lys and Lys/Gln genotypes. The Cox's regression analysis showed individuals carrying XRCC1 399Trp/Trp genotype had 0.55 fold risk of death from HCC than Arg/Arg genotype. Similarly, XPD 751Gln/Gln had a strong decreasein comparison to XPD Lys/Lys carriers with an HR of 0.34. These results suggest that polymorphisms in XRCC1 and XPD may have functional significance in the prognosis of HCC.

      • Paradigm Reshaping of Maritime Sociology

        Dong Zhen,Cui Yinji,Guo Yue 동북아시아문화학회 2018 동북아시아문화학회 국제학술대회 발표자료집 Vol.2018 No.10

Since 2004, Maritime Sociology turned to be a new researching sphere of Sociology in China. It was defined as a kind of Sociology focuses on interactive activity between Ocean and Human Being, but the fundamental researching paradigm of Maritime Sociology still lacks to clear clarification. This paper takes a theoretic path of Marx-Bourdieu to build a Maritime Practice Paradigm for Maritime Sociology, which takes human`s maritime activity as practice embedded in the environment of Field, Habitus and Capital. We thus concern that Maritime Sociology`s researching paradigm should not only follow the basic logic of social science, seeking for a causal relationship of y=f(x) to simply take the factor of Ocean as an independent (x) or dependent (y) towards Human`s practice, but also treat the factor of Ocean among the situation of practice, taking a Zigzag way to notice the different ways that Ocean and Human himself suffers changes and transformation during the process of practice. This would give Maritime Sociology something special to further and enrich our research.

      • Somatostatin Receptors 3, 4 and 5 Play Important Roles in Gallbladder Cancer

Guo, Run-Sheng,Shi, Pei-Dong,Zhou, Jie,Chen, Yue-Yu Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.7

Expression changes of somatostatin receptor subtypes (SSTRs) including SSTR1, SSTR2, SSTR3, SSTR4 and SSTR5 in the development of gallbladder cancer were assessed with attention to relationships with clinical pathological characteristics. SSTRs in 29 gallbladder cancer and 25 normal gallbladder tissue specimens were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Differences between SSTRs expressions and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed by chi-square test. The five subtypes of SSTR were all expressed in gallbladder cancer tissues and SSTR3 presented the highest expression. SSTR5 expression was increased significantly in gallbladder cancer (P<0.05) compared with that in normal gallbladder tissue. SSTR3 expression in highly and moderately differentiated gallbladder cancer was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated lesions (P<0.05). SSTR4 expression was lower in gallbladder cancer with lymph node metastasis than that in gallbladder cancer without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Therfore, these results indicated that SSRT5, SSTR3 and SSTR4 may play important roles in the formation and development of gallbladder cancer.

The treatment effect of novel hGHRH homodimer to male infertility hamster

        Xu-Dong Zhang,Xiao-Yuan Guo,Jing-Xuan Tang,Lin-Na Yue,Juan-Hui Zhang,Tao Liu,Yu-Xia Dong,Song-Shan Tang 대한생리학회-대한약리학회 2018 The Korean Journal of Physiology & Pharmacology Vol.22 No.6

Extra-hypothalamic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) plays an important role in reproduction. To study the treatment effect of Grin (a novel hGHRH homodimer), the infertility models of 85 male Chinese hamsters were established by intraperitoneally injecting 20 mg/kg of cyclophosphamide once in a week for 5 weeks and the treatment with Grin or human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) as positive control was evaluated by performing a 3-week mating experiment. 2-8 mg/kg of Grin and 200 U/kg of hMG showed similar effect and different pathological characteristics. Compared to the single cyclophosphamide group (0%), the pregnancy rates (H-, M-, L-Grin 26.7, 30.8, 31.3%, and hMG 31.3%) showed significant difference, but there was no difference between the hMG and Grin groups. The single cyclophosphamide group presented loose tubules with pathologic vacuoles and significant TUNEL positive cells. Grin induced less weight of body or testis, compactly aligned tubules with little intra-lumens, whereas hMG caused more weight of body or testis, enlarging tubules with annular clearance. Grin presented a dose-dependent manner or cell differentiation-dependentincrease in testicular GHRH receptor, and did not impact the levels of blood and testicular GH, testosterone. Grin promotes fertility by proliferating and differentiating primitive cells through up-regulating testicular GHRH receptor without triggering GH secretion, which might solve the etiology of oligoasthenozoospermia.

      • Influencing Factors of Consumption Willingness for E-Sports Products: A Case Study of "King of Glory" Game Players

Yang Guo,Jiaqi Dong,Yue Lin Smart Tourism Research Center 2023 Journal of smart tourism Vol.3 No.4

This study examines the factors influencing e-sports product consumption among Chinese e-sports game players. We focus on the popular game "King of Glory" and use surveys to collect player data. Our findings show that e-sports product characteristics significantly impact consumption experiences, while incentive factors also influence consumption willingness. External factors have minimal impact. Additionally, souvenir products and festival events are key in driving e-sports consumption. This research explores the consumption willingness of Chinese e-sports players, the world's largest consumer market. Understanding their needs can help companies develop targeted marketing strategies, unlocking the commercial potential of e-sports and promoting industry growth.

Sensory involvement in the SOD1-G93A mouse model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

        Yan-Su Guo,Dong-Xia Wu,Hong-Ran Wu,Shu-Yu Wu,Cheng Yang,Bin Li,Hui Bu,Yue-sheng Zhang,Chun-Yan Li 생화학분자생물학회 2009 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.41 No.3

A subset of patients of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) present with mutation of Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1), and such mutants caused an ALSlike disorder when expressed in rodents. These findings implicated SOD1 in ALS pathogenesis and made the transgenic animals a widely used ALS model. However, previous studies of these animals have focused largely on motor neuron damage. We report herein that the spinal cords of mice expressing a human SOD1 mutant (hSOD1-G93A), besides showing typical destruction of motor neurons and axons, exhibit significant damage in the sensory system, including Wallerian-like degeneration in axons of dorsal root and dorsal funiculus, and mitochondrial damage in dorsal root ganglia neurons. Thus, hSOD1-G93A mutation causes both motor and sensory neuropathies, and as such the disease developed in the transgenic mice very closely resembles human ALS. Successful salvage treatment of acute graft-versus-host disease after liver transplantation by withdrawal of immunosuppression

        Wei Qiu,Guo-Yue Lv,Chao Jiang,Ping Zhang,Xiao-Dong Sun,Xiao-Ju Shi,Xue-Yan Liu,Guang-Yi Wang 한국간담췌외과학회 2016 한국간담췌외과학회지 Vol.20 No.1

Acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) following liver transplantation is a rare but fatal complication. The correct diagnosis and management of GVHD after liver transplantation are still major challenges. Herein, we reported successful salvage treatment of acute GVHD by withdrawal of immunosuppression in a patient who presented with fever, skin rashes, and decreased blood cell counts after liver transplantation. This case highlights the need for awareness of drug-induced liver injury if liver function tests are elevated during treatment, especially in patients taking multiple potentially hepatotoxic drugs, such as broad-spectrum antibiotics. When occurs, an artificial liver support system is a useful tool to provide temporary support of liver function for the patient in the event of drug-induced liver injury.

Substrate Temperature Dependence of the Properties of Single-layer MoS$_2$ Film deposited by Using Pulsed Laser Deposition

        Wenfeng Xiang,Dong Li,Minghao Hu,Wenzheng Yue,Haizhong Guo 한국물리학회 2019 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.75 No.5

Single-layer MoS$_2$ films were deposited on sapphire substrates by using pulsed laser deposition. The substrate temperature dependence of the structural, optical and photoluminescence properties of single-layer MoS$_2$ films was investigated. An increased substrate temperature improved the surface morphology and the crystal quality of the MoS$_2$ films. Moreover, the absorption and the photoluminescence properties of the MoS$_2$ films were enhanced. In addition, the mechanism underlying the effect of substrate temperature on the properties of single-layer MoS$_2$ films is discussed.
