        The article provides an examination of those temporary states of disturbances in the psychophysiological and socio-psychological spheres of a person, which develop against the background of normally formed mechanisms of mental activity, that is, in mentally healthy people. A healthy person is a person adapted to the conditions of the external environment, and mental health is inseparable from the physical and social well-being of a person. The cause of the disorder is the impact on a person of any environmental factors that weaken the mechanisms of social and psychological adaptation of the individual.

        Optical Losses in Glass/ITO(ZnO)/CdS/Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1−x)4 Solar Cells with Different Kesterite Composition

        In this work, optical losses in auxiliary layers of solar cells with the glass/ n -ITO (ZnO)/ n -CdS/ p -Cu 2 ZnSn(S x Se 1− x ) 4 /rear contact structure (where x = 0; 0.30; 0.48; 0.67; 0.82; 1) was determined. The spectral dependences of the light transmittance to the absorbing layers of Cu 2 ZnSn (S x Se 1 − x ) 4 were calculated, taking into account the reflection of light from the boundaries of the contacting materials and its absorption in the auxiliary layers of the devices. Modeling the loss of optical energy processes was carried out for the thickness of the window layer d CdS equal to 25 nm, 50 nm, 75 nm, and 100 nm, and the thickness of the front transparent contact d ITO(ZnO) = 100 nm and 200 nm. As a result, their maximum efficiencies were determined under illumination conditions of AM1.5G and AM1.5D solar cells, taking into account optical losses. Analysis of the modeling results made it possible to determine the composition of the Cu 2 ZnSn(S x Se 1 − x ) 4 solid solution, which is necessary to obtain the maximum efficiency of the solar cells under consideration and optimize the design of the solar cells.

      • Methods of Regulating Migration Processes in EU Countries

        Modern methods of regulating migration processes in EU states include a wide variety of adapted, transformed under the sway of globalization tools in order to influence the movement of human capital within the European space. The main purpose of the regulatory policy on migration flows is the redistribution of professionally competent professionals between different spheres of life. Herewith, the determining factor in the effectiveness of such distribution is a rational combination of stimulating and disincentive levers of influence on the movement of citizens of different EU countries and taking into account the motives of such mobility. Modernization of migration management approaches can be a major economic, social, political and cultural progress of European countries. The purpose of the research is to conduct a detailed analysis of existing practices of migration flow management, in particular their stimulation or containment, and to outline key migration trends formed under the influence of multicomponent approaches to migration regulation, transformation of regulatory legislation and changing priorities of modern society. The research methods: statistical-analytical method; ARIS method; method of tabular, graphical and analytical modeling; comparative analysis; systematization, generalization. Results. Current pan-European methods of regulating migration processes are insufficiently adapted to the multinational socialeconomic space; consequently, there are some disparities in the distribution of migrants between EU countries, although the overall dynamics of migration is positive. Fluctuations in the population of European countries during 2000-2019 and trends in the transformation of social-economic space confirm the insufficient level of influence of current methods of regulating migration flows. Along with this, the presence of a characteristic asymmetry in the distribution of migrants requires a greater focus on the modernization of regulatory instruments, in particular, the regulatory mechanism for managing migration processes. As a result of the conducted study, further prospects for the implementation of alternative methods of regulating migration processes in EU states have been outlined; the current and projected limits for increasing the level of observance of migrants' rights at the European level have been clarified through the adoption of appropriate regulatory acts; effective solutions for intensifying the influx of high-quality labor resources from different countries to EU have been identified. The research results can be used to study methods of regulating migration processes in the countries in the global dimension.

        Serous Adenocarcinoma of Fallopian Tubes: Histological and Immunohistochemical Aspects

        Background: Although primary cancer of the fallopian tubes is a relatively rare type of tumor in female reproductive organs, its mortality is quite high. It is important to identify molecular and biological markers of this malignancy that determine its specific phenotype. Methods: The study was carried out on samples received from 71 female patients with primary cancer of the fallopian tubes. The main molecular and biological properties, including hormone status (estrogen receptor [ER], progesterone receptor [PR]), human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2)/neu expression, proliferative potential (Ki-67), apoptosis (p53, Bcl-2), and pro-angiogenic (vascular endothelial growth factor) quality of serous tumors were studied in comparison with clinical and morphological characteristics. Results: ER and PR expression is accompanied by low grade neoplasia, early clinical disease stage, and absence of lymphogenic metastasis (p < .001). HER2/neu expression is not typical for primary cancer of the fallopian tubes. Ki-67 expression is characterized by an inverse correlation with ER and PR (p < .05) and is associated with lymphogenic metastasis (p < .01). p53+ status correlates with high grade malignancy, tumor progression, metastasis, negative ER/PR (p < .001), and negative Bcl-2 status (p < .05). Positive Bcl-2 status is positively correlated with ER and PR expression and low grade malignancy. Conclusions: Complex morphologic (histological and immunohistochemical) study of postoperative material allows estimation of the degree of malignancy and tumor spread to enable appropriate treatment for each case.
