본 논문에서는 현대 사회에서 의류 관리가 점점 더 중요한 문제가 되고 있음을 다룬다. 특히 성인 여성은 평생 동안 옷을 고르는 데에 6개월이라는 상당한 시간을 소비하며, 이는 의류 선택 과정에서의 시간 소모와 정신적 에너지의 낭비를 의미한다. 이 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 디지털 옷장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 모바일 애플리케이션을 기반으로 사용자의 접근성을 높이고, K-Fashion 데이터셋과 Mask R-CNN모델을 통해 의류 등록 과정을 자동화하여 사용자가 효과적으로 의류를 관리하고 코디를 선택할 수 있도록 지원한다. In this paper, we will discuss how clothing management is becoming an increasingly important issue in the modern world. In particular, adult women spend a significant amount of time - six months - choosing clothes over the course of their lives, which represents a significant waste of time and mental energy in the clothing selection process. To address these issues, this paper proposes a digital wardrobe system, which automates the process of clothing registration through the K-Fashion dataset and Mask R-CNN model to help users effectively manage their clothing and select outfits.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The electrochromic (EC) performance of a WO<SUB>3</SUB> film fabricated using a kinetic spray technique (nanoparticle deposition system, NPDS) was examined as a function of the particle size and phase of the WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles. The total transmittance change of the deposited WO<SUB>3</SUB> film containing crystalline nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles was 56% at 800nm, which resulted in a large shift in its transmission spectrum after coloring. Moreover, the charge density of the EC film using crystalline nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles was 22.06mCcm<SUP>−2</SUP>, which was 2.8 times higher than that of the film composed of crystalline micro-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles (7.97mCcm<SUP>−2</SUP>). Using crystalline nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles greatly increased the surface area, increased the number of absorption sites for Li ions inside the film, and thereby improved the charge density and transmittance. The transmittance change of the EC films using dual-phased nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles was 64% (at 800nm), which was still higher than that with crystalline nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> particles. The amorphous phase in the dual-phase nano-sized WO<SUB>3</SUB> film provided good diffusion of Li ions; it had a high diffusion coefficient of 1.53 × 10<SUP>−12</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> that derived from its loosely packed atomic structure. The amorphous region in a heterostructured WO<SUB>3</SUB> film was effective for the fast diffusion of Li ions, while the crystalline nano-sized region in such a film provided a large surface area for an increased number of absorption sites for Li ions. A Study on Visual Behavior for Presenting Consumer-Oriented Information on an Online Fashion Store

Growth in online channels has created fierce competition; consequently, retailers have to invest an increasing amount of effort into attracting consumers. In this study, eye-tracking technology examined consumers' visual behavior to gain an understanding of information searching behavior in exploring product information for fashion products. Product attribute information was classified into two image-based elements (model image information and detail image information) and two text-based elements (basic text information, detail text information), after which consumers' visual behavior for each information element was analyzed. Furthermore, whether involvement affects consumers' information search behavior was investigated. The results demonstrated that model image information attracted visual attention the quickest, while detail text information and model image information received the most visual attention. Additionally, high-involvement consumers tended to pay more attention to detailed information while low-involvement consumers tended to pay more attention to image-based and basic information. This study is expected to help broaden the understanding of consumer behavior and provide implications for establishing strategies on how to efficiently organize product information for online fashion stores.
The possible mechanism of rhapontigenin influencing antifungal activity on <i>Candida albicans</i>

<P>Rhapontigenin, an aglycone of rhapontin, was produced by biotransformation and we investigated its antifungal activity against <I>Candida albicans</I>, one of the most important opportunistic fungal pathogens. Rhapontigenin is found to have, <I>in vitro</I>, inhibitory activity with a minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) value against all test isolates of 128-256 μg/ml. We detected increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in yeast cultures treated with rhapontigenin at the MIC. Rhapontigenin inhibited DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis, especially RNA synthesis, and induced morphological changes and apoptosis of <I>C. albicans</I>. The apoptotic effect of rhapontigenin on <I>C. albicans</I> at subinhibitory concentrations was higher in the stationary growth phase than in the exponential phase, while the opposite results were noted with amphotericin B. The mechanism of antifungal activity of rhapontigenin may be associated with the generation of ROS that might induce apoptosis and it may also involve the inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis.</P>

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the leading cause of dementia, and many studies have focused on finding effective blood biomarkers for the accurate diagnosis of this disease. Predicting cerebral amyloid deposition is considered the key for AD diagnosis because a cerebral amyloid deposition is the hallmark of AD pathogenesis. Previously, blood biomarkers were discovered to predict cerebral amyloid deposition, and further efforts have been made to increase their sensitivity and specificity. In this study, we analyzed blood-test factors (BTFs) that can be commonly measured in medical health check-ups from 149 participants with cognitively normal, 87 patients with mild cognitive impairment, and 64 patients with clinically diagnosed AD dementia with brain amyloid imaging data available. We demonstrated that four factors among regular health check-up blood tests, cortisol, triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio, alanine aminotransferase, and free triiodothyronine, showed either a significant difference by or correlation with cerebral amyloid deposition. Furthermore, we made a prediction model for Pittsburgh compound B-positron emission tomography positivity, using BTFs and the previously discovered blood biomarkers, the QPLEX TM Alz plus assay kit biomarker panel, and the area under the curve was significantly increased up to 0.845% with 69.4% sensitivity and 90.6% specificity. These results show that BTFs could be used as co-biomarkers and that a highly advanced prediction model for amyloid plaque deposition could be achieved by the combinational use of diverse biomarkers.
