Research on Hadoop Identity Authentication Based on Improved Kerberos Protocol

This paper researches the authentication mechanism of Kerberos protocol under HDFS, and points out the problems that identity authentication mechanism of Kerberos protocol faced in HDFS cluster environment: time synchronization, KDC security, dictionary attacks and denial mechanism. Aiming at these security problems, firstly, this paper provides an overview of the authentication process of the current Kerberos protocol under HDFS cluster environment; secondly, it modifies Kerberos protocol by using public key encryption and data signature mechanism; lastly, it provides the authentication process of improved Kerberos protocol in HDFS environment. Comprehensive analysis shows that both safety and time efficiency of the improved Kerberos protocol are improved compared with the existing identity authentication mechanism. It provides a more reliable and efficient identity authentication solution for HDFS cluster.
An Improved SOM Based Surface Texture Synthesis

This paper proposed a new method for surface texture synthesis using improved self-organizing maps as the synthesis logic. The method will first loop map the sample image to the target surface until the surface is full filled, then construct a improved self-organizing maps model, in which use sample image as the input level and the target three-dimensional surface as out put level, to adjust the pixel position in target surface, and the mapping area is controlled in the neighborhood of local extremum by reducing search area of variables. The new algorithm not only speed up the synthesis progress, and also enhances the image quality of target surface texture, and compare with the previous algorithm, it is not necessary for the user’s intervention. Compared with previous results for the proof of our concepts, we have successfully implemented the experimental results and the proposed algorithm.
Design and Implementation of Data Acquisition Filter for Electrical Capacitance Tomography

On the basis of analyzing the working principle of ECT data acquisition system and wavelet Kalman algorithm, the realization method of a new ECT data acquisition filter is proposed about the acquisition accuracy and real-time requirement of electrical capacitance tomography ECT (Electrical Capacitance Tomography) data acquisition system. The method uses the principle of multiplexing and folding structure to make the multi wavelet decomposition and reconstruction combined, parallelize high-pass filter and low-pass filter to meet the requirement of real-time. The simulation experiment results show that the processing speed of the improved ECT data acquisition filter is improved, the acquisition speed and the accuracy of the data are better than the traditional ECT data acquisition system, it provides a new filter realization method for ECT data acquisition system.
Community Discovering Algorithm based on Nodes with Maximum Degree and Label Propagation

Label propagation algorithm (LPA algorithm) is gotten widely attention by its simplicity, rapidity and greater effectiveness. Aimed at the problem of label updating process is sensitive to the order of nodes in LPA algorithm, an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm starts from the nodes with maximum degree in the network, according to its neighbor nodes’ community similarity index to decide whether its label setting, and then completes label setting in the first round; On this basis, it continues to carry out the iteration in label propagation algorithm, completes the entire network of community structure detection. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is slightly better than the original algorithm at running time and number of iterations, has higher robustness, prevents the occurrence of the trivial solution.
Improvement of SVM Image Reconstruction Algorithm in ECT System

Due to the problem of low imaging accuracy and slow imaging speed when applying SVM image reconstruction algorithm in ECT system to dealing with a large amount of sample data set, the method of combining feature dimension reduction with SVM algorithm is proposed. This method classifies the sample data by using the way of clustering and extracts the feature parameter, finds out the connection between each sample and the feature, and deals the sample data with dimension reduction, thus finally getting the high-quality training sample. Then it trains the simplified sample data by applying SVM algorithm and obtains decision function, then the decision function is used to predict and image. The experimental results of image reconstruction show that this method greatly reduces the running time and improves the accuracy of imaging compared to using the SVM algorithm alone.
