인간 중심의 통합적 정보과학기술의 패러다임과 네트워크 사회에 대한 고찰을 통해, 대구·경북지역의 문화 콘텐츠 활성화를 위한 소셜 네트워크 전략을 논의 한다. 이를 위해, 장계향의 음식 디미방 사례와 2011년 대구 세계 육상 선수권 대회의 온라인 홍보에 대한 진단 및 현황을 파악해 본다. 음식 디미방 사례 연구는 문화 원형 발굴 및 확산이 이루어지는 과정을 사회연결망 분석을 통해 파악한다. 또한, 다양한 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 전개되고 있는 대구 세계 육상 선수권 대회의 온라인 홍보 현황을 웹보메트릭스 방법을 활용하여 진단한다. 이를 통해, 오늘날 네트워크 사회에서 사람들간의 경험을 상호간 교류하고 증진시키 기 위한 멘탈 인프라 구축의 필요성 및 소셜 네트워크 전략에 대한 이론적 논의를 전개한다. Under the paradigm of the human-centered networked society, based on advanced information science and technology, this study focuses on social network strategy for revitalizing cultural contents in the Yeongnam region, South Korea. It examines two cultural issues in the regional boundary: Eumshik-dimibang, the oldest cookbook written by Gye-hyang Jang, and the online public relations of the International Association of Athletics Federations World Championships Daegu 2011. The former case provides the basic principle of the social network where archetype of cultural asset is recovered and diffused. The latter allows us to understand why networked mental infrastructure is necessary to exchange experience mutually with others. Lastly, this study discusses about a theoretical strategy to facilitate the development of the regional culture, on the basis of the networked mental infrastructure.
