Incoterms have provided a set of rules that the global trade community can use for the interpretation of shipping terms. Always viewed from the perspective of the seller’s delivery obligation, Incoterms focus on the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the goods sold, division of transportation and customs‐related costs between the seller and buyer, and the obligation to execute certain functional activities related to the movement of the goods. The ICC has consistently attempted to update Incoterms in a way that keeps pace with the evolution of business practices. The ICC recently published the new listing of terms, which hints at some of the significant changes ahead in the new publication. It is not certain how the Incoterms 2010 have been used in practice, so it is difficult to find out related problems. Therefore, those who are unwilling to use Incoterms 2010 are free to choose Incoterms 2000 or other trade terms. However, this kind of practice can cause a conflict because of differences in the interpretation of trade terms in international trade. It would be desirable to use Incoterms 2010 based on the revised Incoterms 2000. It is still unclear how predominantly Incoterms 2010 will be used in international trade. Of course, it is necessary to keep updating trade terms based on a deeper analysis on the matters associated with the Incoterms rules, and maintain an understanding of contemporary changes. A new concept to evaluate the localized corrosion resistance of stacked Ti alloys such as additive-manufactured (AM)Ti–6Al–4V alloy is proposed. Crevice corrosion of subtractive-manufactured (SM) Ti–6Al–4V occurred on the surfacebeneath the crevice former, whereas localized corrosion of the AM alloy occurred in any vulnerable site irrespective of thecrevice assembly. The electrochemical critical localized corrosion temperature (E-CLCT) was measured to evaluate theresistance of AM Ti–6Al–4V alloys to localized corrosion. The results showed that the localized corrosion of AM Ti–6Al–4V was attributable to the anisotropy and microstructure that resulted from rapid cooling, which were completely differentfrom the anisotropy and microstructure of SM Ti–6Al–4V. The optimum applied potential of AM Ti–6Al–4V in 25 wt%NaCl aqueous solution was deduced. The E-CLCT provides a useful criterion for determining the resistance of AM Ti alloysto localized corrosion and for comparing their resistances.

High entropy alloys (HEAs) have received tremendous attention in diferent applications because of their excellent corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties. In the present work, a novel TiNbMoMnFe high entropy alloy systemwas synthesized and deposited on AISI 316L by DC magnetron sputtering system. The microstructure of the resulting thinflm was evaluated by grazing incidence X-ray difraction and feld emission electron microscope. It was found that the thinflm microstructure is composed of a crystalline solid solution (grain size of 76 nm) and an amorphous phase. The electrochemical investigations in Ringer’s solution revealed that a thin flm of 670 nm thick high entropy alloy has a low corrosioncurrent density of 0.024 μA cm−2, approximately 30% lower than that of the uncoated 316L. Meanwhile, the HEA thin flmshowed the highest pitting corrosion resistance and stability of the passive flm. The wettability examinations exhibited thatthe coated sample has a high contact angle of 90° in contrast to 60° for the uncoated ones. In summary, the TiNbMoMnFehigh entropy alloy thin flm shows great potential for use in biomaterial applications.

It is recognized that reinforcement corrosion is the main distress behind the present concern regarding concrete durability. In this study, to confirm corrosion of reinforced concrete due to permeability of carbonation and chloride ion affected by thickness of cover, kinds of surface coating, measured electric potential, ratio of corrosion area, weight reduction, corrosion velocity of steel bar under environment of complex deterioration. The results showed that an increase in age also decreases Carbonation velocity coefficients and increases Chloride ion diffusion coefficients. As well, an increase in age also increases corrosion of reinforcement due to permeability of carbonation and chloride ion. Corrosion of reinforcement by thickness of cover is superior to 10mm thick than 20mm thick. It showed that an increase in thickness of cover prevent steel bar from deteriorating due to permeability of carbonation and chloride ion. The results of this study showed that corrosion velocity was affected by thickness of cover, kinds of surface coating. data on the development of corrosion velocity made with none, organic B, organic A, inorganic B. and inorganic A is shown.

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.
CNC LATHE 성능개선을 위한 검사방법에 대한 연구

An experimental investigation was conducted to analyze the effect of geometric structure of CNC lathe on the accuracy of machined work pieces. First, a detailed data base for summarizing inspection methods and items was made through literature reviews on the related standards and inspection guide lines. Secondly, performance tests were performed using a test equipment corrected according to the inspection guide lines. Results showed that accuracy of the work pieces was well controlled and satisfied geometric tolerances of the inspection guide lines proposed in this paper.
