A automatic production system was developed for high productivity and safety. The semi-progressive die was unfavorable for more productivity, safety, material extravagance and incongruent high-speed production. Developed progressive die is suitable for the high production and guarantee triple production by acceptance of three array type for automobile adjust plate. We adopt Pro-Engineer^ⓕ for three dimensional computer aided design suitable for the disassembly and assembly evaluation. The conclusion of this study is as follow. First press die solid modeling system is built by using Pro-Engineer^ⓕ through this research and verified allowable tolerance and possibility of assembly and disassembly of parts. Therefore we can reduce die manufacturing time and cost. Second, We produce 1000 units per hot coil 1ton by traditional method, but we can acomplish material saving effect about effect about 12% as 1120 units in case of new progressive die. Fourth, we acomplished manufacturing cost curtailment effect more than 20% in comparison with traditional method.

Major characteristics of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are sustaining of stemness and pluripotency by self-renewal. In this report, transcriptional profiles of the molecules in the developmentally important signaling pathways including Wnt, BMP4, TGF-β, RTK, Hh, Notch, and JAK/STAT signaling pathways were investigated to understand the self- renewal of mouse ESCs (mESCs), J1 line, and compared with the NIH3T3 cell line and mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells as controls. In the Wnt signaling pathway, the expression of Wnt3 was seen widely in mESCs, suggesting that the ligand may be an important regulator for self-renewal in mESCs. In the Hh signaling pathway, the expression of Gli and N-myc were observed extensively in mESCs, whereas the expression levels of in a Shh was low, suggesting that intracellular molecules may be essential for the self-renewal of mESCs. IGF-I, IGF-II, IGF-IR and IGF-IIR of RTK signaling showed a lower expression in mESCs, these molecules related to embryo development may be restrained in mESCs. The expression levels of the Delta and HES5 in Notch signaling were enriched in mESCs. The expression of the molecules related to BMP and JAK-STAT signaling pathways were similar or at a slightly lower level in mESCs compared to those in MEF and NIH3T3 cells. It is suggested that the observed differences in gene expression profiles among the signaling pathways may contribute to the self-renewal and differentiation of mESCs in a signaling-specific manner.

The central research is development kinematic mechanism of oscillating ann for in-line capping machine. First, merits and shortcoming of existent capping machine is compared, informed technology is applied and supplemented shortcoming part maximum in this research. The disadvantage of existent capping machine is mechanical complex and expansive of price. Specially, it is very disadvantage in device efficiency side because existent device gives. Specially, importent part is very disadvantageous in device efficient side because existent device gives on cap adopting point contact form passing disk type of cap fastening device that stand in a line as a part do lid fastening chapter among these. This research developed shake style cap fastening device that have oscillating ann to supplement this shortcoming.

The effects of non-thermal plasma reactor and recirculated exhaust gas on performance and exhaust emissions under four kinds of engine loads were experimentally investigated by using a four-cycle, four-cylinder, swirl chamber type, water-cooled diesel engine with a combined plasma EGR system operating at three kinds of engine speeds. The purpose of this study is to develop the combined exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) control system with a non-thermal plasma reacto for reducing NOⅹ and soot emissions simultaneously in diesel engines. The EGR system is used to reduce NOⅹ emissions, and the non-thermal plasma reactor is used to reduce soot emissions. The plasma system in this study is a flat-to-flat type reactor operated by a plasma power supply. The experiments arc performed at the fixed fuel injection timing of 4˚ ATDC regardless of experimenlal conditions. It is found that NOⅹ and soot emissions are decreased, especially soot emissions are markedly reduced at the middle loads, as the applied electrical voltage of plasma reactor is elevated.<br/>
연노출근로자에 있어서 흡광광도법과 HPLC 법에 의한 요중δ - ALA 배설량과 연노출지표들 간의 관련성

In order to compare the difference of the measurement of delta aminolevulinic acid(δ-ALA) in urine between HPLC method(HALA) and colorimetric method(CALA), and also to provide useful information for the new diagnostic criteria of δ-ALA in urine in lead poisoning, if at all possible in the future, authors studied 234 male lead workers who were selected from 7 storage battery factories, 3 secondary smelting industries, and 2 litharge making industries. Study subjects were selected on the basis of blood Zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP) level from low to high concentration to cover wide range of lead exposure. Study variables for this study were δ-ALA measured by two different methods, blood lead(PbB), and blood ZPP. The results were as follows: 1. There was very high correlation between δ-ALA measured by two method(r=0.989 : HALA = -0.8194+0.8110 × CALA), but the value of CALA was measured about 2㎎/L greater than HALA. 2. While the correlations of δ-ALA by two method with blood lead and blood ZPP were 0.46 and 0.37 respectively, they were increased to 0.63 and 0.57 if δ-ALA values were log-transformed. 3. Simple linear regression of δ-ALA measured by two method on ZPP were as follows : CALA = 2.0421 + 0.0341 × ZPP ( R² = 0.1385 p = 0.0001 ) HALA = 0.8006 + 0.0280 × ZPP ( R²= 0.1389 p = 0.0001 ) 4. Simple linear regression of δ-ALA measured by two method on PbB were as follows : CALA = -0.4134 + 0.1545 × PbB ( R² = 0.2085 p = 0.0001 ) HALA = -1.2893 + 0.1287 PbB ( R² = 0.2154 p = 0.0001 ) 5. Simple linear regression of log-transformed δ-ALA by two method on ZPP and PbB were as follows : logHALA = 0.3078 + 0.0060 ZPP ( R² = 0.3329 p = 0.0001 ) logCALA = 1.0189 + 0.0044 ZPP ( R² = 0.3290 p = 0.0001 ) logHALA = -0.0221 + 0.024b PbB ( R² = 0.4046 p = 0.0001 ) logCALA = 0.7662 + 0.0184 PbB ( R² = 0.4108 p = 0.0001 ) 6. The cumulative percent of colorimetric method to detect lead workers whose value of PbB and ZPP were over screening level such as 40 ㎍/㎗ and 100 ㎍/㎗ respectively was higher than HPLC method if cut-off level of δ-ALA for screening of lead poisoning was 5 ㎎/L. But if cut-off level of δ-ALA measured by HPLC was reduced to 3 ㎎/L which is compatible to 5 ㎎/L of δ-ALA measured by colorimetric method, there were good agreement between two methods and showed dose-response relationship with other lead exposure indices such as PbB and ZPP.
