        In this paper we propose a GUI for teleoperation system using Web. The proposed GUI is based on recent Web technologies such as browsers, Java language and socket communication. It allows users to connect to our object system through a Web server, using their personal computer.

        Opendata 기반 포항 및 경주지진에 의한 건물손상 평가

        Severe earthquakes can cause damage to society both socially and economically. An appropriate initial response can alleviate damage from severe earthquakes. In order to formulate an appropriate initial response, it is necessary to identify damage situations in societies; however, it is difficult to grasp this information immediately after an earthquake event. In this study, an earthquake damage assessment methodology for buildings is proposed for estimating damage situations immediately after severe earthquakes. A response spectrum database is constructed to provide response spectra at arbitrary locations from earthquake measurements immediately after the event. The fragility curves are used to estimate the damage of the buildings. Earthquake damage assessment is performed from the response spectrum database at the building scale to provide enhanced damage condition information. Earthquake damage assessment for Gyeongju city and Pohang city were conducted using the proposed methodology, when an earthquake occurred on September 12, 2016, and November 15, 2017. Results confirm that the proposed earthquake damage assessment effectively represented the earthquake damage situation in the city to decide on an appropriate initial response by providing detailed information at the building scale.

        포항지진에 대한 원자력발전소 구조물 및 기기의 지진응답 분석

        The probabilistic seismic safety assessment is one of the methodology to evaluate the seismic safety of the nuclear power plants. The site characteristics of the nuclear power plant should be reflected when evaluating the seismic safety of the nuclear power plant. The Korea seismic characteristics are strong in high frequency region and may be different from NRC Regulatory Guide 1.60, which is the design spectrum of nuclear power plants. In this study, seismic response of a nuclear power plant structure by Pohang earthquake (2017.11.15. (KST)) is investigated. The Pohang earthquake measured at the Cheongsong seismic observation station (CHS) is scaled to the peak ground acceleration (PGA) of 0.2 g and the seismic acceleration time history curve corresponding to the design spectrum is created. A nuclear power plant of the containment building and the auxiliary buildings are modeled using OPENSEES to analyze the seismic response of the Pohang earthquake. The seismic behavior of the nuclear power plant due to the Pohang earthquake is investigated. And the seismic performances of the equipment of a nuclear power plant are evaluated by the HCLPF. As a result, the seismic safety evaluation of nuclear power plants should be evaluated based on site-specific characteristics of nuclear power plants.

        지반-구조물 상호작용 효과를 고려한 지진격리시스템이 적용된 원전 격납건물의 지진 취약도 평가

        Several researches have been studied to enhance the seismic performance of nuclear power plants (NPPs) by application of seismic isolation. If a seismic base isolation system is applied to NPPs, seismic performance of nuclear power plants should be reevaluated considering the soil-structure interaction effect. The seismic fragility analysis method has been used as a quantitative seismic safety evaluation method for the NPP structures and equipment. In this study, the seismic performance of an isolated NPP is evaluated by seismic fragility curves considering the soil-structure interaction effect. The designed seismic isolation is introduced to a containment building of Shin-Kori NPP which is KSNP (Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plant), to improve its seismic performance. The seismic analysis is performed considering the soil-structure interaction effect by using the linearized model of seismic isolation with SASSI (System for Analysis of Soil-Structure Interaction) program. Finally, the seismic fragility is evaluated based on soil-isolation-structure interaction analysis results.

        도시재생사업에 적용가능한 택티컬 어바니즘 기법 개발 및 적용 효과분석

        The purpose of this study is to develop tactile urbanism techniques applicable to urban regeneration projects and analyze their applicationeffects. The research results revealed the effects of applying the tactical urbanism project, project satisfaction, project sustainability, andresident participation were evaluated higher than average in all four project areas. Upon analyzing the factors affecting such areas, someresults varied depending on the target site, but overall, the higher the comfort, safety, and functionality due to the tactical urbanism project,the higher the level of business satisfaction, project sustainability, and resident participation. Changes in regional comfort, safety, and functiondue to the application of tactile urbanism were found to have a positive effect on the intention to participate in the project, attachment tothe place, and behavioral intention in terms of business satisfaction, project sustainability, and resident participation. These results showed thatby applying the tactical urbanism technique to urban regeneration projects, local residents could increase their willingness to participate in aproject and induce active action. Therefore, tactical urbanism could be used as a strategy to compensate for the limitations of existing urbanregeneration projects. This study was meaningful in that it developed a tectonic urbanism design element applicable to urban regenerationprojects and empirically analyzed the application effect. However, this study was aimed at the urban regeneration new deal project inCheonan Namsan District, and there is a limit to generalizing and applying the results of this study to other regions. Additional studies needto be conducted to apply tectonic urbanization and empirically analyze its effects. 본 연구는 천안 남산지구를 대상으로 도시재생사업에 적용가능한 택티컬 어바니즘 기법을 개발하고 적용효과 및 영향요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 택티컬 어바니즘 프로젝트 적용효과를 분석한 결과 4개 사업지역 모두 사업만족도, 사업지속성, 주민참여 점수가 평균 이상으로 높게 평가되었다. 둘째, 택티컬 어바니즘 사업만족도와 사업지속성, 주민참여에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 사업대상지에 따라 전반적으로 택티컬 어바니즘 사업을 통해 쾌적성, 안전성, 기능성이 높아질수록 사업만족도와 사업지속성, 주민참여 수준이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 택티컬 어바니즘 적용으로 인한 지역의 쾌적성, 안전성, 기능성 변화는 사업만족도와 사업지속성, 주민참여를 매개로 사업참여의사와 장소애착, 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        지진 손상 상관성이 플랜트의 확률론적 지진 안전성 평 가에 미치는 영향

        Nuclear power plant’s safety against seismic events is evaluated as risk values by probabilistic seismic safety assessment. The risk values vary by the seismic failure correlation between the structures, systems, and components (SSCs). However, most probabilistic seismic safety assessments idealized the seismic failure correlation between the SSCs as entirely dependent or independent. Such a consideration results in an inaccurate assessment result not reflecting real physical phenomenon. A nuclear power plant’s seismic risk should be calculated with the appropriate seismic failure correlation coefficient between the SSCs for a reasonable outcome. An accident scenario that has an enormous impact on a nuclear power plant’s seismic risk was selected. Moreover, the probabilistic seismic response analyses of a nuclear power plant were performed to derive appropriate seismic failure correlations between SSCs. Based on the analysis results, the seismic failure correlation coefficient between SSCs was derived, and the seismic fragility curve and core damage frequency of the loss of essential power event were calculated. Results were compared with the seismic fragility and core damage frequency of assuming the seismic failure correlations between SSCs were independent and entirely dependent.

        전통시장 시장환경특성이 상인들의 영업환경만족도와 기대 매출에 미치는 영향

        최근 대형 할인매장, 기업형 할인매장(SSM)과 같은 대형상업시설에 비해 상대적으로 영세하고 경쟁력이 약한 전통시장 활성화를 위하여 다양한 활성화 사업이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 사업은 중앙정부 주도의 하향식 구조로 사업의 주체인 상인들의 영업환경만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 연구는 부재하다. 이에 본 연구는 전통시장 개인 및 점포특성, 시장환경특성이 상인들의 영업환경만족도, 기대 매출 사이의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. Various revitalization projects are underway to boost traditional markets, which are relatively smaller and less competitive than largecommercial facilities such as large discount stores and corporate discount stores (SSMs). However, most projects are top-down structures ledby the central government. The research to date has failed to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of retailer—the main agents of theproject—with their environmental satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to establish the characteristics of individuals andstores in traditional markets, the satisfaction of merchants with their environmental satisfaction, and the relationship between their satisfactionand expected sales. To this end, 200 surveys of Cheonan Central Market retailer were used as final data, and 25 people were interviewedusing the structural equation model. An analysis was then conducted on the impact of the environmental characteristics of the market on theretailer’ satisfaction with their environmental satisfaction and the expected sales of retailer. One main finding is that the followingcharacteristics affected the satisfaction of retailer with their environmental satisfaction: the operation period of the store, the type of store, thefinancial factors, the security environment, the convenience of use, and sanitary conditions. The permanent satisfaction of the retailer and thefinancial factors had a significant impact on the revisit rate and expected sales. It was also found that improvements in the marketenvironment had a knock-on effect on sales expected through the medium of environmental satisfaction and revisit rate, thereby affecting therevitalization of traditional market commercial districts.
