회전익 항공기 수평 안정판의 설계 개선을 통한 비행 안전성 향상

본 논문은 회전익 항공기의 수평 안정판의 설계 개선에 관한 연구이다. 회전익 항공기의 수평 안정판은 항공기의 피치, 요 등의 거동을 안정화시키는 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 역할로 인해 수평 안정판은 회전익 항공기의 비행 안전에 영향을 미치는 주요 구성 요소(비행안전품목)로 관리되고 있다. 그러나 국내 회전익 항공기 운용 중, 수평 안정판의 내부구조에 균열이 발견되어 설계 개선의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 논문에서는 파면 분석과 구조 해석을 통해 수평 안정판 내부 구조 균열의 근본 원인을 2가지로 분석하였다. 첫 번째는 볼트 체결 시 부가되는 체결 토크이며, 두 번째는 항공기 기동에 따른 Lead-lag 거동이다. 이 2가지 원인을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구가 수행되었으며 그 결과 볼트 체결 방법, 볼트 체결 플랜지 구조 및 두께를 변경하고 복합재 링을 추가로 적용하였다. 설계 개선의 검증을 위해 구조 해석이 수행되었으며 구조강도가 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 내부 구조물 (Rib 1)의 피로해석을 수행하여 요구 사항이 충족되었음을 확인하였다. This paper is a study on design improvement of rotorcraft horizontal stabilizer. The rotorcraft horizontal stabilizer stabilizes the behavior of the pitch, yaw, etc. from the aircraft. Because of this role, horizontal stabilizers are a major component (Flight Safety Part) that affects flight safety on rotorcraft. However, when the rotorcraft was operated in domestic, cracks were found in the inner structure of the horizontal stabilizer and design improvement was needed. In this paper, we identified the two causes of the horizontal stabilizer crack defects through fracture analysis and structural analysis. The first is the tightening torque when the bolt is tightened, and the second is the lead-lag behavior of aircraft. In order to improve these two causes, bolt fastening method, flange structure and thickness were changed and composite ring was applied. In order to verify the design improvement, the structural analysis was performed and the structural strength was improved. Also Fatigue analysis of the internal structure (Rib 1) was performed and it was confirmed that the requirements were satisfied.

N/A Background: Superior hypogastric plexus block has been advocated as a useful technique for the treatment of cancer related pelvic pain. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of neurolytic trans-intervertebrodiscal superior hypogastric plexus block for pelvic cancer pain. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with gynecologic, colorectal or genitourinary cancer who suffered intractable pain were studied. We performed superior hypogastric plexus block by trans-intervertebrodiscal approach at L5/Sl level under the C-arm fluoroscopic guide unilaterally or bilaterally. Ten ml of 100% dehydrated alcohol was injected through each needle. We evaluated the change of visual analog pain score (VAS; 0~100 mm) and daily dose of oral morphine sulphate at the time of pre-block and 7 days after the block. Results: Fourteen patients (50%) had satisfactory pain relief (VAS<30) while five patients (18%) had moderate pain control (VAS 30-60). The remaining nine patients (32%) had mild or little pain relief (VAS >60) and their daily oral morphine doses were above 160 mg. Additional pain control method may be needed for those patients who received high dose of opioid before neurolytic block. Conclusions: We conclude trans-intervertebrodiscal neurolytic superior hypogastric plexus block was effective in relieving pelvic cancer pain. Neurolytic block, earlier stage, may provide better effects for more comfortable life at the end stage for cancer patients.

This study shows a numerical method to predict automobile type air conditioner tube connector in the forming process. The simulation approach with 3-D FEM program(ABAQUS) for forming process, forming process simulation is in good agrement with it in tendency. Finally, we compared the forming result with simulation. The result of research showed that forming process technology is promising to produce automobile type air conditioner tube connector.

Pulmonary cryptococcosis is a non-infectious opportunistic or silent infection caused by Cryptococcus neoformans. It enters the body through the respiratory tract and spreads to lung, skin, liver, and lymphoid organs. Recently its incidence has been gradually increasing because of developing diagnostic tools, increased use of steroids and immunosuppressive drugs, increased survival rate of patients with chronic diseases, and increased incidence of immunodeficiency syndrome. We report a case of pulmonary cryptococcosis in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis who was being treated with low dose glucocorticoid, methotrexate and cyclosporine for 14 months.
신경결찰에 의한 신경병증성 통증 쥐에서 NMDA Antagonist 전처치가 이질통 발생에 미치는 영향

N/A Background: Following peripheral nerve injury, rats will show a tactile allodynia and hyperalgesia. But the mechanism of allodynia is still obscure. Previous studies have shown this allodynia was reversed by intrathecal alpha-2 agonists and NMDA antagonists, but not by morphine. In formalin test, either the pretreatment of NMDA antagonist or mor- phine prevents the hyperalgesia. The present studies, using rats rendered allodynic by ligation of the left L5 and L6 nerves, aimed to investigate the effects of pretreatment of MK-80l and morphine on the development of tactile allodynia. Methods and Material: Male Sprague-Dawley rats(100-150 g) were anesthetized with halothane, the left L5 and L6 spinal nerves were ligated tightly by 6-0 black silk. For sham operation muscle dissection was performed but the spinal nerve was not ligated. For pretreatment of drugs, MK-801(NMDA antagonist; 0.3mg/kg). CNQX(non-NMDA an- tagonist; 0.3mg/kg), morphine(1 mg/kg) or saline(placebo) was administered subcutaneously 30 minutes before operation. A second dose was administered subcutaneously 24 hours after operation and further doses were given daily for 2 days further. The volume of in- jection was 5 ml/kg. To assess the mechanical allodynia, paw withdrawal thresholds of ip- silateral limb were determined using 8 von Frey hairs. Results: Within 2 days saline, CNQX or morphine injected rats developed tactile allodynia(paw withdrawal threshold was about 2 g), and persisted for over 2 weeks. Pre- treatment of MK-801 delayed the development of tactile allodynia for 3 days comparing to that of saline injected rat. Conclusion: NMDA receptor in the central nerve system plays an important role in the development of tactile allodynia induced by peripheral nerve injury. But the mechanism may be different from hyperalgesia developed in formalin test.
