        교육실습생이 인식한 유치원 교육실습의 효과와 관련변인 연구

        This study examined and the effect of student teaching practicum perceived by student apprentices on the empiric contents, and the theoretical background related to training and educational practice of teachers in kindergarten in order to get some data for improving the effect of educational practice by investigating all the factors that have had an influenced on the effect of educational practical. This researcher visited college directly and investigated them by randomly sampling 60 students respectively, department of the early childhood education of 6 junior colleges, which had already finished student teaching practicum course in the 1st semester among $ junior colleges that have carried out the student teaching practicum course for raising kindergarten teachers, Daegu Metropolitan City and the suburbs of Daegu by using questionnaires by advice of academic professor and the preceding studies with "recognized evaluation and on the effect of student teaching practicum" by Yoon, Kee Young. The results are as follows First, the effect of student teaching practicum by cognitive level was recognized to be high in the realms such as plan of educational activity, practical guidance, and role of teachers, while the effect of student teaching practicum by cognitive level was low at the realms such as linker between kindergarten and local community role or function as manager of class, and function of dealing with basic task of class. Second, the effect of student teaching practicum by period was comparatively low in March than in April and May. And the effect of student teaching practicum by selective method on kindergarten was recognized to be high at the kindergarten that honored quality of teachers, instead of short commutation distance. Third, the effect of educational practice by career was recognized to be high in the case of teacher who has guided student teachers during the period over 3 years with much experience and from faith on teaching professor.
