다절편 전산화단층촬영을 이용한 관상동맥촬영의 통계적 고찰 : 일산백병원을 중심으로

Purpose Mainly on patients who have taken coronary angiography using 64 channel MDCT instaⅡed in our hospital, frequency, meaningful correlation and feasibility of the heart CT was studied by statistic analysis. Materials and methods From Apr. 12, 2006 to Dec. 31, 2008, 4677 inpatients or outpatients were tested ECG-gated coronary artery CTA(computed tomographic angiography; CCTA) in Inje UnⅣersity Ilsanpaik Hospital. Their test results were analyzed with SPSS 10 (SPSS Inc. Chicago, IⅡinois). Results The analysis difference in sex showed 53.1% of male patients were normal in the results. It was higher than 46.9% in female results. Stent were executed on 67.5% of male patients which is also more than female. Male patients read to have more than 30% constriction in coronary were 67.5% of the total patients. It also is the higher rate compared with female patients. The analysis difference in age showed results of 83.3%, 98.5% and 98.1% in cases of normal, stent and more than 30% constriction each with patients who is 40 or older. The analysis difference in weight showed meaningful rate of 67.5% normal and 78.3% stent with female patients who weigh 60kg or more. Patients with chest pains showed 53.8% normal, 6.2% stent and 41.9% more than 30% constriction in their test results. In case of dose, male patients showed higher rate of 64.2% compared to female patients, and it was absolutely higher with the patients who is 40 or older with rate of 91.9%. Dose was also high with female patients who weigh 60kg or more with rate of 91.7%. Conclusion The image view obtained by CCTA made it possible to view the range of stenosis of coronary in three dimensions. The study result using the reading outcome of coronary constriction and the basic image data showed statisticaⅡy meaningful differences in physical conditions, age and sex.
