        Internationally environmental regulations have been tightened due to fossil fuel depletion and environmental pollution, and this has increased interest in hydrogen energy as an alternative energy source. Hydrogen energy can be used in various fields such as general households, construction, and vehicles, but since storage and transportation are expensive, there is a need for technology that can store and transport large amounts of hydrogen energy. Hydrogen transport operates in the form of pipelines and tube trailers. Tube trailer-type transportation methods are mostly used, which are less expensive than pipelines. In order to reduce transportation costs, the development of composite containers and trailers for large capacity transportation is actively underway. In this paper, a tube trailer model with a loading / unloading system in the form of an arm is proposed. The hydrogen supply pressure was designed based on a cartridge containing a type4 large capacity composite hydrogen container with a level of about 350 bar. And we are made to predict the structural stability of the Arm-roll system in the process of loading a vehicle with a cartridge containing a charged hydrogen container using ABAQUS.
