The purpose of the study is to reveal whether the improvement of urban regeneration policies is being properly realized in the promotion of urban regeneration projects. The scope of the study is to analyze the changes in urban regeneration policies by period from 2014 to 2020 and the current status and implementation evaluation of urban regeneration projects targeting Jeollabuk-do. The main characteristics of each period’s selection through analysis of changes in urban regeneration policies were “introduction of national support” in 2014, “strengthening support systems” in 2016, “expanding participation in public institutions” and “differentiation between regions” in 2019, and “strengthening implementation capabilities” in 2020. As such, urban regeneration policies have been supplemented in various aspects, and among them, the system has been continuously improved by focusing on the “execution power of the project” that encompasses “appropriate scale,” “early initiation,” and “implementation capabilities.” According to the flow of these policies, the appearance reflected in the promotion of local urban regeneration projects in Jeollabuk-do was found to be the priority designation of business areas and the reduction of spatial scale. Furthermore, in light of the 2019 implementation performance evaluation of the selected urban regeneration project, the overall implementation of the project was insufficient due to the securing of sites that could be secured at the planning stage, lack of detailed implementation measures, and lack of governance. In the end, the government’s continuous efforts to increase the execution power of urban regeneration projects are limited to the level of preparing requirements for local governments to apply for projects such as establishing higher-level plans and setting appropriate project sizes. Furthermore, it was found that this did not yet reach the establishment of a plan to implement actual projects, such as securing reasonable sites and preparing implementation plans. Here, it is necessary to understand the limitations of not high performance of the project due to the integrated promotion of social, economic, and physical functions, which are the original characteristics of the urban regeneration project, and the head of governance between various subjects. In addition, this phenomenon was not simply viewed as a problem only for local governments in charge of the project, but was judged as a task that the government should solve together. As a result, in order for what is pursued through urban regeneration policy improvement to be properly realized in urban regeneration projects, the ability to understand and plan local urban regeneration must be accompanied, and a system that can support and supplement it must be prioritized.
휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성평가 시나리오 및 지표 개발

본 연구는 휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성평가 시나리오 및 평가지표를 개발하기 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구방법은 문헌조사, 포커스그룹인터뷰, 델파이기법을 활용하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 사용성평가 항목을 도출하고, 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 사용성평가 시나리오 초안을 개발하였다. 12명의 전문가를 대상으로 1차 및 2차 델파이조사를 통해 사용성평가 시나리오 및 평가지표를 검증하였다. 1차 델파이조사 결과, 휠체어 사용 대상자 및 버스기사 대상자를 위한 사용성평가 시나리오가 각각 2가지 항목이 추가되었으며, 일부 시나리오 내용의 정의가 더 명확하게 수정되었다. 하위지표로는 성공여부, 오류횟수, 오류번호, 과제노력도, 수행시간, 기술수용도, 과제난이도, 제품만족도가 도출되었다. 2차 델파이 조사 결과, 휠체어 사용 대상자 및 버스기사 대상자를 위한 사용성 평가지표는 각각 3개의 사용성 상위지표와 12개의 하위지표, 10개의 세부지표로 구성되었다. 사용성평가 시나리오는 휠체어 사용 대상자를 위한 2개의 수행영역과 8개의 수행과제로 구성되었고, 버스 기사 대상자를 위한 4개의 수행영역과 14개의 수행과제로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 사용성평가 시나리오 및 지표를 기반으로 향후 휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성 평가 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to develop scenarios and evaluation indicators for the usability test of express/intercity buses for wheelchair users. The research methods used literature review, focus group interview, delphi technique. Through the literature survey, usability evaluation items were derived and the usability evaluation scenario draft was developed through focus group interview. Twelve experts were tested for usability evaluation scenarios and evaluation indicators through the first and second delphi surveys. As a result of the first delphi survey, two usability evaluation scenarios for wheelchair users with disabilities and bus drivers were added, and some of the definition of scenarios were more clearly modified. Sub-indicators were success, error frequency, error number, task effort, performance time, task acceptance, task difficulty, product satisfaction. The results of the second delphi survey showed that the usability evaluation indicators for wheelchair user and bus driver subject was composed of three usability upper-indicators, 12 lower-indicators and 10 detailed-indicators, respectively. The usability evaluation scenarios consisted of 2 performance areas and 8 performance tasks for the wheelchair users and 4 performance areas and 14 performance tasks for bus driver subjects. Based on the usability evaluation scenarios and indicators derived from this study, further studies are needed to evaluate the usability of express/intercity buses for wheelchair users in the future.

48V Mild HEV consists of ISG(Integrated Starter & Generator), 48V Li-ion battery, 48V-12V bi-directional DC-DC Converter. This improve the vehicle’s fuel economy and reduce CO₂ emission by Stop/Start, Torque assist engine and regenerative brake. In the buck mode, the DC-DC converter supplies an electric power to 12V electrical load in the vehicle and charges the 12V battery. In the boost mode, it charge the 48V DC-link before 48V battery is connected, this can prevent the in-rush current from battery to DC-link. To optimize the size related with the number of phase in converter, the thermal analysis is necessary which consists with MOSFET power loss and thermal resistance. It is possible to approach the fast response and reduce the number of components by the bi-directional and multi-phase PWM IC. This also can reduce the size by replacing the electrolytic capacitor to MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor). When the boost converter output is shorted because of any problems in 48V node, the bulk current flows from 12V battery to 48V node through the output diode. To protect this trouble in vehicle system, 48V node back to back protection switch is required. Those proposed design methods are verified through the calculation and the experiments.
