본 연구는 「3∼5세 연령별 누리과정 교사용 지도서」에 제시된 동작활동의 활동목표와 활동방법에 나타난 동작개념, 동작기술 및 동작태도의 경향성을 파악하고, 교육현장에 균형 있는 동작활동을 적용함은 물론 향후 체계적인 유아동작교육 프로그램을 구성하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 「3-5세 연령별 누리과정 교사용 지도서」의 각 연령별 1~11권에 수록된 바깥활동 51개와 신체활동 108개, 총 159개의 동작활동이다. 동작활동의 활동목표와 활동내용에서 동작 개념, 동작 기술, 동작 태도가 어떻게 나타났는지 분석한 결과 첫째, 동작활동 활동목표에 나타난 동작 개념은 신체인식이 가장 높게 나타났고, 동작활동 활동방법에 나타난 동작 개념은 신체인식이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며 공간인식, 노력, 관계는 비슷한 분포를 나타냈다. 둘째, 동작활동 활동목표에 나타난 동작 기술은 비이동 동작이 가장 낮게 나타났으며 동작활동 활동방법에 나타난 동작 기술은 이동 동작이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 동작활동목표와 활동방법에 나타난 동작 태도는 예술적 표현하기가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 동작 활동의 활동 목표 및 활동 방법에 동작 개념, 동작 기술, 동작 태도가 고르게 분포될 필요가 있으며, 활동 방법에서 동작 개념의 표현이 구체적으로 기술될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of Movement Activities presented in the Nuri Curriculum Guidebook for the Ages of Three to Five, and to suggest basic data to organize a systematic Movement Activities Program for young children. This study analyzed 159 movement activities from the physical activities of large group activities and from the outside activities in the Nuri Curriculum Guidebook for the ages of three to five, which consists of thirty-two volumes. To analyze the movement concepts, the movement skills, and the attitudes toward the movement of 159 movement activities, basic research was conducted to look into the frequency of the goals, methods, and evaluations of each movement activity. It was concluded that movement concepts and body awareness were equally high in three to five year old children from the movement activities in the Nuri Curriculum Guidebook. It was found that among movement skills, locomotor movement was equally high in three to five year old children. Also, among attitudes toward movement, artistic expression was equally high in three to five year old children. Because the frequency was equally distributed in among three to five year olds indicates that the course of movement activities of Movement Activities in the Nuri Curriculum Guide book for the age of three to five is not balanced according to age. Therefore, movement concepts, movement skills, and attitudes toward movement should be suggested in the goals, methods, and evaluations of movement activities in the Nuri Curriculum Guidebook for the ages of three to five in order to teach movement activities systematically.
