일반논문 : 제주도 관광객 수요 변화와 예측에 대한 연구

제주도 관광수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 항공ㆍ항만시설의 확충으로 지난 10여 년 동안 제주도 관광수요는 이전에 비해 더 가파른 성장을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 제주도의 관광객 시계열 자료(1994년~2013년 9월)를 이용하여 제주관광수요 예측을 위해 다양한 단변량 시계열분석을 이용한 예측과 그 시기 사이 구조적 변화의 존재를 확인하였다. 그 결과 관광수요가 2003년 이후 변화하였으며, 계절형 ARIMA의 경우 변화 이후의 자료만을 고려한 시계열분석 결과가 전체 시 계열 자료를 고려한 결과보다 좋음을 확인하였다. 최근 제주도 관광수요의 증가를 설명하기 위해서 구조적 변화가 일어난 2003년 이후 자료만을 고려함이 좋음을 확인하였다. Tourist Demand in Jeju island is constantly increasing. In particular the expansion of aviation and port facilities during the past 10 years, Jeju tourism demand is steeper than the previous growth. In this study, the Jeju Tourism demand forecasting univariate time series analysis and finding the presence of structural change use the time series data of tourists in Jeju island(1994 to 2013 September). As a result, the structural changes in tourism demand since 2003 was changed in the case and seasonal ARIMA model results considering only the data after the structural changes is better than considering the entire time series. To explain the recent increase in tourism demand in Jeju island, we use the data after the structural changes have occurred since 2003.

한국은 세계에서 가장 낮은 출산율과 가장 빠른 고령화를 겪고 있다. 고령화 현상의 해결책인 정년연장은 외국의 사례를 살펴보았을 때, 우리나라도 통계적인 분석을 통해 심도 있게 논의가 필요하다. 그러나 우리나라의 장래인구추계에서 예측하는 기대수명이나 사망률, 출생률 자체에 대한 예측 및 자료의 신뢰성에 대한 문제 지적되고 있다. 따라서 이를 고려하여 센서스와 장래인구추계법의 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 센서스 방법에 대한 대안을 알아보기 위해 외국의 센서스 사례 및 우리나라의 센서스 방법을 탐색하고 장래인구추계의 각 요인인 출생, 사망, 국제이동에 대한 이론적 비판 및 외국의 사례비교하도록 하였다. Korea is suffering from the world fastest aging and the lowest birthrate. Considering the resolution of other country`s aging, Extension of the Retirement Age have to be considered with statistical analysis. However the improvement of census system is more urgent before considering the resolution of age. Because Korean census system has problems related lack of data reliability and incorrect estimation of death-rate, birthrate, international population movement. In order to analyze Korean census system, we have compared with other country`s census system and analyzed the factors of census which are death-rate, birthrate, international population movement. At the conclusion, we have suggested our resolution of Korean census system.
