아파트 옥외공간 감각자극 디자인 요소의 평가에 관한 연구

This study aims to evaluate the design elements which provide the residents with pleasant sensory stimulations so that enhance their comfort in the outdoor space of Korean apartment complexes. Design factors of the outdoor spaces were categorized and transferred into the evaluative tools to measure the residents’ sensory comfort through literature review. The survey research was carried out to examine the residents" perceived satisfaction and importance of sensory stimulating factors. The sample data from 300 residents were discussed by the IPA analysis to determine which factors should be intensified in the outdoor space design. The results are as follows: (1) Design elements for the apartment outdoor space design were reclassified as the visual, the auditory, the olfactory, the tactile, and the psychological design factors. (2) The sensory stimulating design factors were divided into four realms by IPA analysis: the major design realm (1st quadrant), the intensive design realm (2nd quadrant), the tactical design realm (3rd quadrant), and sufficient design realm (4th quadrant). (3) Directly affective factors to the residents’ comfort such as lighting, noise control, odor treating, the durability of materials, and CCTV sets were settled on the major and intensive design realms. (4) The tactical factors such as diversity, natural sound and odor, use of natural materials, and visibility were also defined as the critical outdoor space design factors because their importance scored relatively low but still over the middle (>3.5).
단량체의 종류에 따른 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 공중합체의 물성 연구

폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 중합 시 2,6-dimethyl naphthalene dicarboxylate와 함께 사용되는 디올 화합 물인 ethylene glycol(EG), 1,3-propanediol(PD) 그리고 1,4-butanediol(BD)의 사용에 따른 공중합체의 물성을 살펴보았다. EG와 함께 PD 혹은 BD를 40% 이내 첨가하는 경우 합성된 폴리에스터가 무정형을 유지함을 알 수 있으며 이는 열적 특성과 배향 특성, 그리고 기계적 특성을 저하시키는 반면 치수안정성을 증가시킴을 확인할 수 있어 합성 폴리에스터가 유연기판 소재로의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. The physical properties of poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate) (PEN) copolymers were studied. PEN copolymers were synthesized successfully from the mixtures of ethylene glycol(EG), 1,3-propanediol (PD) and 1,4-butanediol (BD) with 2,6-dimethyl naphthalene dicarboxylate. The results indicated that PEN copolymers showed an amorphous state when the content of BD(PD) in applied EG/BD(EG/PD) mixtures was less than 40% during the polycondensation. As a result, the lowering of thermal roperties, orientation, and mechanical properties was found, however, the dimensional stability was improved. This is a promising result to apply the synthesized PEN copolymers as flexibles substrates.

In this study, a plastic fiber-optic temperature sensor is fabricated using TSCM(thermo sensitive clouding material) which changes its light transmittance with temperature and the characteristics of this sensor are evaluated. The fabricated fiber optic temperature sensor is the reflector type using a Y-coupler. The optimum light source and reflector are decided by measuring the amount of reflected light through TSCM. Also, the optimum distance from the end of sensor to the surface of reflector is determined. Then the relationship between the amount of measured reflected light and the temperature of TSCM is found.
가구상황에 따른 노인단독가구의 주거환경 만족도 비교 연구

본 연구의 목적은 저소득 노인단독가구의 주거실태를 진단하고자 하는 것으로, 이들을 거주지역, 가구구성, 소득수준의 3개의 변인을 고려하여 총 8가지의 가구상황으로 구분하고 각 가구상황별로 주거환경 만족도를 비교하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 구조적 설문지를 동반한 1:1 대면면접조사와 현장관찰조사로, 도시와 농촌에 거주하는 만 65세 이상의 저소득 노인단독가구 대상으로 조사하였다. 총 80개의 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 도시지역은 편리성의 입지환경에 대한 만족도가 높고 농촌지역은 전망, 조명의 설비시설환경에 대한 만족도가 높아 거주지역 간에 주거상황이 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 전반적으로 노인부부가구의 노인독거가구보다 만족도가 높아 가구구성에 따라 분명한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 소득이 전반적으로 높고 낮은 정도의 차이에 따라 주거의 실상이 다르게 나타났으며 특히, 도시에 거주하는 저소득 노인독거가구의 주거상황이 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 저소득 노인단독가구의 다양하고 차별화된 요구를 파악하고 이에 적절히 대응하는 주거환경을 계획하는 데에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aimed to diagnose the housing conditions of the low income single or couple elderly households. Specifically, this study divided the elderly households into total 8 housing situations according to the three factors of residential area, household composition and income level, and compare the housing satisfaction level by household situation. This study was conducted in the form of the 1:1 interview with structured questionnaire and the field study, targeting the low income single or couple elderly households over 65 years old in urban and rural areas. The 80 collected data was analyzed using the SPSS statistics program. First, the households living in the urban areas and those in the rural areas had different housing conditions. Secondly, there was a clear difference in housing conditions between the single elderly households and couple elderly households. Third, the housing conditions were different depending on the gap in income level. This research is expected to be used as a basic resource to understand their various and differentiated demands and plan the housing environment to properly meet the demand.
