초등영어 교육에 있어 게임 활동이 의사소통 능력 신장에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this report is to improve the students' communicative competence through English games in primary school classes. Some hypothesis establish that an English class through games would affect a learner's interest, attitude and improvement of communication in learning English. I examined two classes of Do-won Elementary school by dividing them into experimental and comparative classes. Games seem to be one of the most effective activities in elementary English class to arouse the learner's interest and to develop their communicative competences. The Experimental class applied to the model class through games and the comparative class were mainly taught textbooks for the verification of the hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows: 1.Games could motivate students, maintain the interest and improve confidence in learning English. 2.The experimental class superior to the comparative class in listening and speaking ability. 3.Through the learner-centered group activities, dull students could improve their achievement desire, and extend their communicative competence. I can safely say that teaching English through games not only gives more interest and a stable condition to students by making learners overcome shyness, but also showed the most effective method to improve listening and speaking ability and induce interest and motivation. Therefore to maximize the effects from games in the English class, teachers must consider the tendency of learner's interest or achievement in games and use the most appropriate forms and types of game for that situation. It is also an important project for English teachers to continually develop various games which are effective in creating learner's interest as well as their achievement.

In modern times, Art make-up can be said experimental genre of formative arts. And the Art Make-up works aren’t taken any constraint in the method of expression. Therefore, the experimental attempt has been tried actively. So the purpose of this study is to propose a more creative expression and artistic values through the Art Make-up work. For that, considered advance researches and books about design elements then created 5 Art Make-up works using Point, Line and Plane. As a result of this study, the scalability of expression was sought by Point, Line and Plane among design elements. This study is expected to suggest some of creative ideas for Art Make-up field. And more in-depth and sustained studies effort should be directed into this field.
