COVID-19 상황에서 과학관 교육기획자의 비대면 운영경험에 대한 자문화기술지

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인한 과학관 비대면 운영 경험을 탐색하여 포스트코로나시대의 변화될 과학관교육의 모습에 대해 예측하는 것이다. 이를 위해 자문화기술지에 기초하여 2020년 2월 말부터 12월 초까지 연구자의 기억자료, 회의록, 동료기획자와의 면담 자료 등을 수집하였으며 주제를 분석하였다. 연구의 진실성 확보를 위해 동료 간 검토 및 구성원검증을 하였다. 연구 결과, ‘모두에게 낯선, 급작스러운 비대면 운영에 대한 혼돈’, ‘과학관 비대면 운영에 대한 고민과 극복 과정’, ‘온라인 과학교육 운영의 현실과 앞으로의 과제’라는 3개의 대범주와 하위범주 8개가 도출되었다. 이와 같이 비대면 교육 운영 경험에 대해 탐색하여 공유하는 것은 앞으로 과학관 운영의 행정적 지원과 이의 확대 적용 문제에 대한 논의 뿐 아니라, 포스트코로나시대를 맞이하는 과학관교육의 방향성에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다. The aim of this paper is to explore the running experiences of science museum’s non-face-to-face programs in accordance with the COVID-19, to predict the changes in science museum education in the post-corona era. To accomplish this purpose, we collected the researcher s intrapersonal data, in-depth interviews with education planners at science museum, and cultural artifacts based on autoethnography from late Feburary to December, 2020. And we analyzed the subject of them. In order to secure the truth of the research, peer checking and member checking were conducted. As a result of this study, three core categories and eight subcategories were derived. The core categories were as follows: confusion over sudden non-face-to-face operation, concerns and overcoming plans for the non-face-to-face operation of the science museum, and the reality of online science education operation and future tasks. The results of this research will be able to give implications not only to the consideration of administrative support and its expansion of science museum, but also to the direction of science museum education in the post-COVID19 era.

Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) functionalized with perfluoropolymer

Perfluoropolymer-functionalized POSS was synthesized through thiollactam initiated radical polymerization (TLIRP). TLIRP was conducted using a two-component initiation system consisting of thiol-functionalized POSS (POSS-SH) and butyrolactam (BL). POSS-SH was firstly synthesized from (3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane. We have synthesized a copolymer with three different monomers, methyl methacrylate, styrene, and heptadecafluorodecyl methacrylate. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra (1H and 29Si) of the POSS-perfluoropolymer showed that its structure is well-defined. The POSS-perfluoropolymer was coated on surface of reinforced glasses and contact angles of water and oil (hexadecane) on the coated glass were up to 117 and 74 degrees, respectively. Molecular weights were obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).

차량 네트워크에서 차량 클라우드의 이탈 멤버 사전 교체를 활용한 최적의 차량 클라우드 유지 프로토콜

본 논문은 차량 네트워크에서 통신 범위 내의 차량에 대한 정보를 알고 있는 Roadside unit 을 활용하여 차량 클라우드 멤버의 이탈 발생 전에 다른 차량들의 연결성 등의 정보를 토대로 미리 멤버를 교체하여 차량 클라우드를 유지하는 방안을 제시한다. 최근 사용자가 요구하는 데이터의 급격한 증가로 인하여 기지국이 부담해야할 트래픽이 거대해지고 있다. 따라서, 주변에 있는 차량을 이용하여 클라우드를 생성하는 방안으로 기지국의 부담을 완화시키는 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드가 붕괴되는 상황을 예측하여 기지국의 통신 범위에 있는 후보들을 이용하여 클라우드가 붕괴되기 전에 미리 재구성함으로서 클라우드를 유지하는 방안을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션은 NS-3 로 진행되었으며 성능 결과에서 기지국이 감당하는 패킷 수가 현저히 감소하였다.

IPA기법을 활용한 보육교사의 영유아권리인식에 대한 중요도와 실행도 분석

연구 목적: 보육교사의 영유아권리인식의 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이와 IPA기법을 활용하여 영유아권리인식의 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이를 확인하고 그 원인을 파악해 보는 것이다. 연구 방법: 경상남도에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하는 630명의 보육교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 Excel 2010 프로그램, 대응표본 t-검증 이후 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 영유아 권리인식에 대한 보육교사의 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이와 IPA기법을 활용한 영유아권리하위요인별, 문항별 보육교사의 중요도와 실행도 간 차이를 알아보는 것이다. 결론 및 제언: 보육교사의 영유아권리인식에서 중요도와 실행도 간의 유의한 차이가 있었고 IPA기법을 활용한 분석결과 인식과 실행도 모두 낮은 영역에 적합한 발달을 지원받을 권리와 의사표현의 자유와 참여의 권리가 확인되었다. 이는 영유아권리를 위한 교육뿐만 아니라 실행의 어려움에 대하여 지속적인 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 함께 시사한다. 이상의 결과를 통해 후속연구에서는 영유아권리 존중 환경을 위해 양적연구뿐만 아니라 인터뷰와 보육교사의 권리존중도 함께 실현되도록 보육교사의 권익보호 및 지원체계를 위한 연구가 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between the importance and practice level of childcare teachers’ awareness of oung children’s rights and the difference between the importance and practice level of young children’s rights awareness using the IPA technique, and to identify the cause. As a research method, a survey was conducted targeting 630 childcare teachers working in daycare centers located in Gyeong-nam province. For data analysis in the study, IPA analytics was conducted after SPSS 23.0, Excel 2010 programs, and paired-sample t-test. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between the importance and practice of childcare teachers for the recognition of rights of infants and young children’s, and the difference between the importance and practice of childcare teachers for each young children’s rights sub-factor and item using the IPA technique. The conclusion suggests the policy-level proposal as a result of analysis using the IPA technique, the importance and practice of the recognition of the young children’s and the practice were confirmed in the areas where both right to support suitable development and the right of freedom and participation of practice were confirmed. This suggests that it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the difficulty of practice of the childcare teacher’s rights as well as the practice of the childcare teacher. As a result, follow-up studies suggest that research for the protection and support system of childcare teachers is needed so that not only quantitative research but also the respect of the rights of childcare teachers can be realized for the environmental respect of the young children’s and the rights of the nursery.

보육교사의 정서역량이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향: 행복감과 사회적지지의 매개효과

목적 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 정서역량과 행복감, 그리고 사회적지지가 교사-영유아 상호작용에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 보육교사의 정서역량이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 행복감과 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 위해 G도에 소재하고 있는 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 625명을 연구대상으로 직접방문과 우편 및 Google 설문지를 배부하고 회수하여 분석하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 이용하여 상관관계분석, Ducan의 사후검증분석, 행복감과 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 결과 연구의결과 첫째, 보육교사의 정서역량, 행복감과 사회적지지, 교사-영유아 상호작용 간의 구조적 관계를 확인한 결과 보육교사의 정서역량, 행복감과 사회적지지 모두 교사-영유아 상호작용에 직접적 영향을 주는 주요 요인임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 행복감은 정서역량이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 질 높은 교사-영유아의 상호작용을 위해서는 보육교사의 행복감이 뒷받침될 때 교사-영유아 상호작용을 더욱 증진한다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 보육교사의 사회적지지는 정서역량이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육교사의 정서역량과 행복감, 그리고 사회적지지는 교사-영유아 상호작용에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 이에 질 높은 교사-영유아 상호작용을 돕기 위해서는 보육교사들에 대한 이론적 교육만으로는 한계가 있으므로 교사-영유아 상호작용 실행에 매우 중요한 보육교사의 정서역량에 대한 올바른 이해를 가지고 정서역량의 중요성을 인식할 필요가 있다. 따라서 현직 교사들을 대상으로 한 연수에서는 정서역량과 행복감, 사회적지지에 대한 내용을 중요하게 다룰 필요가 있겠다. 또한 추후연구에서는 보육교사의 정서역량과 행복감, 사회적지지의 체계적인 함양을 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 요구되며 보육기관차원에서도 효과적인 정서역량과 행복감, 사회적지지의 지원체계 구축에 대한 검토가 있어야 할 것이다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine how child care teachers' emotional competence, happiness, and social support affect teacher-infant interactions and to test the effects of happiness and social support on the relationship between child care teachers' emotional competence and teacher-infant interactions. Methods For this purpose, 625 childcare teachers working in daycare centers located in G-do were analyzed by distributing and collecting Google questionnaires through in-person visits and mail, and data processing was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs, and correlation analysis, Ducan's post hoc test analysis, and bootstrapping were performed to verify the mediating effects of happiness and social support. Results First, the structural relationships between childcare teachers' emotional competence, happiness and social support, and teacher-infant interaction were examined, and it was found that childcare teachers' emotional competence, happiness and social support are the main factors that directly affect teacher-infant interaction. Second, we found that teachers' happiness plays a mediating role in the process by which emotional competence affects teacher-infant interaction. This suggests that high quality teacher-infant interactions are more likely to be enhanced when they are supported by teachers' happiness. Third, child care workers' social support mediated the effect of emotional competence on teacher-infant interactions. Conclusions We found that child care workers' emotional competence, happiness, and social support are important variables that have a meaningful impact on teacher-infant interaction. In order to support high-quality teacher-infant interaction, it is necessary to recognize the importance of emotional competence with a proper understanding of the emotional competence of childcare teachers, which is crucial for the implementation of teacher-infant interaction, as theoretical training for childcare teachers is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of emotional competence, happiness, and social support in training programs for in-service teachers. Furthermore, future studies should develop programs to systematically cultivate the emotional competence, happiness, and social support of childcare teachers, and examine the establishment of effective emotional competence, happiness, and social support support systems at the level of childcare institutions.
