근사 근사모델의 모델의 분산과 신뢰구간을 이용한 모델의 정확도 평가법

The validation technique is classified with two methods whether to demand of additional experimental points. The method which requires additional experimental points such as RSME is actually impossible in engineering field. Therefore, the method which only use experimented points such as the cross validation technique is only available. But the cross validation not only requires considerable computational costs for generating metamodel each iterations, but also cannot measure quantitatively the fidelity of metamodel. In this research we propose a new validation technique for representative metamodels using an variance of metamodel and confidence interval information. The proposed validation technique computes confidence intervals using a variance information from the metamodel. This technique will have influence on choosing the accurate metamodel, constructing ensemble of each metamodels and advancing effectively sequential sampling technique.

Recently the use of gas spring in the combat and commercial vehicle’s suspension is increasing. Because of its nonlinear characteristics, the gas spring can support wide range of dynamic loads and gives good ride quality. In design of gas spring, isothermal and adiabatic processes are applied generally, but those processes could not produce heat transfer effect in the simulation. So in this study, heat transfer differential equation and BWR/Ideal state equation are used to calculate the pressure of gas spring which is changing with time. The numerical analysis showed that the pressure of gas spring forms a hysteresis loop in the both of the state equations. The peak pressure value of BWR equation is 8% higher than that of Ideal equation. In the future study, test will be conducted to verify the accuracy of the BWR and Ideal state equations.
전기-기계식 능동 현수장치를 장착한 전 차량 모델에 대한 실험실 시험결과

전투차량의 기동성 향상을 위해 우수한 성능의 현수장치를 개발하기 위한 연구개발 노력이 선진국 뿐 아니라 국내에서도 지속되고 있다. 최근에는 전기식 차량 동력원에 적합한 형태인 전기-기계식 능동형 현수장치를 전투차량에 적용하려는 연구가 국내외에서 이루어지고 있다. 전기모터를 이용하는 전기-기계식 능동현수장치의 성능개선 효과를 확인하기 위해 시제를 설계/제작하였고 차량 모델에 적용하여 실험실에서 그 성능 개선효과를 확인하였다. 전기-기계식 능동현수장치는 로드암형 현수장치에 가스 스프링, 전기모터, 감속기, 전력변환장치 및 제어기로 구성하였다. 제어 알고리즘은 스카이 훅 알고리즘과 새로운 능동형 현수제어 알고리즘으로 제시된 NCF 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 야지노면을 24 kph로 주행하는 경우 능동 제어 현수장치 차량의 운전석 수직가속도는 수동형의 약 60%, 흡수동력의 경우 약 40% 수준으로 나타나 전기-기계식 능동현수 장치의 성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

An 6x6 electric combat vehicle is a very important device in NCW(Network Centric Warfare) to perform various tasks. A military vehicle which travels on the off-road requires active suspension systems to protect soldiers against vibration and impact from rough terrain and to maximize performance of weapons, communication and operational equipments. Especially, its attitude control function provide superior survivability and off-road agility . In this paper, it is studied to the electromechanical active structure with active damper control and vehicle attitude control, and developed to 1/6 vehicle numerical dynamic model in Matlab and simulink with LuGre friction. The 1/6 vehicle attitude controller involving friction influence controls N2 gas spring characteristic in electromechanical active suspension.
고지방식이로 유도된 비만 동물 모델에서 평위산, 후박, 창출의 항비만 효능 비교 연구

Objectives Obesity is considered a global epidemic that greatly affects general population health, and there has been a growing interest in the development of anti-obesity drugs worldwide. There are many hepatic and gastrointestinal diseases for which obesity is the direct cause or is a serious risk factor. Pyungwi-san (PWS) is a traditional oriental herbal prescription used to treat gastrointestinal disorders. Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidzumi (AC) and Magnolia officinalis Rehder & E.H. Wilson (MO) are main components of PWS. In this present study, anti-obesity effects of PWS, MO, and AC were investigated in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mouse model. Methods Eight-week-old male C57BL/6N were fed 45% HFD for 8 weeks. For comparison of PWS, MO, and AC for obesity, the body weight, food intake, and white adipose tissue (WAT) weights were checked. In addition, hematoxylin and eosin staining for histological examination were performed to observe lipid droplets in epididymal WAT and liver tissue. Results Among them, AC had powerful effects on reduction of body weight, epididymal and visceral WAT weight, and regulation of the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride. In addition, PWS, MO, and AC treatment ameliorated the HFD-induced histological changes in the epididymal WAT and liver tissue. Conclusions These findings demonstrate that AC has anti-obesity effects and would be evaluated as a potential treatment for obesity.
