        코로나 방전 정전선별기 내 PCB 입자의 이동궤도 시뮬레이션

        코로나 방전 정전선별기 내에서 인쇄회로기판(Printed Circuit Board, PCB) 분쇄 입자의 이동궤도를 전산 모사하였다. 여기서 PCB입자는 전자부품 분리된 기판을 파쇄한 것으로, 대부분 구리와 FR-4(Flame Retardant Level-4)로 이루어져있다. 우선 입자가 선별기내 회전전극으로부터 탈착 지점을 계산하였으며, 중력, 원심력, 정전기력의 평형으로부터 유도되었다. 한편 탈착 후 이동궤도는 입자의 운동방정식으로부터 구한 가속도를 시간 적분하여 계산하였다. 시뮬레이션 변수는 입자의 크기, 공급전압의 세기, 회전전극속도 및 유도전극 각도로 하였다. 입자 이동궤도에 미치는 영향은 구리 입자의 경우에는 회전속도가 주요 변수였으나, 반면 FR-4 입자의 경우에는 상기 모든 변수에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. The trajectories of PCB(Printed Circuit Board) particles in the corona discharge electrostatic separation was simulated. The PCB particles are prepared by crushing bare board, which disassembled from electronic components, consist mostly of copper and FR-4(Flame Retardant Level-4) Firstly, a model was established for calculating of detachment points of PCB particles from the rotating electrode in separator. The model of detachment points was derived from equilibrium of force such as gravity force, centrifugal force, electrostatic force. The trajectories of particles after detachment was calculated by acceleration derived from time-integrating method of motion equation. In this simulation, particle size, supplied voltage, rotation speed of rotating roll electrode and angle of induction electrode were adopted as variables. While the trajectories of FR-4 particles were affected by all variables, rotation speed of rotating roll electrode was dominant variables affecting trajectories of copper particles.

        몰리브덴광 부유선별 공정 최적화를 위한 기초 선광 특성 평가

        Molybdenum is used in various industries because of its high heat and corrosion resistance. It was selected as a critical mineral in Korea. However, there have been recent challenges in production because of the increased depth and decreased grade of molybdenum veins. Consequently, it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of the molybdenum beneficiation process. In this study, a basic evaluation of beneficiation characteristics was conducted to enhance the effectiveness of the domestic molybdenum ore beneficiation process. The properties of the beneficiation process were assessed using mineralogical analysis, work index, and flotation kinetics. The results revealed that the allowable particle size of the molybdenum ore for liberation was ~100 ㎛. In addition, the work index was calculated to be 14.57 kWh/t. The operating conditions in the flotation units were achieved by determining the optimal flotation time for each process based on flotation kinetics. Finally, the characteristics of molybdenum ore beneficiation provided in this study can be utilized to diagnose the grinding and flotation processes of large-scale molybdenum beneficiation plants.

        재취업 교육생의 정부지원 IT융합창업교육이 교육성과에 미치는 영향

        제4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 기존의 기술은 IT기술과 융합을 통해 새로운 IT융합기술 분야와 가치를 창조하고 있다. 또한 재취업 교육생의 취업을 위해 IT융합창업 교육이 필요하며, 이를 통한 기술력과 경쟁력을 갖춘 IT융합기술 인재 양성이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재취업 교육생의 정부지원 IT융합창업교육이 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구대상으로는 재취업 교육생 170명을 대상으로 2017년 6월 1일 부터 2017년 7월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 재취업 교육생 융합교육의 하위요인 중 교육내용이 교육성과에 상대적으로 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재취업 교육생 정부지원 IT융합창업교육은 하위요인인 교육내용, 강사, 학습구성원이 교육성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 대한 시사점은 본 연구의 결과가 재취업 교육생의 교육성과에 중요한 영향력이 있는 정부지원 IT융합창업교육 관련 프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, existing technologies are converging with IT technology and creating new IT convergence technology fields and values. In addition, IT convergence entrepreneurship training is required for employment of re-employment trainees, Through this, it is required to cultivate talents of IT convergence technology with technology and competitiveness. Accordingly, The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of IT convergence entrepreneurship education on the educational outcomes of re-employment trainees. A survey was carried out on 170 re-employment trainees from June 1, 2017 until July 31, 2017. Analysis conducted a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: first, among the sub-factors of convergence education, content of education was found to have the greatest relative influence on educational outcomes. Second, sub-factors of IT convergence entrepreneurship education of re-employment trainees, such as content of education, instructor, and group member, were found to have positive effect on the educational outcomes of re-employment trainees. The implications of this study are expected to serve as the basic data for the development of the IT convergence entrepreneurship education program, which has an important influence on the educational outcomes of the re-employment trainees.

      • 국제적인 사법신뢰도 측정방식에 관한 연구

        In order to deal with the problem of enhancing the public trust in the judicial system and court, it is first necessary to understand and evaluate the level of public trust in an objective and accurate way. However, in some cases, significant differences are found among various internationally published measurement indices concerning the performance of the Korean judicial system. This study discusses the methodologies of measuring public trust in the judiciary, including specific production procedures, survey or research methods, and characteristics along with limitations of the internationally published measurement indices, as a premise to better assess the performance of the judicial system in Korea, in particular the level of trust in the judiciary. Furthermore, this study tries to identify what causes the differences among various measurement indices and what implications can be found from such differences. In the process, it is found that some measurement indices directly measure the level of public trust in the judiciary itself, while others measure the various performance areas of the judicial systems instead. This study argues that the latter practically estimates the judicial system's ability or competence, benevolence, integrity, consistency, and openness which are factors of trustworthiness in the judiciary and consequently determines the level of public trust in it all together. It is also found that there are similarities and differences among the various measurement indices, in terms of purpose, scope and size of the surveys, survey items or methods, which are regarded as one of the causes of such differences among various measurement indices on public trust in the Korean judicial system and courts. Taken together the various measurement indices for the Korean judicial system, the Korean judiciary has traditionally achieved better performance and evaluation especially in competence-focused aspect. However, it turns out not to have shown satisfactory results, nor received favorable evaluation in the aspects of benevolence, integrity, consistency and openness, which are the rest of the factors that constitute the trustworthiness of the judiciary. This study concludes that this seems to have been one of the causes of the low level of public trust in the Korean judicial system, and that policies to promote public trust in the judicial system and courts should be designed more systematically and comprehensively, based on the understanding of the substantive meaning and characteristics of each measurement index and various factors of trustworthiness in the judiciary.

        폐 정보통신기기(스마트폰, 노트북 PC)의 자원화 가치 분석

        In this study, metal and nonmetal contents and their economic values in ICT devices such as smart phones and laptop computers were evaluated. The electronic devices made by LG and Samsung were disassembled into 5 parts, which are printed circuit board assembly, battery, display, case and other electronic components. Metal and nonmetal contents in these parts were analyzed, and their economic values were calculated via multiplying the materials' contents by metal price obtained from KOMIS or nonmetal exchange price acquired from Korean recycling markets. Finally, the materials' contents and values according to each electronic parts and electronic devices were calculated. The results showed that the value of the smartphones and laptop computers of LG are 4,449.6 KRW (28,506 KRW/kg) and 6,830.2 KRW (7,053 KRW/kg), and those of Samsung are 1,849.3 KRW (13,499 KRW/kg) and 6,667.5 KRW (4,831 KRW/kg), respectively. It was also found that most of the value was concentrated in batteries and printed circuit board assemblies. In addition, Co, Au and Cu were found to be the most valuable resources in the devices.
