본 연구는 군인들의 손 씻기 실태와 지식, 태도 및 실천 정도를 조사해 보고 상호 관련성과 영향요인을 파악하여 군대에서의 손 씻기 및 보건 교육의 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 병사 420명을 대상으로 설문지를 활용한 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 R과 SAS를 이용하였으며 베타회귀모형을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 손 씻기 지식과 태도 및 실천은 각각 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 존재하였고 손 씻기 교육이수 정도는 지식, 태도, 실천에 효과가 없는 것으로 분석되었으나 관련 홍보물 노출 정도는 지식, 태도, 실천에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 따라서 군인의 손 씻기 실천을 증진시키기 위해서는 홍보물의 지속적인 노출이 보건 교육보다 효과적이며, 홍보물에 반복적으로 노출됨으로써 손 씻기 지식, 태도, 실천에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 받을 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlations and influence factors of knowledge, attitude, and practice of soldiers on hand washing. This is expected to be basis for hand washing and health education in the army. Total of 420 soldiers were randomly selected and surveyed. The collected data were analyzed using beta regression model through R and SAS program. As a result, there was a statistically significant correlation among knowledge, attitude and practice of hand washing, and the degree of health education was analyzed as having no effect on knowledge, attitude and practice. However, the exposure degree of related health promotional materials had significant effect on them. Therefore, in order to promote the practice of hand washing in the army, continuous exposure of the publicity materials is more effective than the health education. It can be also positively influenced all on knowledge, attitude and practice hand washing.

The water quality and quanity, pollution loading of the upper and direct inflow streams to DaechungHo Watershed were investigated. It was found that and the major pollution sources in DaechungHo Watershed was livestock waste. The pollution loading ratio of Kuemgang main stream, Bocheongcheon and Sookcheon in the items of BOD, TN and TP were obtained 70%, 20% and 10%, respectively. The delivery loading amounts of DaechongHo were surveyed 10,209 kg day^1 for BOD, 26,397 kg day^1 for COD, 26,288 kg day^1 for TN and 306.0 kg day^1 for TP by 2000 year when applied the 1998 and 1999 year without the flowing amount in three years.
