현재, 1인 미디어가 주목을 받으면서 인플루언서들의 ' 명품 하울 영상'이 최근에 주목을 받기 시작하였다. 이에본 연구는 20-40대 여성 소비자를 대상으로 명품 하울영상의 인플루언서의 특성이 브랜드 태도 및 제품 태도에 미치는 영향과 이러한 브랜드 태도와 제품 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인플루언서의 신뢰성, 외향적 특성, 정보성이 브랜드 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰성, 외향적 특성, 정보성이 제품태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 브랜드 태도와 제품 태도가 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인플루언서의 특성 가운데 정보성이 가장중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인플루언서의 특성을 활용하여 브랜드 태도 및 제품 태도를 높여궁극적으로 구매의도를 높일 수 있도록 해야 한다. Nowadays, with the attention of personal media, 'Luxury Howl Videos' of Influencers have recently begun to attract attention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of influencer on brand attitudes and product attitudes of 20 - 40s female consumers and the effect of brand attitudes and product attitudes on purchase intention. The results are as follows. First, the reliability, extroversion, and informational characteristics of the influencer had a significant effect on brand attitude. Second, reliability, extroversion, and informationality of the influencer had significant effects on product attitude. Finally, brand attitude and product attitude had a significant effect on purchase intention. Informality has the most important role among influencer characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the characteristics of the influencer to raise brand attitude and product attitude, ultimately to increase purchase intention.
