YOLOv5에서 가상 번호판 생성을 통한 차량 번호판 인식 시스템에 관한 연구

Existing license plate recognition system is used as an optical character recognition method, but a method of using deep learning has been proposed in recent studies because it has problems with image quality and Korean misrecognition. This requires a lot of data collection, but the collection of license plates is not easy to collect due to the problem of the Personal Information Protection Act, and labeling work to designate the location of individual license plates is required, but it also requires a lot of time. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, five types of license plates were created using a virtual Korean license plate generation program according to the notice of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. And the generated license plate is synthesized in the license plate part of collectable vehicle images to construct 10,147 learning data to be used in deep learning. The learning data classifies license plates, Korean, and numbers into individual classes and learn using YOLOv5. Since the proposed method recognizes letters and numbers individually, if the font does not change, it can be recognized even if the license plate standard changes or the number of characters increases. As a result of the experiment, an accuracy of 96.82% was obtained, and it can be applied not only to the learned license plate but also to new types of license plates such as new license plates and eco-friendly license plates.
혈역학적으로 안정된 복부둔상환자에서 FAST의 유용성 평가

Purpose: Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma (FAST) provides an important initial screening examination in adult trauma patients. However, due to its low sensitivity, FAST is not a replacement for computed tomography (CT) in hemodynamically stable trauma patients. The aim of this study was to determine the test characteristics of FAST in adult, hemodynamically stable, blunt abdominal trauma patients by using a critical action as a reference standard. Methods: The medical records for FAST examination at a single hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were retrospectively reviewed. The inclusion criterion was isolated, hemodynamically stable, blunt abdominal trauma. Hemodynamically unstable patients or patients with penetrating injuries were excluded. The reference standard was the presence of a critical action, which was defined as one of the following: 1) operative intervention for a finding discovered on CT, 2) interventional radiology for bleeding, 3) transfusion of 2 or more packed RBCs, or 4) death at the emergency department.Results: There were 230 patients who met the inclusion criterion. There were 20 true positive, 206 true negative, 0 false positive, and 4 false negative results. The sensitivity and the specificity were 83% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion: Despite its low sensitivity for detecting any abnormal finding discovered on CT, negative FAST could aid to exclude critical action in hemodynamically stable, blunt abdominal trauma patients. Thermally activated batteries have good stability, reliability and long shelf life. Due to these characteristics and operational mechanism, thermal batteries are usually applied to military power sources. Especially, Li/$FeS_2$ thermal batteries, which are used mostly in these days, use LiCl-KCl and LiBr-LiCl-LiF as electrolytes. The electrochemistry of thermal batteries have been researched for long time, however, electrochemical study using impedance spectroscopy was not published so much. Through this research, microscopic electrochemical research was investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(E.I.S). Electrolyte effects on Li/$FeS_2$ thermal battery was researched changing electrolytes, LiCl-KCl and LiBr-LiCl-LiF. Additionally, the salts, which are added to electrolytes, effects on thermal battery were researched. It is expected that the impedance spectroscopy analysis is applicable to not only thermal battery electrochemical study effectively, but also, thermal battery developments.

A fuel cell/secondary battery hybrid power generation system could extend well beyond the efficiency and interoperability of the conventional diesel generator. The suggested power source system consists of 2.3 kW class PEMFC, 100 Ah lithium polymer battery, and two DC/DC converters by serial connection type. It was known that interoperability of sub-systems is the key factor for stable and optimal control of the hybrid power generation system. The modeling and simulation methods have been proposed to reduce the number of configurations and performance tests for components selection and select the optimized control condition of the power generation system. The control model for power source system is implemented based on the empirical formulation and carried out in the Matlab/Simulink environment. The results show that the simulation can be used to establish the algorism of prototype and increase the durability of the power source system.

In this paper, we propose a sorting method for extracting accurate license plate information, which is currently used in Korea, after detecting objects using YOLO. We propose sorting methods for the five types of vehicle license plates managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by classifying the plates with the number of lines, Korean characters, and numbers. The results of experiments with 5 license plates show that the proposed algorithm identifies all license plate types and information by focusing on the object with high reliability score in the result label file presented by YOLO and deleting unnecessary object information. The proposed method will be applicable to all systems that recognize license plates.

This paper presents a buswise transmission loss allocation algorithm utilizing the transaction strategy. We prove that whatever calculated by any transaction strategy, the total of the allocated transmission losses of each bus, including no-load loss allocation, almost equals the total loss of AC power flow algorithm and the loss is perfectly slackbus-independent, In this paper, the allocated transmission losses of each bus is calculated by the method of integrating loss sensitivities using by the load level parameter λ. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by the case studies carried out on the WSCC 9-bus and IEEE 14-bus systems.

This paper presents a new systematic approach to find a global solution to economic dispatch (ED) with multiple fuel units using a function merger (FM). Currently, no systematic approach has been developed to find a global solution to economic dispatch with multiple fuel units. Various heuristic methods have been proposed, however it is almost impossible to guarantee a global solution by those methods yet. The proposed method uses the FM and λ-P functions. A FM merges several fuel cost functions into one that satisfies the optimal conditions of an ED. The FM procedures are described in detail with illustrative examples.
