The purpose of this study was to investigate the radiation effect on the stages of amelogenesis. Twenty ll-day-old rats which were irradiated by 4Gy of garmna radiation on the 19th prenatal day were used for the experimental group and twenty ll-day-old rats which were not irradiated were used for the control group. The length of each zone of amelogenesis were measured on the sagittal section using a light microscopic enlargement at 400 x the normal view while the morphologic changes of ameloblasts of each zone were observed electronmicroscopically. The obtained results were as followed : 1. The length of the region of facing pulp and facing dentin of the zone of presecretion were increased by 11.5%(P<0.05) and 17.7%(P<0.01), respectively. 2. The length of the zone of secretion was increased by 17.3%(P<0.01), but the zone of maturation was decreased by 15.3%(P<0.01). 3. The total length of the zone of amelogenesis was not changed significantly(P>0.05). 4. Electron-microscopically, enlargement of the cell membrane, rER, mitochondria, and nuclear membrane were observed. These changes were mostly severe in the zone of maturation.

실내의 상하온도차에 대한 온열감성평가를 위한 HRV 분석

HRV(heart rate variability)분석에 있어서 LF와 HF변수들은 교감신경계나 부교감신경계와 같은 인체내 자율신경계의 반응을 나타내는 유용한 지표로 사용되어져 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피험자나 실험환경의 상대적인 차이를 고려하여 상하온도차에 따라 변화하는 자율신경계의 반응을 HF/LF변수비를 통해 조사하였다. 전반적인 실험결과를 볼 때, 머리의 온도가 23˚인 경우 두한족열이 두열족한에 비해 HF/LF수치값이 대체로 높은 양상을 보여주었다. 두열족한의 경우 머리/발 온도가 25℃/19°C인 경우와 일부피험자를 제외한 27°C/12°C조건에서 높은 수치결과를 나타내었고, 두한족열에 있어서는 머리/발 온도가 20℃/26°C인 경우와 23°C/26°C인 경우에 전반적으로 높은 수치결과를 보여주었다.

본 논문에서는 250[W] 고압나트륨램프용 전자식 안정기를 제작하여 전기적 특성을 측정하였다. 개발한 전자식 안정기는 입력전압 220[V]용으로, 안정된 전기적 특성을 갖는 것으로 입증되었다.

Pulse diagnosis has been highly valued in many East Asian medical books, since "Huangdaineijing(黃帝內經)" published. Gigoo-inyoung pulse method(氣口人迎脈法) is one of the four pulse diagnostic methods originally written in"Huangdaineijing(黃帝內經)". At the late 3rd century, "Maijing(脈經)" redefined the positions of Gigoo-inyoung pulse(氣口人迎脈). According to "Maijing(脈經)", both spots were 1fen(分) in front of guan(關) but Gigoo on the right hand and Inyoung on the left hand. At the middle of 13th century, "Maekgyolejijangbyungsikdoseol(脈訣指掌病式圖說)" had detailed view points about the manner of reading Gigoo-inyoung pulse. "Maekgyolejijangbyungsikdoseol(脈訣指掌病式圖說)" explained clearly the position of 1fen(分) in front of guan(關) by sketch of wrist. The location indicated the border of cun(寸) and guan(關). It also explained clearly corresponding certain cun-guan-chi(寸關尺) with Gigoo-inyoung pulse by sketch. "Euihackipmoon(醫學入門)" is a comprehensive book on medicine written by Lee-Cheon(李?) in Ming(明) dynasty. In this book, pulse diagnosis is the most emphasized method among the four techniques of diagnosis(四診). Furthermore, it introduces detailed information about Gigoo-inyoung pulse method(氣口人迎脈法) in "Gigoo-inyoungmaekgyole(氣口人迎脈訣)". Lee-Cheon concured in the theory of "Yeongruegumbang(永類鈐方)" and "Maekgyolejijangbyungsikdoseol(脈訣指掌病式圖說)" and put a short essay about Gigoo-inyoung pulse named "Gigoo-inyoungmaekgyole(氣口人迎脈訣)" quoted from the two books. Therefore, throughout many chapters of "Euihackipmoon(醫學入門)", Gigoo-inyoung pulse is used in order to distinguish internal damage(內傷) and external contraction(外感). "Maekgyolejijangbyungsikdoseol(脈訣指掌病式圖說)" and "Euihackipmoon(醫學入門)" understood Gigoo-inyoung pulse commonly by corresponding certain cun-guan-chi(寸關尺) with Gigoo-inyoung pulse. Therefrom, Gigoo-inyoung pulse can distinguish seven emotions(七情) of internal damage(內傷) or six excesses(六淫) of external contraction(外感).

본 논문에서는 13[W] FPX 글로스타터 내장형 형광램프를 에너지 효율이 높고 회로설계가 용이한 전자식 안정기를 설계 제작하였다. 제작한 안정기는 우수한 기동특정을 보였으며 안정된 전기, 광학적 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

Objective : "Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu" is a Huatuo's about 5~6 century works are estimated to be voted for. Scored the first Anatomical Pictures. Expand your knowledge on the anatomy of the later set the foundation. This books is part of two volumes, which is largely divided into six parts. We have concern on the content and features. Method : Through "Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu" text translation, we will try to categorize two ways : classifying 1) The first volume of Chapter 1, Pictures 2) The second volume divided into four parts, Chapter 2, Viscera Disease and Chapter 3, Viscera metastasize and Chapter 4, Viscera and Bowel each for metastasize, explained. Result : In consideration against Disease symptom classification, Medicine classification, processing of medicinals examine. Viscera Disease symptom each wind pattern(風證), qi pattern(氣證), heat pattern(熱證), cold pattern(冷證), deficiency pattern(虛證) was classified as. Same method were explained as Viscera into Viscera, as Viscera into Bowel. Viscera Disease also not mentioned in the Bowel Disease symptoms were found to be viewed. Conclusion : These results explain "HuatuoXuanmenNeizhaotu" were really diverse and various.

본 논문에서는 36[W] FPL 형광등용 전자식 안정기의 페라이트 코아를 사용하는 인덕터 대신 공심을 사용하는 안정기를 제작하였다. 전자식 안정기는 고주파 동작을 하기 때문에 그에 따르는 자성재료는 히스테리시스손의 발생이 더욱 커지는 현상을 이해하여 Air Coil의 특성을 적용한 전자식 안정기를 설계해 보았다.
