Fuel cell system which can solve the environmental problem is receiving attention. To use utility power necessary power conversion system from low voltage that is generated by fuel cell system. because fuel cell has special characteristic of low voltage high current. To improve PCS's efficiency the paralleling method is used. Available the method could reduce the switching loss. But the existing research could not be found optimal result and accompanying several effects. In this study analysis several effects causing the parallel method. The effects have been demonstrated through simulations and experiments.
Load Disturbance Compensation for Stand-alone Inverters Using an Inductor Current Observer

A control scheme for stand-alone inverters that utilizes an inductor current observer (ICO) is proposed. The proposed method measures disturbance load currents using a current sensor and it estimates the inductor current using the ICO. The filter parameter mismatch effect is analyzed to confirm the ICO’s controllability. The ICO and controllers are designed in a continuous-time domain and transferred to a discrete-time domain with a digital delay. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ICO using a 5-kVA single-phase stand-alone inverter prototype. The experimental results demonstrate that the observed current matches the actual current and that the proposed method can archive a less than 2.4% total harmonic distortion (THD) sinusoidal output waveform under nonlinear load conditions.
Parallel PCS Interconnection Current Surge Elimination Technique Using a Coupled Inductor

This study proposes a coupled inductor method for the parallel operation of a power conditioning system (PCS). When primaryand secondary currents flow in the same direction in a coupled inductor, total flux and inductance are cancelled; when currents flowin opposite directions, each flux becomes an individual inductor. These characteristics are applied in the parallel operation of a PCS. To connect at a grid code, abnormal current, which is barred under the grid connection code, is blocked by using a coupled inductor. A design based on the capacity and current duration time of a PCS is verified through hardware implementation. Experiment resultsshow the effectiveness of variance reduction.

In this paper, a single current sensor technique (SCST) is proposed for single-phase full-bridge inverters. The proposed SCST measures the currents of multiple branches at the same time, and reconstructs the average inductor, capacitor, and load current in a single switching cycle. Since all of the branches’ current in the LC filter and the load are obtained using the SCST, both the inductor and the capacitor current feedback schemes can be selectively applied while taking advantages of each other. This paper also analyzes both of the current feedback schemes from the view point of the closed-loop output impedance. The proposed SCST and the analysis in this paper are verified through experiments on a 3kVA single-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

본 논문은 연료전지의 전력변환시스템에서 고주파 절연방식 중 많이 사용 되고 있는 Full-Bridge컨버터의 실제 모델의. 전류의 부담을 줄이는 방법으로 사용하는 MOSFET을 병렬연결하는 방법을 수식적으로 분석하였다. 또한 실제 1㎾급 컨버터에서 스위치 개수를 변경한 데이터를 바탕으로 전체PCS의 효율을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문은 연료전지용 전력변환 시스템 중 저주파(60㎐) 변압기를 사용하는 방식 인 Boost PCS를 대상으로 이전 연구에 진행되었던 최적설계를 바탕으로 제작된 PCS의 손실을 분석하고 컨버터부 인버터부 변압기부의 전력에 따른 효율을 분석하여 가정용 연료전지 PCS의 설계에서의 최적화 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 연료전지용 PCS를 계통에 연계하는 과정을 보다 심도있게 진행하기위하여 배전계통을 모의 시뮬레이터로 구현 하였다. 제작된 시뮬레이터를 바탕으로 각배전반의 전력품질과 다수 PCS와 계통과의 전력분배를 실험한다.
