Since the HMC first built-in Cam 1, was first applied in 2019, many improvements (improved camera quality and “Voice recording assistance”..) have been made, and a built-in Cam 2 with these improvements is under development. However, regarding the “parking impact detection performance” that is part of the VOC , the problem is not simply solved by adding or improving functions like previous improvements. In detail, some of the VOCs may express complaints due to frequent impact detection among the parking recording functions, and others may express complaints due to “undetected impact which should be detected”. In order to simultaneously resolve complaints of false detection and non-detection with such trade-off attributes, fundamental improvement should be made through factor analysis and result comparison of the logic. This paper is a study to analyze control factors for the corresponding functional logic and find an optimal combination in order to fundamentally improve the impact detection performance.
