        평생교육원 실용무용 교육서비스품질과 진로교육이 전공자의 학업지속의향, 지속적 대회참여 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 평생교육원의 실용무용 수강자를 대상으로 진로교육을 포함하는 교육서비스 개선과 전공학점 인정 확대 등을 위한 개선점을 파악하기 위한 평생교육원 실용무용 교육서비스품질과 진로교육이 전공자의 학업지속의향, 지속적 대회참여에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 연구대상은 수도권에 소재 평생교육원 총 13곳 수강생 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 552명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 상관분석, 회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질의 신뢰성, 내용성, 가치성은 학업지속의향에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학진로교육은 인프라 만족도, 교육과정 만족도 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질의 내용성, 가치성은 지속적 대회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학진로교육이 지속적 대회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다섯째, 학업지속의향은 지속적 대회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 교육서비스품질과 학업필요성의 관계에서 학점필요성의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 일곱째, 대학진로교육과 학업지속의사의 관계에서 학점필요성에 유의미한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 교육서비스품질과 지속적 대회참여 관계에서 학점필요성의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 아홉째, 대학진로교육과 지속적 대회참여의 관계에서 학점필요성은 유의미한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 평생교육원은 실용무용 수강자들의 특수성을 고려해 교육서비스품질을 향상시키고 진로교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. This study aims to improve educational services, career education and expand major credits recognition at Continuing Education; and to find effects of majors’ academic persistence and competition participation. The subject was a survey of students in 13 Continuing Education where offers Bachelor or Associate degree, and 552 data were analyzed. Following results were drawn by correlation and hierarchical regression analysis: First, a reliability, content, and value of educational service quality affect academic persistence. Second, a career education affects infrastructure and curriculum satisfactions. Third, content and value of educational service quality affect competition participation. Fourth, career education did not affect competition participation. Fifth, academic persistence affects competition participation. Sixth, credit necessity has no moderating effect on relation between educational service quality and academic necessity. Seventh, credit necessity has moderating effect on relation between career education and academic persistence. Eighth, credit necessity has no moderating effect on relation between educational service quality and competition participation. Ninth, credit necessity has moderating effect on relation between career education and competition participation, Thus, Continuing Education should improve education services and develop career education.

        치료적 중재 사이 낮잠이 뇌졸중 환자의 운동학습에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of nap between therapeutic interventions on motor learning in patients with stroke. Method : Thirty stroke patients with hemiplegia were participated in this study. After the screening by questionnaire about nap time, the patients were assigned to nap or non-nap group. Therapeutic interventions for 30 min were provided two times per day for 5 days per week and the serial reaction time tasks were conducted 2 times before and after a nap per day for 3 days per week. Between the therapeutic interventions, a nap for 60~120 minutes was allowed to the nap group while non-nap group was not. Intervention programs were carried out during the total 15-day. Result : Compared with the non-nap group, the reaction-precision level of nap group was increased (p<.05) for the non-affected upper extremity in the serial reaction time tasks. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that nap between therapeutic interventions has positive effects on motor learning in patients with stroke.

        We designed a electric vehicle for 2018 KSAE competition. To reduce the weight of our vehicles, we used a magnesium extruded material AZ61 which is developed by POSCO, and also adopted a cross-shaped reinforcement inside the frame to compensate for the lack of strength and rigidity compared to steel. We designed 3D model of our electric vehicle, and implement structural analysis and vehicle dynamic analysis of parts that can be affected by load, with checking safety factor and the stability as well. We could not complete the race due to unexpected problems as a result of participating in the contest without test driving. We will expect good result with sufficient vehicle inspections and test driving for the next competition.

        Universal motors are mainly used for vacuum cleaner application. There are a lot of researches on SRM that applys home appliance throughout the world. The manufacturing cost of SRM drive makes it hard to expand its application to home appliance This paper presents Single Phase SRM for the vacuum cleaner that has advantge in cost and performance over conventional universal motor.<br/> This paper proposes new power device driving scheme by using SRM switching characteristic. The driving scheme is very simple and inexpensive. Dwell Time Control method is used for the minimum switching loss of power device. The switching frequency of power device is less than 4.5kHz at 45,000rpm. By use of this scheme, power device based on very small switching losses can be used on SRM drive. Also, the biggest problem in single phase SRM is starting, this paper shows a new starting algorithm with two hall sensors, accelerating and running sensors, respectively.<br/> Finally, the proposed Single Phase SRM achieves higher efficiency and long life time compared to universal motor. Its life time is more than 1500 hours. Its life time is extended 4 times than that of conventional motor and its suction power is increased 20% at the same volume of conventional universal motor.<br/>
