ABSTRACT: The door system for railway vehicles is the device influence on stability and satisfaction of passengers in directly, the reliability of that is very important thing. Because the workshop for railway manages the maintenance data using computer and database, we analyze the maintenance data from workshop and the maker suggested data and acquire the trouble data of the door system in systematically. In this study, we research about the improvement plan for the electrical door system currently used in railway vehicles with analyzing elements from the maintenance data which have an effect on reliability. Also we find out the failure rate of the element effected on the reliability and suggest several kinds of plan for improving reliability.

Although a city commuter train performs a basic means of transportation role at an one city, a city commuter train performed roles of urban commuter train railway as well as city commuter train due to a wide area of urban zone of life. For this reason, a city commuter train manufactured for the purpose of running of short distance running for more than two hours in numerous cases and passenger also spend 1~2 hours in a urban commuter train at one boarding in numerous cases. It is with this in mind that we wrote research paper by Passenger’s Questionnaire Survey - Case for the purpose of gathering the opinions from passengers about the commuter trains with toilet which is about train at its convenient.
