1. Introduction Community medicine with the concept of comprehensive medical care and an ideal medical care delivery system not only for an individual or family but for the whole community has emerged. In April 1970, the Presbyterian Medical Center started a hospital based community health service project in order to improve the health of the people in rural areas. Prior to commencing a comprehensive medical care system, a family survey was needed. The major objective of this survey was to obtain information concerning the people and their environment so as to be able to plan and implement a comprehensive medical care program in Soyang-Myun. 2. Survey Method An interview using a family record form was carried out for each household. This family record form was designed to get information about demography, family planning, environmental sanitation and vital statistics. Prior to beginning, the members of the survey team were trained in interviewing techniques for three days. The team consisted of a public health nurse, four nurse-aides, a sanitarian and four health extension workers who are working in our project, The survey was carried out during the period November 1971 to March 1972. 3. Project area 1) Population of Soyang-Myun was 11,668; male, 5,962 and female, 5,706. 마늘은 우리나라의 대표적인 조미채소로 연평균 33만 2,837톤(’20년 36만 3,432톤)이 생산되는 주요 작물인데 반해, 마늘 재배 기계화율은 59.2%로 전체 평균 61.9%보다도 낮은 실정이다. 그중 특히 마늘 수확작업의 기계화율은 39.2%로 특히 미흡하며 마늘수확기의 개발 및 현장보급이 시급하다. 농업현장의 마늘 수확기는 주로 굴취기가 보급되어 있으며, 수확후 저장 전까지 필요한 흙털림, 수집 작업에 소요되는 노동력을 절감하고자 마늘 굴취, 흙털림과 톤백 수집 작업을 일관처리 할수 있는 수집형 마늘수집기(’20)를 개발하였다. 본 연구는 기개발 수집형 마늘수확기의 합천지역의 적응성을 제고하기 위해 포장시험을 통해 적정 작동 조건을 구명하고 개선 보완점을 도출하기 위해 수행하였다. 합천지역의 토양은 표토가 미사질양토이며, 자갈이 없고 배수는 약간 양호한 특성을 지닌다.(흙토람 토양정보) 미사질양토는 50% 이상의 미사와 12~27%의 점토를 포함하거나, 50~80%의 미사와 12% 미만의 점토를 포함하는 토양으로, 구조가 약하고 반습시 푸슬푸슬하며, 점착성과 가소성이 있다. 본 지역적응성 시험은 경남 합천군 청덕면 가현리 농가포장에서 시험하였으며, 해당 포장은 벼와 함께 2목작으로 마늘을 재배하는 논포장이었다. 공시재료의 품종은 난지형 대서마늘이었다. 요인별 10m를 시험구간으로 조성하였으며, 수확 시험 전 마늘 줄기를 지면으로부터 약 3cm내외로 절단하였다. 80kW급 트랙터를 이용하여 작업속도 3수준(0.065m/s, 0.089, 0.113), PTO 회전수 3수준(540 rpm, 750, 1,000)을 요인으로 시험을 수행하였다. 수집형 마늘 수확기의 수확성능을 분석하기 위해 시험구간내 마늘의 수집률, 수확 마늘의 손상률, 이물질 혼입률을 분석하였다. 수확 마늘의 손상은 기계수확에 의해 외관이 손상된 마늘을 기준으로 조사하였고, 이물질 혼입률은 수집부에 수확된 마늘과 흙을 분리하여 무게를 조사, 비교하였다. 포장시험 결과 합천지역에서는 작업속도 0.089m/s, PTO rpm 540에서 굴취율 100.0%, 손상률 2.2%, 이물질 혼입률 4.4%로 수확성능이 가장 양호하였다.

Recently, hydraulic power steering systems have been displaced by electric power steering systems in small and light passenger cars. The analysis of MDPS system is being useful and essential process, dynamic analysis of MDPS system is particularly important, because it can help the design of steering system by using evaluation and prediction system performance. In this study, The MDPS motor model was developed with Matlab Simulink form, which was useful to co-simulate with ADAMS model. With this motor model, the dynamic model of total steering system was developed and the dynamic analysis was performed to evaluate steering performance. The ripple vibration analysis was carried out, and the correlation with test results was performed to validate motor model.

MDPS(Motor Driven Power Steering) system is popularly used these days, replacing the hydraulic steering assist system thanks to many advantages. Otherwise some problems remain to be solved also. Rattle phenomenon is one of them and the study about the analysis of rattle does not go far. Tn this study, ADAMS model of the rattle test rig was built and correlated with test result. The test results used in correlation are the accelerations of the worm and worm wheel in worm shaft axial direction. The model has been validated through the correlation in low frequency range, and simulation results with the modified design are distinct from the original one as much as the test results. This model will help us to design the better worm gear set in MDPS system and solve the many problems about the rattle vibration.
