The objective of the study is to develop belt integrated seat mounted with round recliner and seat track. The performance of a belt integrated seat is evaluated using an occupant analysis software. Reaction force of a belt integrated seat is calculated by seat belt anchorage test(FMVSS 210) and rear crash test(FMVSS 301) analysis. Calculated reaction force is defined for target to valuate condition of round recliner and seat track. Mesh size and friction coefficient is determined through out simple tooth test. Seat mechanism, evaluated by tooth and track simulation, is applied belt integrated seat and conducted strength test. The study establishes the evaluation process of round recliner. Base on meet the strength target of tooth and seat track, it is possible to simulate seat system analysis and shorten CPU time. The current analysis model can provide useful informations to design a new car seat mechanism and can reduce the overall design cost and time.
